Pretty awful customer service. 1 guy employee (I think), and 1 girl employee...guy sitting on the counter top where food and drinks pass frequently...Maybe this is normal behavior at Dunkin, but personally, I don't want any employees private parts near my drink/food. No greeting from either employee. No hard feeling, but I will never order coffee or food from this Dunkin Donuts again. It's a shame because I was going there daily. Both seemed more concerned about their personal flirtation and conversation vs. helping the customers. You all are in some serious need of training and customer service.

I was there yesterday (4/20/2022) and having a rough day. There was a lovely young lady with short, possibly redish hair, and a gentleman with braids. There were the sweetest and most helpful associates. I left there in a way better mood and had a delicious coffee. I highly recommend this store just for the customer service alone, on top of the coffee!!!!

Dunkin coffee and donuts are always consistently good and tasty for 99% of the time, but customer service is what can make or break a location. A smile and some good conversation are worth their weight in gold. Jenae is the name on our receipt...if this was the young lady at the counter who greeted us with a smile, DD has a great employee. Thank her for working...and thank her for great customer service and communication skills. At lunch time all the Boston Creme donuts were gone. That was a little disappointing, but understandable.

The staff is very friendly and super quick with the orders. I always have a very complicated coffee order but they always get it right. The amount of flavor is just right every time. I can't praise them enough.My second most favorite thing about this place, especially this location is that the bagels are always so fresh it's like they just got out of the oven, and don't even talk about the croissants, so crispy.

Clean store with a small seating area inside. Fast service, but not very welcoming staff. They weren’t rude but you could tell they’d rather not be there and rather you weren’t there as well.Highly recommend the blueberry mocha cold brew.

Sadly disappointed in this store. Staffing level is minimum and there isn't any management to be seen to help. There should not be any reason for the pickup section to be backed up so bad. Waited 5 minutes for a cold coffee that wasn't even prepared right. The order line was backed out the door. And by 12 noon, their shelves were about sold out. Don't know if it is due to good business or poor oversight. Either way, they got me twice and that is one too many times for me. Never going back

This place was really busy when I visited on 3/20/22 around 11:30. The young lady who took our order had a VERY hateful nasty rude ugly attitude! So much so that she was walking off as we were talking/placing the order. She was so bad I could not enjoy my food! My recommendation would be that as long as she is employed there DON'T GO!!!! I don't have her name because I never saw a name badge but if the owner of the establishment check the schedule for this date and time they will know!

Customer service was good, but my order was not so good. My caramel machiotto was not sweet at all. The coffee had a hard taste like it was old. I also tried the beyond breakfast sandwich which probably would have been better if my croissants wasn't kind of burnt.

The manager RJ was a great example to his team. Friendly, aware, looked to make eye contact with guests and had tons of presence. Will return just be use of his impact.

I asked for cream and sugar for an iced coffee. You gave me black coffee with whip cream on top and then got an attitude with me for once again asking for "cream and sugar " in my coffee. They gave me another drink, but because of the attitude, I chucked the mess because it couldn't be trusted that something was done to it behind the counter.

My visit her was disappointing. I waited in line with two customers in front of me for 5 minutes. Meanwhile the associates are carrying a conversation in the back not being visible, but definitely heard. I saw the frustration in the customers in front so I asked if they have been helped, they said no. I got the attention of the ladies working, they were upset I interrupted their personal conversation. Gave all three of us a poor attitude, made one of the ladies walk out because of how disrespectful this clerk was. They were obviously uninterested and a poor representation of the company as a whole. Poor experience...

Rude and nasty. The girl saw me standing there and clearly helped others when I had been waiting. Their food is always disgusting as well. I will be contacting corporate about your behavior this morning. And, they like to touch your phone for mobile orders which is Not sanitary.

Terrible Dunkin experience. The girl was on her phone the entire time. They don’t “do bagels” …alright. Ordered my coffee and the system malfunctioned and I asked if it went though and she just looked at me and looked away. Well it didn’t go through and I didn’t get served. I asked her what was up, she just said while looking at her phone “what’d you get” ? I got my drink for free so I guess that’s nice, but what a joke.
