This is a very busy store. There is always a long line, and the aisles are always messy. There is a lingering smell that I don't understand, but I don't ever see anyone cleaning. They need to hire someone who only cleans because the store is so busy.

Visited Saturday 1/26/2019: This place is such a horrific mess. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed. The photos only tell a small story. There was broken glass and liquids all over the floor. Long lines stretching to the back of the store. It is clear, this is a mismanaged Dollar Tree location. Close this place down and clean it up. These conditions could pose liability risks.

Please be aware of the store tries to tell people that they're not allowed to wear their personal belongings just got off the airplane 1 hour and 15 minutes now on my way home from California and the lady tries to tell me that my carry-on bag it's too big to even carry on the airplane when this does not even consider a person wearing a pocketbook as big as my bookbag

The store was moderately busy, but there was only one lady working the check outs, the other female on duty, sat at the check out on her phone, not even helping with over 15 pepole in line, she just sat there in her phone. How RUDE.

One of the best dollar trees! This is hard to find. This location is quiet and clean and it’s employees were nothing but polite and respectful. Great customer service. It was overall a very calm and enjoyable shopping experience.

I have read the comments and I’m shocked because as a former employee that has opened multiple locations and a current customer, this Dollar Tree looks awesome! It looked so well merchandised I thought it was just opened recently. Not saying other stores are lacking but you can tell there is team culture inside the store. Employees were friendly.

I really don't appreciate being discriminated against & harassed by the one & only sorry employee that y'all had in the store smh. The mf was standing next to me and my kids the whole time I was in the store and even FOLLOWED ME to the REGISTER while watching me like a hawk trying to make sure I paid for everything. I work hard for my money and am very offended that because I walked into this establishment dressed down with my head wrap on I was profiled and assumed as a thief smh I will not be coming back to this location ever and will be spreading the word to everybody I know and others to do the same. It makes no sense that me & my children came to enjoy our evening and give our business to this store when we could have went ANYWHERE else and left feeling uncomfortable having been harassed and accused of such a thing for no good reason. I'll definitely be filing a complaint with the state.

Its a good store however their employees are rude and ghetto never provide outstanding service. They get mad if you don't leave your personal belongings up front. They don't do markdowns well they do but refuse to give it to me. Use to the busiest location but since they add self checkout it has been a bit better not having to deal with cashier

The store had quite a few items in stock as opposed to other Dollar Trees stores within a 5 mile radius. With the exception of the freight in the aisles, it was an OK place to shop. Interestingly, they had to self checkout registers. Never thought a dollar store will come to that. My concern is how are they going to assist the elderly shoppers who are not familiar with self check out. The 1 of 2 available associates seem to be annoyed with an elderly gentleman who was not familiar with how to check out. I was initially going to give a four star rating, but after witnessing this I interaction, I reduced it down to 3 stars.

I went around 9 pm on 3rd Dec 22, store was messy and only 1 employee was fixing the shelves and 2 others were just watching the self checkout’s. They were spying and while shopping wantedly fixing the things that we touch to tell us not to mess or move with angry face.

This store is horrible. This is the 2nd floor one I have come to this location and the store is already closed before 9 pm. Today I got there at 8:50 and there was someone yelling I just need pampers. I mean if they were so adamant about papers at the dollar store they must really need them. The guy left and the security guard seemed like he wanted to help but he opened the door and said I’m sorry but she already counted her drawer up. I understand every other drawer being counted but you don’t close until 9, one should be left open until closing time. It’s not your store who are you to make your own rules. I could and would never at my job. Simply pathetic to let this behavior carry on.

I visited this store and it needs help. The manager was checking people out. The line is down the aisle and the manager an cashier we’re working hard but with no resolve. Soon as someone left another person was in line. At one point there were at least 25 people in line. The manager states he has no control over how many employees are working at the same time. He states he knows he needs help but is not provided the hours for the help. He was a very nice gentleman he just needs help in the store.

I give this place two stars because it is not the employees fault.... this place is terribly managed. There are people stocking and organizing the shelves while there are about 10 people in line for the 1 cashier. None of these problems are due to the staff... the owners and managers need to either hire more staff or better delegate how to handle the store. Perhaps having some employees able to float between stocking/organizing to a register if the line gets to a certain point... i had my 2 year old with me and had to leave without making a purchase. Someone find the owners or managers and either close the store or help it get better. It makes the whole brand look bad to leave a store without proper staffing and management.. thumbs down for the upper management of dollar tree for this store.

I frequent many dollar tree stores and I have to say even though the employees were diligently stocking, this store was IMPRESSIVELY organized and well stocked. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it smelled like a dirty bathroom. And I feel bad for saying that because I was very impressed by this store.

Before I begin I will say that I know this is dollar tree. I understand that you get what you pay for. It is this reason and this reason alone I’ve given them 2 stars.CleanlinessThis store is an ABSOLUTE MESS. The isles are not only unorganized but nearly impossible to navigate. It’s almost like when they restock they just knock everything down and place a new item there. The kids isle is probably the worst. I understand that you can’t clean an isle after a kid walks by but every time I go in there it’s worse. That tells me that when the store closes nobody attempts to clean or pick up anything. I know that you get what you pay for. I understand they apparently don’t make enough to care but this is still a business. It shouldn’t be this bad.Customer serviceThe few times I’ve made it past the treacherous conditions and actually checked out I didn’t have great experiences with the employees. For instance, I go up to the counter to pay for my items and the woman is talking on the phone. The phone was on speaker and the conversation wasn’t even an attempt at being PG. Again I will say, you get what you pay for. I understand that, but our community deserves better.

Ms. Charlene saved the day for my coworker and I! We were planning a last minute celebration for another coworker and was having a very hard time finding a Dollar Tree with helium and a specific celebration balloon. The university store not only had everything we viewed in stock, she had them ready for pick up. She’s was a godsent as her customer service reduced a tremendous amount of time and stress. Needless to say the balloon bouquet was beautiful!

I'm the first one to complain about long lines when shopping at bargain stores, buy that wasn't the case this trip. This store is adequately staffed to handle their customers. I forgot a few things so I had to make 3 different trips and was quickly checked out by the same cashier each time. The only negative is the short variety to be found in this store's health and beauty section.

What you all have to understand that it’s either you help or don’t comment at all. It’s hard working at a store that’s low staffed and people don’t come into work. Yes the lines are long but you can’t take it out on the cashiers they do the best they can we all do. What everyone as a society has to learn is that we are all humans we’re not robots. Honestly, sometimes the customers are just as bad as the staff. I had someone come through my line and instead of telling me how she wanted me to bag something she reaches across the counter and starts bagging her own items. I’m here the help, there was absolutely no reason for her to reach across my counter. Not saying this excuse for anyone having an attitude, but you all have to show more compassion and be mindful that this is a low wage store that’s trying. This location is accepting applications if anyone of you all want to help. Thank you! Also, if you could have your method of payment ready you’d be surprised how much faster things would go.

Surprisingly it was a good trip. They must have gotten new management at this store because it was CLEAN. They only had two registers open and lines were going down the aisles. I left because my time is much too valuable to stand in line at a dollar store. #mrsshonallc #reviewerofallthings

Shelves pretty much clean & where is was product it was a mess (cluttered) and on the floor. The young lady who was monitoring the cash register was helpful in both times I needed assistance

Nice place to shop. Very messy. The store employees are never available when you need to ask questions. The store manger a short white guy is a bit rude and brusque. Some of the cashiers are also rude. Most are nice The black woman with a head covering is very sassy , which is very typical. Don't understand why they don't train these affirmative action employee. Other than that, there are lots of choices, but some are for a very limited time. The aisles are very messy with cardboard boxes and trash. The company needs to train its employees. They need to have more employees to help and not get the cashiers to make customers wait to help another customer. Very badly managed.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I do a lot of DIY projects and I spend ridiculous amounts of money, at a store where everything is $1, if that tells you anything. I purchased nearly $60 worth of Christmas ornaments today, all in long tubes. They had NO large bags and the tubes were falling out of the regular sized bags. Another lady that didn’t work there handed me box. Apparently that empty box was for toy donations, after an employee literally screamed at me for trying to use the box. The service was terrible and no one that worked there did anything to help me as a customer.

The staff was friendly but there weren't enough to meet customer volume. I notified one of the cashiers of broken glass in one of the aisles. She said "ok" but no one was called or did anything about it before I left. This is one of the larger stores and they have a better selection than some in the area.
