This CVS pharmacy is honestly the worst CVS I have ever been to. It usually takes at least 20 minutes being on hold to reach anyone via phone and the staff is very rude and derogatory to you once you do speak to them or have any actual questions. Highly recommend going to any other pharmacy in the area.

Medications will run out and then it takes 3 days for a new order to arrive. It defeats the entire purpose of having dated prescriptions if the medication isn't available. Employees are all great and friendly but the CVS computer system they have to deal with is an awful POS.

CVS canceled my appointment because “For the safety of our patients and staff, we've had to temporarily close your location due to a staff shortage or severe weather”. Weather looks good tomorrow and seems open to me

Went to the minute clinic.. Was not feeling well at all. The doctor was completely rude and barely acknowledged the patients. She had heavy sighs in between each interaction. Did not greet anyone at the office.She seemed like the most miserable person on the planet. Needless to say I left and settled for over the counter medicine and will wait for s real doctor to look at me another day.

I asked for help and to be checked out in the beauty section. The girl with the bald head colored blonde ponted me to the self checkout. When I got to the self checkout and asked for help with the machine due to A coupon. The lady that stands there and watches customers do the work, rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty look for asking for help. She didnt want to help me either. They want no customer interaction or to help customers. They need to be advised the number of self checkouts compared to human checkouts are being recorded. Once the store feels comfortable they will be replaced with machines. Smh

The young woman Ashley has an extremely negative attitude as well as the lady working with her. Ashley’s attitude is what stands out the most. It’s almost as if she hates that she has to work with people. This was my first time dealing with this pharmacy and it was a trash experience. I’ll be changing my pharmacy to one where people appreciate the fact that they have a job. If you can avoid this pharmacy please do.

The staff is very friendly. I have been going here for years and am welcomed by the pharmacist. If my prescription cost are too high they call me in advance and help me find an alternative. They do the job.

It's a CVS...didn't use the pharmacy or clinic, but it has what is necessary. Their self checkout kiosks were slow, but the cashier watching over them was helpful and friendly. It's on the 2nd level of the shopping center.

I'm not sure if this is good or bad, hence my middle three stars, but this place had zero manned registers. Everything was self checkout. I had a single item, so it went quick, but is this how it operates all the time?

I’d leave a review about my experience except I never made it into the store. Posted hours are 7a - 8p but as of 8:30 they’re not open. One of the associates looked at a group of us waiting outside and just walked away with no acknowledgment. It’s clear no one at this store cares.

I found the pharmacy and Minute Clinic both to be helpful. The retail part of the store sometimes isn't the best but I have no issues with the pharmacy who has always been helpful.

Had fallen and needed help. Nobody helped just stared even the minute clinic ignored the fact I was hurt. Thank god my fiance helped me and took me to emergency room. I hopethis cvs closes down.

I tried to get a common prescription filled here 6 or 7 times, but they were out of stock. Two weeks later, they were still out of stock! It’s a common, generic medication.

The self service is never repaired. Take 20 mins to checkout. I swear this is the last time I buy at this store

Good sized store and not just a quick drop in store. Carries everything a regular store stocks in the downtown area.
