I ordered graduation pics of my daughter online but they did not come out right. Part of the pic was cut off and color was a little off. I didn't have time to stay in the store and start over, so customer service associate, Ms. Shane told me to come back after church and she would help me get the pics right. I didn't have them on my phone so I had to bring my laptop with me back to the store after church. Ms. Shane was so patient and kind towards me. She helped me with cropping my daughter's photo and changing the color to make sure everything was as close to perfect as possible before printing. I am very grateful to Ms. Shane for her help. There is not many people today that will take time to offer kindness and help. But, Ms. Shane did and I am very grateful šš½

I just want to extend my kudos to the store. I had a very pleasant experience when I went into the store. I was looking for a gift along with a Motherās Day card ironically the one that I picked up had a slight tear in it, but it was the best card for my mother so I reached out to a manager that was on the floor and she was happy to provide me with a 25% discount that I attempted to head towards the register and I saw some beautiful plants behind the register the cashier that assist me and paying for my card help me to pick out one of the beautiful plants that will behind the register. She also short that the plant was covered up entirely to ensure that it could not be viewed as my mother was actually sitting in the car. We then sparked up a small conversation, which was very pleasant and uplifting so kudos to the cash register. I was greeted with the smile and the same way I came in , the same way I left , with SMILE !!!

Iām writing this review for the Minute Clinic. Practitioner Montressa always does well with my shots. The wait time is usually not long. Most times Iām in and out. But I canāt say the same for the pharmacy here. My wife had a shingles shot at the pharmacy a couple of weeks ago and waiting 35 minutes past her appointment time with no one in front of her.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely lacking good customer service. Constant delays with filling prescriptions. I observed one pharmacist/staff member prepare a customer's prescription, she was placing the tablets in the prescription bottle using her bare hands! no gloves, no utensils....She saw me watching her and continued without a care in the world. There's another staff member there who'll tell customers anything to avoid taking accountability for the lack of structure in that place. She's accused someone in another cvs store of changing my prescription info. Yet, I haven't visited any other cvs pharmacy in years & why would someone in a different store change my prescription?? A few days later she claimed the prescription delay is due to manufacturing issues. they still didn't have the drug in stock after waiting 5 business days after my doctor had called in my meds. My Dr. cancelled the script, called the same exact medication/ same brand into a different pharmacy, that pharmacy placed an order for the same exact brand & my prescription was ready for pickup by the next day. This store is only 5 minutes from my house, but I'll travel 35 minutes out of my way before I choose to get another prescription filled at this CVS again. This location makes the CVS brand look bad.

And Iām done!! Iāve been a loyal CVS customer since I worked there as a teenager. No more! Called today, 3 times, and couldnāt get a human on the phone. So I went there and had to go thru the drive thru because I had a sick kid in the car. Just needed to know how long it was going to be to get the script the pediatrician called in and the gentleman at the window was rude. So rude. I asked if they received it and his response was āitās not ready so no.ā I asked how long it might take if itās in the system could he check because I had a sick kid in the car. He repeated himself and said āitās not readyā in a very rude tone. I just drove off. Switched to a local pharmacy that cares. See ya!!

Itās impossible to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. I feel bad for the pharmacy staff because I get the feeling they are short staffed. Itās very dirty in the pharmacy. CVS needs to hire more employees and take better care of their customers. The store manager was pleasant and the young lady who helped me at the pharmacy counter was nice. They just seem to be drowning in work with not enough help.

The store itself is great! The Pharmacy alone, not so much! They make getting prescriptions filled at this location so challenging that itās ridiculous, & the problems are usually created by them. Yesterday, I called 4 times, held for over 45 mins each time, to the point I had to go to the store just to check the status of my prescription that was called in 2days prior. I asked if there was an issue with the phone. I was told that they didnāt have anyone available to answer the phones, but There were 4 associates behind the counter working that day. The workers always seem careless & unwilling to help. I have text notification turned on my cell, but I NEVER receive a text when my script is ready for pickup OR if thereās a problem with my script or insurance. The lack of due diligence from the staff in mind bottling. Instead of taking accountability, twice in a row, TWO different staff members claimed my insurance declined because they no longer accept my insurance. When in fact, I had just gotten 2 prescriptions filled within 3 weeks prior, using the same insurance but they were using the wrong insurance that I had already asked them to remove months ago. What an inconvenience it is to anyone who believe that they actually know what theyāre talking about half the time! The only reason I questioned it in the 1st Place is because of the invalid information & careless attitude that I've experienced from the staff at this location already. I don't know if they're under paid & overworked, but the attitude they exude isn't a positive one.

Pharmacy service is the worst! They don't, can't or fail to provide a 90 day supply in accordance with my doctor's prescription. I started going to another cvs location where they work smarter not harder and actually do what they say they are going to do and where i was able to get my 90 day prescription. Avoid this location if you can, they only create frustration and are incredibly inefficient.

This is the slowest drive-thru pharmacy I've ever been to and they constantly have a long line. The alerts for refills are also inaccurate. Every time a family member or I get an alert that the prescriptions have been filled, they're never actually ready and we get told to come back later. I dont know if this is a short-staffing problem or what, but it's been like this for the past 3 months.

A long wait at the pharmacy is guaranteed. I also think the job description for the assistants must require them to be rude, especially over the phone. I stopped going here well over a year ago and had to interact with this location again recently.Nothing has changed. I switched to Amazon. Best decision ever.

Weāve encountered the rudest staff at this location in the pharmacy. Honestly they should just close. Itās sad the way they treat people. You wait forever for your prescription, only to be treated like trash. Hopefully corporate does some major adjustments here.

Usually the pharmacy does a decent job. Clearly they are understaffed and work with what they got, so Iām typically very appreciative of their timeliness when I do go. However today rubbed me the wrong way regarding one of the pharmacists. When I expressed that my automated texts advised today was the last day to pick up, she was very adamant and cold about it being wrong. She then quoted me a 2 hour wait for them to ārefillā my prescription (which is already packaged in a premade wrap, nothing for them to refill). Which normally isnāt a big deal except that I had a text that it was ready and I went on my lunch and only had 10 minutes left on my lunch. After me prying to get an explanation since there was no refilling per se to be done, she finally explains the process they have to follow hence the 2 hour wait. I left to log back into work and five minutes after I leave I get a text it was done. If it would have taken that quickly I rather she told me to wait. I obviously canāt go back until after work and then there is an even longer wait in the evening because they only have two people working and no drive thru. If the issue is understaffing, itās on management to hire more people or if itās an issue of speed of the pharmacist they need new people. Like I said, I generally have no bad experiences, but today has really rubbed me the wrong way.

Patient, diligent, valued me as a customer.This location did not have my prescription in stock but the woman who checked me out was incredibly helpful in trying to track down a location that did have my medication in stock. There was a busy line but she slowed down and took the time with me to make sure I had what I needed before leaving.

Long pharmacy lines in the store and on the phone, I switched to walgreens and iām so much happier.They are pleasant, They answer the phone, and they give you the option to turn off the music if your on hold, thatās priceless, cvs used to drive me crazy. walgreens never keeps you on hold more then 1-2 minutes anyways. Iām so sorry, I really hate to give bad reviews but this cvs is lucky itās still open. I recommend transferring your scripts across the street to Walgreens. you wonāt be disappointed!

Every time I receive a message that a prescription is ready, I go to pick it up to find out that they have restocked the medicine. You called me yesterday!! If you have a new prescription count on 3 hours minimum to pick it up. Went back to get my meds today and now drive thru is closed and 15 people in line in front of me. This does not need to be this difficult. Iām moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Worst customer service ever!! Iām done!

How does this pharmacy stay open at all? No one answering the phones, closing during lunch, slowest service for years on end and nobody seems to care that works for CVS. Itās astonishing. Even though this pharmacy is a stones throw from my house Iām going to switch my prescription location. Enough is enough.

Always line at pharmacy. Can't ever seem to get my meds in to be filled on time, even if call. If you try calling pharmacy good luck one day tried 4 times and held anywhere 35 to 45 min waiting for them to pick-up and then called back and spoke to store manager on duty that day he said he would go tell them to call me because wouldn't pick up and that didn't happen either. Never have enough help and there's one tech that's especially rude and spoke with a female store manager and she said that she would look into it next visit nothing had changed but I wasn't the only one noticing how rude she was had another customer tell me she avoids her at all cost. There's so much new growth in area and had switched to this one because was having better luck than one on 49 and now its like Jesus please hire more people and try to get something right for once. I was almost out of my med this past month and that was with calling twice to make sure was going to be available for when I brought for refill and said had it but then had to be ordered and they're quick to blame a national wide shortage but other pharmacies can get the stuff in. Took me telling them 4 times to cancel one filled cause the part needed with it was too costly out of pocket.....I just had to not pick it up and let them return to stock cause kept telling me to pick it up after I told them didn't need the med since couldn't get part was supposed to go along with in nebulizer. They need more allotted pharmacy hours cause they aren't stopping building houses or apartments or condos in the area lots of new ones going up right across street from this location. Kayla was trying to get things straight but I don't know if still at this location but they need to do something to help this and 49 location and both shut drive thru before even close sometimes closed all day.

This has to be hands down the most unprofessional pharmacym The current pharmacist is horrendous. Instead of trying to help people she responds to requests in a snarky manner. Her assistance is based more on CYA(covering herself) than actually helping. With each pharmacist it gets worse but this one is the worse by far. I don't even have a number to file a formal complaint - if I did I would.

Natalie, The pharmacy manager has the worst customer service skills imaginable! I had a procedure done on my esophagus and the surgeon wrote me three scripts to drop off at my pharmacy. Dropped them off, they said it would take about 3 hours. 3 hours later, they tell me thereās a problem with the way my doctor wrote the scripts & theyāre waiting on him to call back- at 4pm on a Friday. Heard nothing else at all. Next morning, call back only for this woman to tell us my scripts were fake! What?!! My husband went to pharmacy with my discharge and hospital papers in hand, and she just called the police on him. The policeman was very apologetic after hearing my husband on phone with after hours nurse line and once we got a doctor to send in an electronic version, on Saturday evening, this woman finally tells us they donāt even have the medication in stock. My family will NEVER EVER EVER use this pharmacy EVER AGAIN!!

The wait at the pharmacist is long and the customer service is POOR. The pharmacy techs are racist. I waited in line for over an hour while they helped every white person that came in after me, before helping me. When I asked questions I was told that they have to serve the people in line. As if I was not in line twice, over the course of an hour, BEFORE all the current people. Iām a Black female but even this white male customer said it was wrong how the Pharmacy techs were ignoring me. It was just blatant disrespect & disregard. All while I have sick family members at home wait for me to return and care for them. I called the pharmacist manager, Sarah, the next day. Letās just say her response is the reason the pharmacy techs are behaving the way they are. Associates are always a reflection of their leadership. I will find another CVS for my Rxās, moving forward.

During a time when most customers take lunch to pickup medication they shutdown the entire pharmacy. If 4 people are working the pharmacy why cant they break each other versus shutting the entire pharmacy down making the customers wait longer than they would if they took break one at a time? Always a wait hereā¦.and a full hour long experience.
