No problems with the store itself, but the Pharmacy, I'd give it zero stars if that were possible. Too many horrible and inexcusable experiences to even begin to list them all. Most recently- the pharmacist literally refused to fill a valid, current prescription I had on file. I had a current script for the brand name and, separatly, the generic medication I am currently taking. They did not have the brand meds in stock so I asked her to fill the generic this time as I was completely out of medication and couldn't wait for the brand name to be ordered. The pharmacist refused to fill the generic. She told me she can't just fill whatever I ask them to fill "willy nilly" and that they would have to contact my doctor to get "approval."I have never, ever had a pharmacist refuse to fill a prescription in my life. The fact that this person had the audacity to just decide to withhold my medication so they can go and question the licensed medical doctor who wrote me the prescription is absolute insanity. That person should be fired. Never returning to this or any CVS again.

CVS is decreasing quality and substantially reducing human resources, i.e. employees. You maintain large stores, but you wanted to operate with as few people as possible. They can't pay attention to you, at 9628 Rea Road, Charlotte, NC, the poor lady tries to serve 3 customers at the same time, and then as a consequence whoever arrived last is the one who leaves first, which makes the other two customers angry , this is unfair and frustrating. The cashier is away from his work station most of the time and you have to do his/her job; and if you have any questions, you will need to wait a few minutes for them to be resolved. That is discusting.

Fantastic customer service from the pharmacist and his staff. Very friendly, was always sure to greet everyone and make them feel as if they mattered. Super fast prescription filling as well. Visited at 10 am, on 4-29-23.

After using this pharmacy for years I had to leave after too many bad experiences with rude and condescending pharmacy staff. John was so kind and helpful but the current pharmacist treats customers like an inconvenience.

Decent store. Polite and friendly staff. The minute clinic gets way too busy and is like walking into a scene from the movie Outbreak.
