Poppy LOVES club fetch! We had tried another daycare in the area which went horribly. I was so worried bringing her to a new place she/I would have the same experience. It was NOTHING like the other daycare. Lindsey took the time to explain their process and philosophy, tell me exactly how they were going to get poppy to warm up to them, and followed through on that promise to get Poppy to love daycare. After just 3 trips there, poppy now sprints inside, tail wagging, so excited to have a day of play with all her friends (human and puppy!). I am so grateful for the amazing staff they have there.

I cannot recommend Club Fetch enough! We have been loyal to Club Fetch since we got our first dog 4 years ago. Both of our dogs attend daycare and absolutely love it! They are always tired and happy once they get home. We always board our dogs with Club Fetch whenever we go out of town, and we’ve never had any issues. I also wanted to give a big shoutout to Lindsey, who loves and treats our dogs like her own! She took the time to recommend a dog trainer when we got our second dog, and you can really tell she truly cares about the well being of not only our dogs, but my husband and I too. Thank you Club Fetch for all you do for our dogs!

Bear and I love club fetch! The staff is all amazing and friendly and they know who bear is as soon as he walks in! When I ask bear “you wanna go to daycare?” He immediately gets excited and runs to the door! Cannot recommend enough! Lindsey is amazing and knows the dogs by name, she is the best!!

A West Coast transplant, doggy daycare was something I hadn't needed before moving to NC. The thought of leaving my nervous dog in daycare was, initially, very stressful. I did a lot of research and visited several facilities. I'm so glad I settled on Club Fetch in South End -- the staff is awesome! -- and it gives me peace of mind knowing my 'child' is in great hands! I've recommended this place to other dog 'pawrents.' If you're in need of dog daycare, definitely check Club Fetch out!

Colbie (90 lb malamute) has been going to Club Fetch for close to 5 years now and she is never more happier than when we pull in the parking for daycare or boarding drop off. It is a peace of mind to be able to travel and know she is not sad or depressed and is so happy to be there with all her dog and human friends. The staff is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently boarded my pup here this past weekend for the first time and took her to her meet and greet/doggy daycare, and both time when I picked her up, she had the biggest smile on her face. It was the happiest I’d seen her since I’d rescued her. I will definitely be getting a doggy daycare package for her since she loves Club Fetch so much!

The best day camp in town!! Our lab, a typical high energy, very social and playful pup has a twist of anxiety towards any new experience. Lindsey made him feel comfortable from their very first meeting and he is always excited to go play with his friends. Our happy boy thinks "Club Fun" is his 2nd home. I recently did a walkthrough of club fetch and it is a great facility! i am a dog groomer and was doing the walkthrough in hopes of grooming here soon! everyone there really has a passion and love for fur babies. the cleanliness and love for the pets really sold me on wanting to work at this facility with these people. i highly recommend bringing your babies here for a fun and safe experience!

I have been taking my dog Meli to Club Fetch for a year. I could not be happier with the employees at club fetch. It gives me so much comfort knowing that she is well taken care of every time she goes to daycare and that she doesn’t have to be at home while I’m at work. She loves playing with other dogs and every time I pick her up at the end of the day her tongue is hanging out of her mouth and she has a big grin on her face! I highly recommend every service at club fetch. Meli also gets groomed there and she looks adorable every time! It’s nice because you can drop them off for daycare and they can get grooming services while they are there. Thank you club fetch for making our babies happy and safe!

My yorkie needed a grooming desperately. We had tried a groomer after moving to Charlotte and I was not too happy with them. It took a while to find a place near me that I was comfortable going to and Club Fetch was perfect as well as Jackie his groomer. I will definitely go back. She did an awesome job and he looks adorable!

My dog loves daycare and grooming here! There are always fun events for the dogs and the staff is great and super friendly! You can tell the people there really love animals.

I recently started taking my dogs back to Club Fetch after going to another boarding facility closer to home. I’d rather drive a bit further to make sure my dogs are happy and well taken care of. I should never have stopped going.

My dog Frank loves Club Fetch! I never worry about him while he’s there, and he can’t wait to get out of the car and in the door every morning. The staff is wonderful and super attentive, and I look forward to seeing their Instagram photo updates every day. After a Long day of work I’m exhausted when I get home, and knowing Frank is too makes the money spent on daycare well worth it. Frank 💖s Club Fetch!

I have never trusted a boarding/ day care for my dogs until Club Fetch! When I say they go above and beyond I truly mean it, everyone is incredibly kind and helpful and the dogs are all extremely happy!! I would never trust anyone else with my fur babies except Club Fetch. They will work with you and get the best situation for your dog they can get. The dogs who go here are family to them. It truly is a facility that is incredible with people who are amazing at their job. Don't hesitate when looking into Club Fetch, you will be forever grateful as I am for all the help they give you and knowing your due baby loves it will give you so much peace of mind!!I will never be able to thank them enough and I will always be a repeat customer.

We used to bring our dog here for daycare and he seemed to have a good time. This time we boarded him here for 4 days and it was the biggest mistake. They put my dog in a small kennel (what they call a mini suite) with absolutely nothing in it but two bowls (no blanket/pad) that I personally don’t think is big enough for a 40lbs dog to be in for more than a day. The staff was unfriendly, incompetent, untruthful and quite honestly after that, I don’t trust this place with my fur baby. On top of that, they don’t provide updates on your pet, live feed of dogs or photos outside of what they post on their ig (not even every day), so I have a hard time believing my dog is well cared for while at Club Fetch. Such a disappointment.

I never leave bad reviews but I had an interaction with the manager that still doesn’t sit right with me. Manager there has no customer service skills. My dog has space issues and she told me that she was worried that other dogs may eat my dog (her exact words). Interesting that the terrible reviews left by previous employees are no longer up. The only saving grace is Lindsay who is incredibly kind and truly cares for the dogs that go to this daycare

My dog has only been to Club Fetch a few times but is always excited to go and pulls me right inside. Despite this, the workers already know who he is and I can tell they truly care about the dogs. Recently, I was unsure of what day I would be able to pick up my dog from boarding and they were flexible with me on pickup. I was excited to be able to pick him up a day earlier than expected and they were happy for me. The grooming is also top notch!

Club Fetch was very accommodating. We needed a last minute boarding reservation for both of our dogs, and they were able to board them the same day. We also ran into situations where we had to extend their stay, and Club Fetch was able to fit them in for a longer stay. The staff had great communication with us. They were friendly and understanding to our situation.

I took my puppy there for the first time yesterday. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly to both me and my puppy. They post daily instagram pictures, so I was able to see my dog during the day. They sent him home with a nice write up and even a picture of him! I will definitely be using club fetch in the future.

We love Club Fetch! The women that work there are so friendly and helpful we know they take great care of our pup whether it’s daycare or boarding. They are very knowledgeable and offer so many nice add ons for boarding. Our dog loves going so much she always pauses and sniffs when we walk by and gets so excited when we bring her in! Thank you!

We absolutely LOVE Club Fetch! It is evident that the staff truly cares about each and every one of the dogs. We just started bringing our golden retriever puppy here, and I'm disappointed I didn't bring her to this place sooner. Whenever I bring her in, they immediately know who she is and seem genuinely happy to have her for the day. I've taken our puppy to other daycares around here, and it always felt so transactional. That is not the case at Club Fetch. If you're debating where to take your dog, this is the place!!

If you enjoy having your time wasted and an incompetent company than this is the place for you!! I would never come back to this place even for free, It took 7 appointments to get my dogs nails cut, they either canceled, groomer not there or never actually booked the appointment!

Club Fetch has been taking care of my fur babies since I moved to Charlotte in 2016. I travel almost every week for work and could not do my job without them. They are INCREDIBLE to me and my puppies and so patient with my schedule. My doggies leap out of the car when we pull into the parking lot because they have so much fun there. CF will treat your pups as if they are their own!!! We love them so much. 💗💗
