I show at the 7 o’clock when the pharmacy was closed that’s OK no big deal. Ask two pharmacist in the back. If they can still help me. They was very rude about it. They didn’t want to answer None of my questions then I asked them Hey, I need something that can help me sleep better at night nasal spray or nasal strips they told me they don’t know anything about what’s on the floor. Ask the people in the front now mind you I’m on crutches I walk all the way to the back and then have to walk all the way to the front just to come all the way back to the back again very unprofessional they don’t need to work there ..

This cvs sucks. They are very unprofessional. Please do not waste your time at this location. I came to get my prescription They told me they have closed down. Ridiculous now I'm having to call my doctor to switch pharmacist. Just awful

Walked into the store, line backed up with 12+ customers. There was only one cashier who eventually had to call for assistance. I went to shop for my items (2), and went to the Pharmacy to pay. No line, no customers in Pharmacy. Was turned away by who may have been the Pharmacist and told to go to the front. I have worked for CVS before, and have stocks in the company. NEVER have we turned a customer away and told them to go to the front if they came to the Pharmacy to make purchases. No matter how busy we were or how many items they had. Spoke to Manager and Customer Service who advised this is not customary of CVS practices.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy service ever. Drive thru is the slowest ever! Dropped off prescriptions, pharmacist told me to check back in 3 hours! I called bc I got no update that the prescriptions were even being checked in or processed, called pharmacy to check the status & held on the line for 30 minutes hung up called back & held for another 30 minutes. I had to leave my job to see what the deal is & come to find out they put my prescriptions to the side and never processed them. Their excuse was that they have new trainees on board that didn’t know what to do!

Scheduled a Covid test online. Instructions say to us drive-thru pharmacy for test. Drive-thru window is closed with message to go inside for faster service. Once inside I'm told that they are not able to do Covid test today but that I can go online to schedule an appointment at another location. 😡

It should be allowed to give 0 stars specifically for this pharmacy location. Ive used CVS my whole life and this place is horrible. Ive even reported the store location but I’m sure nothing will be done about it. The wait times to actually get the prescription in hand whether in line or processing would make anyone go crazy. I made sure my prescription was sent for processing first thing this morning and it is still in process at 4:30pm and it is a common medication. I tried calling the other plaza location to transfer because they estimated a !!! 30 minute processing time !! and they cant because of it being in process at this location. Even the woman on the phone said you can call this location to cancel but “they usually dont answer the phone”, truly sad your putting the burden of peoples frustrations onto another location down the street because youre incapable of being a functional pharmacy. What a joke. Terrible terrible healthcare. I don’t know if its the workers or the management.. fire them all or shut the place down. Im making sure i never have to deal with this place again.

If you like waiting in a backed up drive thru line for 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription or being hung up on, this is the pharmacy for you! Otherwise, save your time and go elsewhere.

The pharmacy is the worst I haven’t ever dealt with!! My doctor put this plaza address for my prescription instead of the other one and it’s made me wait a whole day for a god damn antibiotics! When I called, literally waited for 30 mins and they told me they ran out?! What type of pharmacy would ran out the most basic drug- antibiotics 😅. Why not let me know instead of keeping me waiting? I had to transfer to another one instead. Anyways, the most important takeaway is DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE!!!

I can't review the inside, just to be clear. The drive thru though ... It is beyond slow. I have to do mandatory testing and this is the closest place to me. I've been here waiting at the drive through almost 20 minutes so far, and the line hasn't budged at all and there's three cars in front of me, including the one currently at the window. I'll try to remember to come back and give you a grand total of wait time. This isn't my first time here, either. Every single time (except once) has been a long, long wait

The pharmacy staff had been extremely rude recently. They did tell me they were short staffed when I mentioned we were waiting at the drive thru and were ignored for 30 minutes (the drive through traps you in also so you can’t back out unless the car ahead moves forward). They have messed up prescriptions and come up with every excuse under the sun of why they can’t be filled in a timely manner. The staff literally rolled their eyes when we pointed out the errors. I understand if you are short staffed and doing what you can but dealing with people’s medications in a timely manner is extremely important for a multitude of reasons. They need to have more compassion snd empathy for their customers and they need to hire more pharmacists but the actual staff on the ground can’t control that so they get 2 stars from me instead of one. At the end of the day it’s not an excuse to treat people poorly.An exception to all this was the pharmacy staff member who administered my most recent vaccine. He did a great job, listened, and injected carefully so that it didn’t hurt at all.

I've tried to get a prescription the the doctor had sent into the pharmacy. I called to see if the prescription was ready and the pharmacist stated that it would be ready in 20 mins. When I arrived I was told that the medicine was not in process. I waited 30 minutes to speak to the pharmacist who stated it would be ready and she said that she didn't say that medicine but a different prescription. I then was told the prescription was never received and when I tried to give the information; she talked all over me. After daily follow-ups 3 days later it was the prescription in process, the next day was the prescription was out of stock. 2 days after this it was it will probably be ready next week. She is part of the medical profession and I would think be a little more proactive providing assistance instead of attitude. I finally had to call 5 pharmacies in Charlotte until I found one with the prescription. The only reason I rated it one star was I couldn't post without it.

This is the worst pharmacy, the young lady working the register was rude and they have zero customer service. I will never shop cvs or get a prescription filled here ever again. What a joke and shame on CVS.

I would love to give this store negative ZERO stars if I could. The pharmacy. That pharmacy is HORRIBLE! They NEVER answer the phone. I've had to call inside the store more than once to let them know I and many other customers was at the drive thru. They charge different prices on the same script every month and the staff is always short and bothered by customers. It should be closed. Service would be better.

I found what needed immediately (a new phone charger) and an associate assisted me quickly to unlock the security tag. Check out was very quick. The store was not busy so it would be a good spot if you needed to run in and get something quickly.

I came 20 minutes before they’re scheduled close time today. February 14, 2022. And they closed sometime before their scheduled close time of 10 PM. I called beforehand to see if they were open until 10 and they said yes.

This CVS is the worst of all. Staff aren't friendly at all. Let's not talk about the Pharmacist they all have bad attitude and they always call and say your order is ready but when you get there you have a long wait My mom use to fill all here prescription here I finally got her to switch to Walgreen much better for her( NO MORE DISRESPECT)

The woman in drive through is maddd rude. I went two days back to back for a Covid test and she had a stank face the whole time and said everything as if she didn’t care to help me. I’m never coming here again cause I’ve never been to a cvs with rude workers until now. Like how miserable can you be? She has black hair and blue eyes btw so if you see her don’t expect good service.

The worst service ever I was told and hour before I went to pick my prescript up that it would be ready in 30mins however when I got there I was told that they didn't even have my medicine there at all and then I was told that they texted me to tell me that they didn't have it. However I didn't get a text. Mind you I got here an hour after to give them time to have it ready and nothing!!! I didn't get no text or call from anyone to let me know before driving all the way up there!!!!

The service is ok. Just don't try and call them, you'll be on hold forever. I've been on hold with them so long before that I had time to get dressed and walk to there location, get in line, & be seen and they still hadn't picked up after all of that. In fact i've been on hold the entire time while writing this review and haven't gotten an answer yet.

The manager of this store is the best! I was having issues finding my daughter's specific formula called Elecare and she told me that she could pre-order it for me. The employees are always so nice and helpful when I come here. When it comes to great customer service the manager and staff goes over and beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customers. Job well done 👏

Terrible, just terrible! Needed a covid test for a trip out of the country scheduled for 5:15 arrived early 5:05 with 3 cars in drive thru slow... arrived at window 5:35 tester gone. Wth! No Call no one checked to see if I was there just left... Terrible!

Niki was extremely rude to us at the pharmacy, has no customer service skills. Ignored us while helping other customers and then was being rude saying "I AM NICE" at an elevated and rude tone. Extremly rude and we will be picking up anything else we need from the Walgreen's down the road from now on.

Every time I come to this CVS my prescription are not filled and I call them in. Was told they will be ready at certain time example 2 o'clock, I give them 2 hours extra, still not ready. Service is not up to standard poor service.

I'm a veteran. I went today to get my medicine. I been doing the mission act to fill my prescription for a long time. This pharmacist would not give me my meds because she claim. She need a this for billing. I said no. Its the mission act and you bill it to government. I never had this issue. Im in pain right now. Its life in death. She did not call to see what she could do nothing ignored me for black veteran that I am. I need my pills because I been in pain for weeks and still in pain. She couldn't take her time to find out what to do. I have to wait and get my meds somewhere else and have to wait to three days. Be in Pain. God bless you Young lady.

I have gone to this pharmacy for many years and spent a great dealof money there. Today I was treated unfairly and rudely by new employees who do not know me or seem to care. I can easily drive afew more blocks to the competition, I did so today and will continueto do so.

I was told that CVS is my network pharmacy. I called to transfer my Walgreens prescriptions here but was made to feel as though they don't need my business. Some lady kept answer the phone & say "hold" then the elevator music started. After 10 minutes of that I called back...same thing. So, I called the main store & explained that I had been trying to get the pharmacy for 20 minutes & still hadn't spoken to anybody except the "hold" lady...he told me to hold on & then transferred me to a number where the "hold" lady picked up & transferred me to the elevator music again. Ugh!! I immediately called Walgreens where I got a live person in less than 1 minute. She assured me that they could keep my business even though they were out of my network...THANK GOD!
