The store is always reasonably clean and well-stocked. I would have given five stars but I had to take one off as a result of some staff members taking smoke breaks, near the store's entrance. Requiring you to walk through a California forest fire, prior to entering the store. I'm quite sure there's some back or side door, where that would be more feasible.

They had a great selection plus the store was clean! You could absolutely make it through the whole store without any problems/obstacles, etc - even in a wheelchair. Got some great finds too and for good prices.

Don't take your business here! The African American employee I believe shes the asissant manager has an attitude towards other people outside her race. I gave her respect and I have the right to see the newspaper with coupons before paying for it. But yet shes nice with every other African American people not to Asians. I won't be shopping at family dollar unless for the Sunday paper

They follow you around the store, very very rude and customer service is beyond fixing, all I have ti say is up you need covid police this place is the place to recruit your covid officers, you pull it down to take a drink and you turn around and BAM there they are pull your mask up or leave sounds very professional for a first warning, then they want you to leave your backpack upfront and when I asked them who will be liable if something comes up missing they said it's my problem but if I don't leave it I have to leave the store so where in there policy does it say I can't bring in a backpack I will be calling corporate to ask about this backpack policy.

I come in tonight for Benadryl Allergy and the employee asks me who was I purchasing this for as I’m getting rung by another employee. Why must I have to explain why in the hell im purchasing certain items. What I purchase on my time is not any of your employees concern unless I’m asking for help which I was not. Will be finding another family dollar to shop at since it’s a issue purchasing Benadryl

Very close to my home! Just love it! Doors aren't working correctly they also have changed the isle are line differently. The isle are too close together.

This store deserves to be shut down. I live in the area so I visit this store all the time and I always have issues. The employees are all unprofessional and super rude especially "jamie" . The woman who checked me out was on her phone while ringing up my merchandise, this will be my last time returning to this location.

This store has no control of customer line. There need to be a customer line point so each customer will identify, waiting in line at the check out counters. Because it's out of control and no order . People waiting in line , and other people just walking up cutting in front of customers whom are waiting next in line for check out. Please address this problem.. for customers

I went to this store on Plaza rd charlotte and was purchasing Armor Hammer liquid detergent Oxy and there was a in cap with the containers priced at 2.75 which I took to the register and it rung up as 8.00. I then showed the manager this product that they said was mispriced, and I advised this was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WHICH SHE SAID SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER MANAGER AN HE SAID THEY CAN’T honor their pricing. I spend plenty money at this location an this is Their customer service.DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL AN DON’T HONOR THEIR BRAND.
