This Dollar Tree is definitely a few steps above any others in the area. Much bigger, much cleaner and much more well stocked. Most Dollar Trees I walk in just seem like chaos. And they're usually dirty, disorganized and out of a lot of things. I have a Dollar Tree that right around the corner. It's in walking distance. I'd rather drive the mile or so to this one.

Visited the store off Idlewild and East WT Harris today. The store was fully stocked, very neat and order. I was very impressed! 🌟

Qualifications to work at this dollar tree is to be illiterate if corporate says you close at nine you should not be closing when you feel like it.

The store use to be rite aid. Use to be nice and clean now its messy. favorite employees are gone. The store closes early now days. Now the items went up to $1.25 and they put these items in the wrong spot

Store is reasonably well stocked and moderately clean. However, sometimes the store smells and I don't know what that's about. Also, that back area always looks like a messy alley. One more thing, seriously evaluate guys if you're going to have them for cashier position. I visited the store recently and it appeared no one was up front but the guy was at the last cashier sitting down so you couldn't see him unless you walked by each register hour in search of someone. The reason why I said they need to evaluate gas seriously because some guys tend to Appiah self-conscious about where can I cash your position. As a result, there's this mumbling speech and extra forced masculine demeanor that's weird and unsettling. Just ring up the products man...lol.

Would give zero stars if I could. Stopped in to get one item at 8:51 pm. WHILE CASHIER WAS CHECKING OUT SOMEONE, another store employee standing right beside her said with disdain, "We're closed!" I said, "Excuse me? It's ten till 9""We close at 9 o'clock, we closed 10 minutes early"

The store was a mess. The cashier was rude and dismissive. The cashier was chewing on something making it difficult to understand her. When I asked about getting a balloon made I was told, "The only ones we have are over there", with the inflection indicating I should have known. Then, when I was struggling to get one, as they were all entangled together, I was ignored, so I tore the string of one of them off, bought it and left.I have never seen that store that way, so I have no clue why it was that way. I'll go back, as everyone, including myself, have days when they are off their "A" game.

Today, the store was remarkably clean and de-cluttered. Usually, most aisles are messy and unorganized. Today, they were converting some of the aisles to Dollar Tree Plus. I like this store. It's huge, and I've been able to find very unique things here. I will definitely return soon especially to grab more bags of Harry &David's Moose Munch.

We came by at 7:45pm on 8/3 while the store closes at 9pm we couldnt enter. The employee just rudely said they were closed while she unlocked the door for the customer inside. Another customer let us know it was due to low staff. We were understanding about closing early but customer service needs to be worked on.

I got there upon opening hour- the crew the night before, seemingly, left a lot of work for the morning team. Didn't find anything worth pulling the trigger for- tried this one as it's closer to home and I've not been in before vs Galleria hoping for more selection. I'll likely stick with Gallaria location but team was friendly..but the stuff was just kinda all over and needing stocking

The cashier is disgustingly rude! She dropped my bag while handing it to me and replied with "get it". Today Sunday October 9, 2022 @3:20pm she had on a green shirt. Last time I'll shop here.

Very disappointing at this location, we got there 1 minutes before closing time (exactly 15 minutes before 9pm) and a lady close the door as soon as she saw us. Very sad!

Newer, larger Dollar Tree store that is always clean and well stocked, unlike the Northlake store. And you're greeted when you come through the door most days. My Dollar Tree regular.

Former rite aid but this is the best dollar tree in Charlotte New nice and clean. Employees are great. They have customers but not as busy like other locations

Former riteaid building. They did a very lazy job of converting it. Pretty disorganized, even by dollar tree standards. Parking lot was absolutely trashed. Employees were nice.

This store has an abundance of name brand greeting cards for $1 and 2/$1. It's has quality and useful inventory for educational purposes, crafts, and home decor.
