Love it the service was so nice as well they were surprise when I coupon shop there because I have gotten like 30 dollars worth of cleaning supplies and came out to be 15 $ even and they were like wow.

I would give them a no stars for lack of management, customer service, and interpersonal skills. I attempted to place a complaint with the Corporate Office. Last week the young lady displayed as a manager was very rude and definitely lacked professionalism, customer service, and management skills where a joke. I understand this is not corporate america but have some understanding of customer service. I will never purchase here again and still trying to reach Human Resources and even the News. Please retrain your staff!!

Never will I stop here again. Two ladies, cashier and self identified manager. Manager was complaining in conversation with cashier from moment I walked in. Couldn't be bothered to greet as I walked by and gave a greeting. Moments later as I browsed idly whistling along with the radio overhead I was aggressively TOLD to stop whistling by the manager! When I asked if she worked here she replied that she's the manager so whatever, and that I could could whistle when I get outside! I was then called weird and a couple other choice words, to which I replied I'm done, let's just not talk anymore. I'm leaving without buying anything. She and the cashier berated me the whole way out the store, even at one point trying to verbally antagonize and escalate further.

My sister in law and I where looking at some school supplies when we get aggressively pushed by the store manager . He was running around in the store casing a employee and then came back to apologize to us for pushing us . My sister in law and I decided to keep looking at school supplies after we accepted his apology. When we hear him telling a employee that we should’ve moved out his way , my sister in law told him that he shouldn’t be running around the store pushing customers when his is a manager . He told my sister in law that he wasn’t talking to her and to stay out of it . When he was the one who pushed us aggressively and still talked bad about us after we accepted his apology. I usually never leave reviews but this has been the worst customer service I ever had experience.Please don’t waste your time or money and save your self from being pushed and disrespected for just looking for school supplies .

Very busy place. Crowded all the time. Pretty clean, yet sort of cluttered. Very attentive work staff and very friendly & courtesy cashiers. To save a trip to a Wal-Mart, this is close by convenient.

Worst experience I ever encountered. Manager put out prices one day ahead and sales and assistance manager did not know how to take care of customer. I spent over an hour just to get .50 cent. I was about to lose my cool, but decided to ask for DM number they did not want to fet it to me. AM called SM to get approval to give me the discount. I think my time was worth more than .50 cent .

Joann is the manager at this store and she is the rudest front counter person ever. She is not customer friendly and borderline racist. I now understand why family dollar is doing so poorly.

CAUTION: Family Dollar does not mean "Family Friendly." While on the way to a child's birthday party with my son, I needed to make a quick stop. Although the location was really convenient (easy entry from W.T Harris), nothing would have prepared me for the way I was treated.Immediately after entering this Family Dollar I was insulted by a lady from behind the counter. Embarrassed by the insults (which my small child could also hear) I grabbed what I needed and made a quick purchase.When I asked the lady behind the counter (Demtris) if the lady who was behind the counter worked there, she(Demtris) also was unprofessional and rude with her response. The lady who made loud rude remarks about me was named Tori.I will never every return to this store. Behavior like this should never be tolerated.Family Dollar is not Family Friendly.
