My dog has trouble with his appetite if he’s in a new environment. After talking to staff and calling to check in on if he’s eaten while boarded for the weekend, the staff quickly assured me they were watching him and making sure he ate enough. They gave him so extra goodies to make him more comfortable, and even took the time to hand feed him at first to get him going. I was so anxious to leave him, but I’m so happy with the care he received here. They truly LOVE dogs!

When I first started taking my puppy to Dogs All Day, she was shy, nervous, and hesitant to play with other dogs and be around other humans. Dogs All Day helped my pup get out of her comfort zone and now it is her favorite place! She loves all of the caretakers there and playing with the other dogs. I can’t thank Dogs All Day enough for always taking fantastic care of my dog. She is a mini aussie with a lot of energy and they do a great job of letting them play all day and get all of their energy out in the yards outside.

THE BEST PLACE FOR DAYCARE AND BOARDING! Dogs All Day is the only place I trust to leave my two babies. Their staff is great!! They get to know the personalities of the dogs and even have their own pet names for my 2. I feel so good when I go out of town knowing that they are safe and sound AND HAPPY at DAD!!! They've been going there since they were puppies so it's like a second home for them :)))

We LOVE dogs all day! We have tried out a couple different dog day cares around Charlotte and this is our favorite and the one my boyfriend and I always take our sweet Cavapoo Norman to!Before they start attending on a daily basis, they need to do a meet and greet. It took us about 3 months to finally get an appointment for our pup. This lasts about 15 minutes and is just to make sure your dog would fit in well. They put him in a room and slowly introduced other dogs to see how they did together. They have cameras with TVs on the lobby so I could watch and see exactly what was going on. He passed! So we could start sending him.They have rooms based on the dogs size. My puppy is just under a year old, so he is in the puppy room!! They are priced around the same as other places we have visited and offer a discount per day for the more days you purchase at once. They also offered a discount (I think it was 20%) if I purchased days the same day as his meet and greet. They also sell dogs toys, treats and food in the lobby.My doggy always comes home exhausted, so you know that's a good sign of a great day! The workers are so nice and love on our puppy just as much as we do! They know him by name and are always so excited when we walk up with him, which makes him more excited to go and is a nice personal touch!My favorite things about dogs all day:1. You don't have to make a reservation. A lot of times we don't decide until the night before or morning of that we need/want to take Norman. Other places where you have to reserve a space for, are typically booked by that point so it's so nice that we don't have to worry about that and can just bring him in.2. They have cameras that you can access via app (you do have to pay a monthly fee of a couple dollars for the phone app), or for free on their website, or via the TVs in the lobby. It's always fun to access the camera during the day and see how he's doing!3. They are mostly outsideThey also do boarding and grooming, but we have never used them for that. Highly recommend dogs all day!!!!!

The best doggy daycare/boarding in town! We feel confident taking our 2 beagles here. The staff are all so kind and really seem to get to know our pups. The facility is clean and has great indoor and outdoor space. We know our dogs are well taken care of here!

I had no problems with Dogs All Day for a year. I go to pick my dog up at 6pm and he's not putting any weight on his front leg, clearly in serious pain. They said they're not sure what happened, and they had not called me because they had been busy. After several calls with managers and the owner the next day, it turns out my dog started limping around 11am. At no point in those 6+ hours did I ever get a phone call. By the time I got there to pick him up, no one knew what had happened, prompting me to take him to the vet. The owner refunded the remainder of my daycare package, but failing to call when my dog was clearly injured or in pain is unacceptable. And failing to call me for 6+ hours with the excuse that they were "busy" is simply inexcusable.

I truly love this place. When we show up the staff is so welcoming. It is so nice to be able to check in on my dog through the webcams. So grateful I switched over to Dogs All Day!

Great rate, and hours are 7:00 am - 7:00 pm for day care. Super convenient because you can drop off at any time and pick up any time with no need to make a reservation. Web cams are great. My dog is super excited to go in the morning and is exhausted after coming home. You can tell the staff cares for the dogs and will learn the names of the dogs.

Brody LOVES Dogs All Day! As soon as we pull in the parking lot, he can't get inside fast enough. We take him one to two times a week and found that with so much space to run in comparison to other day cares, he is the most playful and happy at Dogs All Day. They also offer half days which is awesome! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable - I always know he is in good hands! Best day care in Charlotte by far!

I'm so glad to have found the Dogs All Day family! Well organized, very clean and efficient. The staff are welcoming and obviously love dogs. I'm happy to take my "little man" for a day of play but more importantly, he happily rushes through the lobby for a good workout with his buddies and tons of love from the staff.

My little monster has been going to Dogs All Day since I have adopted her. She has basically grown up at this place. They take such good care of her and are always willing to take her into daycare and boarding. The prices are extremely reasonable and they play all day as opposed to some of the other daycares where it is only for a couple hours. I can't say enough good things about this special place! They truly care about and love the dogs as if they were theirs.

We have been taking our dog, Tucker, to Dogs All Day since he was a pup. He absolutely loves the staff and is always excited to go to daycare. Everyone we have interacted with has been friendly, patient, and their love of dogs shines through. We have also boarded him and it has been great. They have webcams so you can check in on your fur babies throughout the day. Tucker is always happy when we pick him up and sleeps great that night. Highly recommend!!

I took my recently adopted & high anxiety dog to Dogs All Day this morning for a compatibility evaluation and have nothing but good things to say about this facility and it's employees. They were patient with my dog and slowly introduced her to other dogs to ensure she was comfortable and all the dogs were safe. I was able to watch everything from cameras in the lobby. Not only were they great with my dog but they also very kind to me. I got a flat tire on my way to our compatibility evaluation and the staff went above and beyond to help me out with my dog while I got the tire sorted. Thank you!!

Zuko is a super active dog, always down to play and sometimes doesn't read the playroom right ( he's only a year old & 76 pounds ) They always find the dog group that fits him best. We liked it so much, we bought a package for daycare. You can use the days as full days or half days.Their boarding is a fair price and it includes daycare!

My dog Bubba Joe has been here over two months and every time I come to drop him off for daycare he is thrilled to get out of the car and play. The first few times I've been here the staff were a little pushy towards my mother and me but over time we started to not see that anymore. We have also left him for boarding and we were nervous to leave him but we asked to get a tour of the place and we felt so much better knowing where he was going to stay. When we picked him up he never looked happier being in a place he didn't recognized entirely. I definitely recommend this place for daycare. And the prices are much better than other daycares I've been to.

I cannot recommend Dogs All Day enough. I always feel confident leaving our dog Maverick with them. We drop her off several times a week to get some doggy socialization in and to run her energy out. She has to be peeled off her doggy bed at night when its time for bed because of how hard she plays at daycare. We've also boarded her several times and always feel very confident she is getting the exercise, love, and attention she needs. Their rates are extremely reasonable and I enjoy that I can check in on Maverick throughout the day with the dog camera!

Our dogs are family. You can be a little nervous leaving them at a new day care facility. Dogs All Day puts your mind at ease by treating all the dogs like their own. They get to play, relax and receive love while they are away from us. Drop off and pick up is well organized and easy. All the staff are friendly and love our furry friends. In the past, I’ve had pretty good service at dogs all day. However, my recent visit, taking my dog in for a wash service was extremely alarming and I won’t be returning.While I was paying for the service, through the tinted window on the left side of the lobby I noticed my dog being brushed pretty aggressively. While my dog was backing away in fear, the man brushing her proceeded to grab her by the chest harness with both hands and yanked her towards him. He did this two or three more times until I finally asked the receptionist to tell him to stop.What was alarming is that she seemed shocked that I could see what was going on through the tinted window, which has me wondering what other questionable processes are going on behind the scenes.

Zero star if I could. Called in to make an appointment for evaluation for my dog on April 13, the front deck confirmed my appointment is on May 6th. Called agin one day before my appointment to make sure everything is ok, then the drama is Dogs All Day can’t find my appointment and told me they never confirmed anything! I pulled out the date that I call them Dogs All Day still refused to admit their mistakes! They just keep telling me there is no space for my puppy! BE AWARE, this place is full of LIES! They never admit their mistakes or apologize, not even try to think about a way to solve it!!! You’d better think twice before you put your fur baby to a place like this that refused to solve issues and admit mistakes!

Professional staff that love what they do! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile from the front desk and your pup is also greeted enthusiastically as they are wisked away with tail wagging! Don’t get your feelings hurt if your dog doesn’t even look back to say good bye. Pups and peeps love Dogs All Day! Perfect place for overnight stays! day play too!

Tested out a few different dog day cares before selecting Dogs All Day, and I’m glad that I chose here. Staff is very friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my dog and making sure he was happy and that I was satisfied as a customer. Clean and not over crowded for your dog. When I went out of town, I left my dog for boarding and they were happy to share how he was doing when I called in a couple of times. I feel they could do a little more to make things easier for the pet parent, through web accessibility etc. but not a big deal. Can just get a little expensive if using services often.

I have been taking my dog to dogs all day for a little over two years now and would highly recommend it! The staff there is so friendly and I feel like they all just love dogs! The facility is great too, very open and I like that they spend a good bit of time out and playing. I know my dog is well taken care of whether I am leaving him for daycare or boarding. Majority of the time he is thrilled when I drop him off and not ready to leave when I pick him up :)

This place is amazing. I checked out several different daycares before officially deciding on Dogs All Day. They have great staff, great play yards/rooms and they are in a great location. My dog loves going to daycare and always comes home slap tired from all the play and activity. I have boarded her twice and always feel very comfortable leaving her. Even better, I can check up on her using the app/video and watch her play in real time. We are so happy that we found Dogs All Day!

We love Dogs All Day! Their pricing is great considering the boarding includes full days of daycare! We have a high energy dog and he would go crazy at most boarding places which only let dogs out for half hour increments of playtime. Instead, Pippin comes home tired and happy from Dogs All Day. We like being able to watch him on the webcams if we're away for an extended vacation too. Great place!
