Rude, rushed, and unprofessional.I called to check to see if they have the medication I needed in stock. I was quick and to the point, considerate that they may be busy. The woman who answered the phone cut me off several times and treated me like I was the biggest inconvenience to her day. She was appalled at me when she asked a question I didn’t understand. It took me 3 tries to get in contact with this location and the woman spoke to me for less than one minute.I consider this incredibly poor customer service and am honestly glad that they were out of stock of my medication. Is this is the phone service that they provide, I would hate to deal with the face to face.

The couple in front of me were told that they didn’t have any medication waiting and then were told that it had been reshelved. They twice told the pharm tech that they had been to pick it up two days ago but the computer system was down and that was why they had to wait until today. Without any further explanation, she told them that it would be ready tomorrow for them to pick up. The couple did not speak English very well which is why I assume they didn’t challenge her. In reality, this was almost two hours before closing and there was no offer made to fill it while they waited. Additionally, the pull-down door was already lowered in front of the area where the pharmacist works so the tech was the only person anyone could interact. I have been doing business with this pharmacy since before it was CVS but it seems there customer service has consistently declined over the past year or so. This will probably be my last refill with this or any other CVS.

Terrible. They are rude and poorly trained. Our daughter had a prescription called in for eye drops for pink eye. My wife went there and the woman behind the counter said they didn’t have any within 20 miles despite the system saying it was being filled. THEN, the pharmacist came over said they did have it, but it was closing time.

I am new to the Charlotte area and I am never quite sure what to expect when visiting anywhere for the first time. I knew that my prescription requests and needs weren’t going to be simple, so I was half expecting some pushback when going in. However to my huge relief and pleasure the ladies were very prompt, patient, professional, and helpful. I was extremely pleased with my visit today. Grateful and thankful for a smooth transfer and pickup.

Worst pharmacy ever. They said they don’t take my insurance, which my insurance exclusively uses CVS/Caremark. Funny thing, I had just picked up a prescription a week before using said insurance. They are unprofessional and rude. I will gladly drive to the one near uptown to get stellar service. Stay away from this CVS.

I’ve been going to the CVS in UNIVERSITY for about 4 years. I have never in my entire life have received disrespect like this in my entire life with customer service. I have been trying to get answers on my medication for about 2 weeks now. I finally get someone on the phone and it is the pharmacist TERRA. She told me to “hold on” and left me on hold for about 20 minutes, I told her that I felt like nobody knew about the information about my prescription And she said “well if you don’t think we know then go somewhere else”. Now I don’t believe that is professional at all and I had to call the HEADQUARTERS to get an answer about my prescription. I really hope cvs reevaluates who they let work for them. This was an awful experience.

First off they need more help …. Speaking with the same young lady on different occasions over the phone she was rude obnoxious, telling me what I had what was available, not listening getting smart all while looking at the wrong screen… You ask for brand , they give you generic as though you made no request. As I waited on my prescription, the customer service rep told the young man one of his scripts was not covered , he said I know she stated it’s a thousand dollars you got that ?????…… Poor child shook his head in shame … I had just went through the same thing , I thought no way she’s doing this again …They lie about adding good Rx coupons this place is now terrible verses last year and first part of this year .

I received both doses of my vaccine here, it was thanks to your pharmacist Taylor Morgan that this was a good experience. He is holding the fort on his own (as he was the last time) and his work ethic is the only thing keeping the line from being out the door. He is handling prescriptions while taking calls and administering vaccines, keeping up through the 5 o clock rush. I hope he is getting the compensation he deserves, very few could deliver at the quality and pace that he does. It is people like Taylor that will eventually bring Covid to an end.

Pharmacy staff are rude, arrogant, and especially lazy. The entire staff should be removed. I advise never use this location as I will be filing a complaint with Caremark for review. Disgraceful

This location is very busy, but has less staff to take care of patients, though the ones I met when I went there were all 5=star employees. Management needs to encourage them.

Insanely slow waited > 30 mins just to pick up a prescription that was called in at 7 AM I got here at 5 PM. 3 staff members working and only one addressed clients needs, but not before seeing a person who came 3 people after me to get a flu shot they came first. Ridiculous service

I’ve recently moved to Charlotte and has used this CVS for flu and Covid vaccines, so I also put it down as my new pharmacy. Every time I put in for a prescription it’s as if they immediately start filling it. Very fast and friendly!

Been going to this cvs for 2 years now. They are very nice. They will give $5 coupons if you get your flu shot there. Good incentive for vaccine-hesitant people.

After my experience with the Walgreens on Tryon St. I will use CVS for the rest of my life. They were so kind, attentive and quick. They instantly started filling my prescription! Love this place!
