Collin was rude and appeared upset to have to process my return. I informed him that the charger doesn’t work for my phone. He acted as if he couldn't process return. Once he processed the refund he acted as if he wasn’t sure when the refund would process. I Then requested the refund in cash, he said he couldn’t give cash if I used my card. So i requested the manager. David apologized for Collin and stated collin was having a bad day. But, a bad day doesn’t mean be rude to customer or act unsure about questions he should know as a cashier. I appreciate David trying to smooth things over but as a grown man I would have preferred Collin apologize being that he came off rude and as if he didn’t want to help. It made me feel he had a problem with my race being that me and my friend were the only African Americans in the store. His nasty attitude didn’t come off to the white people in the store. Im really disappointed that Collin is the type that CVS had representing Them at the front of the store. Thanks again to David for trying to rectify the situation.

The staff are amicable and do try to help with any problems. However, I had visited this store several times to print photos at the photo center and every time they were unable to fix the machine. Do not go if you need to use the photo center.

Giving an extra star because I love the pharmacy staff. Don’t tell people you have parking if you won’t validate it for them. That is not having parking.

I've been a CVS Extracare member since the program began and have only had negative experiences at this store. 1st incorrectly accused of not scanning all two items I purchased. Then this year the Mgr. Tatiana would not return my CVS item even with a receipt. She said I "might" be committing fraud. While the district Mgr has corrected the issue, this store has a history of falsely accusing black people of misdeeds. Watch out when going to this location.

Store was great, very large and clean. Close location to the hotels in the area. I was visiting on vacation. Although if I return to Charlotte, I would likely go back myself.

Was there on the morning after the superbowl and the attendiing cvs staff was on his own but man could he multitask. Handling us with our questions and our groceries in the meanwhile handling the broke cooling system; assisting a lady to the self service and havng a conversation with a frequent visitor Been a while since I saw such a serviced minded person. Five stars well earned.

Walked across town at 7am because that’s advertised opening time online and at entrance. Locked doors and no employees with handful of customers waiting as of 7:15am.

Came here for some essentials, after asking how to locate the item, I was not informed that Iwould need a cashiers assistance. I left because the cashier was then M.I.A. Day 2, started the same way however this time I was told to ring the bell for assistance. 3 rings later....late for appointment, assistant comes, I tell her nail glue (of which there is only one kind) & she asks, what do you want, I show her , she grabs it, heads to self checkout throws my stuff in a bag and walks away......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IM DONE WITH THIS CVS!

Thank God I had my census COVID vaccines 4 in total from CVS who reported my status and card to Atrium health and not Medic Clinic that I refused due to demographics.

Some old man followed me to the beauty section where the nails are. He had a security shirt on possibly from CIAA. He started yelling at me that I shouldn't wear nails and trying to convince me not to buy anything. I told him off but I was looking for a worker to help as he would not leave me alone. There were no workers in that section, none at checkout, and none at the self checkout.Come on, CVS.

Rude Rude Rude! If I could rate this as a zero I would. Unprofessional. We were visiting the area for the game and my son's 10th birthday. He was very thirsty and really wanted water the only store open was a CVS near us. We walked up with 6 minutes until closing. Some ghetto guard let's the person in front of us in and slames the door and stated they were closed. I told her my son only wants water and she said so what and turned her back. RUDE. I guess the fact that they need a guard in a CVS speaks volumes. I would not recommend this CVS location. Stay Away!

As someone who works in healthcare this is the worst CVS I have ever experienced. Went to pick up a prescription after being out of the country and they said they had returned it despite me getting a text message saying it would be held until the day I returned. The pharmacy tech who is utterly incompetent said it would take a long time to refill a prescription that should have still been on hold. This shows the incompetence and ineptitude of this CVS. Will not be back and will be sending my patients elsewhere.

Everyone here is very nice. I’m not sure why the other reviewers are complaining so much. The employees always greet, smile and try. This isn’t Michelin Star dining, people.... this is a convenience store!

So we walk up to the line and one of the employees told a man to go ahead of us because she assumed we were “all together” with a Philippine family that was in line ahead of us.. when we asked her why she assumed we were together she said “because you were all Standing in line together.. It sort of felt like she really meant “you all kinda look alike so I’m going to let him go ahead because my stereotyping makes me assume you all have to be together” I should have asked for her name or asked to speak to a manager but I wasn’t going to ruin my day because of one ignorant woman who needs some education in life. I’m sure she would be truly bothered if I just happen to assume she’s with a Haitian or African family standing behind her because they are all may like the same.

Three checkstands empty, one employee nearby supervising customers at self check machines, another close by straightening merchandise on shelves. I left my intended purchase at a checkstand and left. Everyone should do the same.

This location was supposed to be open until 7pm. A not very kind security guard would not let me in at 6:55. I had one prescription to pick up. Per the website, this location is supposed to be open until 7pm.
