My daughter antibiotics were sent in at 11osh am. this morning. I went in at 6 pm, and the lady at the window said it was placed on hold, and she doesn't know ow why it's placed on hold, but they are about to close in 2mins.Lazy ppl who don't want to do their damn job and can't even tell me why it was placed on hold. I know there's always a reason why it was on hold, but she wouldn't tell me.She had to transfer it to another cvs.Would not recommend

I haven't had any problems using this pharmacy on Mt. Holly Huntersville Road! The staff greets me as I enter, and they are willing to give assistance if needed. My prescriptions are filled on time and I am notified if they need to contact my doctor for refill authorization!

Utterly uncaring pharmacist and pharmacy technicians. I showed up right at closing and expained that my wife had knee replacement surgery that day and was in pain and in need of called in pain medication. They said they were closed and rushed past me to leave.

The worst pharmacy. Save yourself time and find a different location. The staff is rude and doesn't care to answer questions or clarify directions for prescriptions. They're too busy eating pizza and closing early for lunch.

They never answer the phone in pharmacy. I've been on hold a total of 2.3 hours yesterday with one hold at 56 min.If they don't pickup today, my insurance won't cover the medicine.

Hours aren't convenient for medication.This is most important to ones needed to pick up meds. However Staff is nice. Location is cleaning outside and inside. Store itself is clean too.
