The self check out at Circle K stinks. Why pay these crazy high prices then have to check yourself out with a cashier overseeing that everything is scanned. Then when you tell them you don’t like the self check out option they chastise you for “wanting to be served”. Some people do not like self check out and the installation of these machines should be reevaluated.

This gas station has a serious problem, the doors of the gasoline pumps, which should be sealed, are open, allowing the entry of those who install credit card data copiers or those who steal gasoline. Nobody cares about gas pumps.

Went to Circle K on January 9th, 2022 around 3:35pm for coffee prior to going to work. After preparing my coffee I then headed to the cash register to be rung up. My total for a Large coffee refill was $1.83. I gave the cashier (Sky Benjamin) a $5 bill and she handed me $3.10. After noticing my change was incorrect I then asked Sky Benjamin what was my total again to make sure I wasn't incorrect. I then asked her for the rest of my change. Sky Benjamin then preceded to get smart and huffs under her breath, "7 cents!" I'm like it's my change! Sky Benjamin kept reiterating the fact that I wanted 7 cents which I was due!. I'm upset at this point because the cashier was so unprofessional, antagonizing and disrespectful. I never had any issues with any of the employees since I've been coming to this particular Circle K (9501 University City Blvd) Charlotte, NC 28213. After the ignorance I decided to go back into the store to get her name. Sky Benjamin then tells me, " It's not going to do anything!" So, I guess it's okay for employees to steal customers change and then speak to them rudely! I'm not sure have many customers that Sky Benjamin has stole their money without people acknowledgement, but regardless of what change amount is owed to customers it needs to be given to the customers and not into an employees pocket. Me 7cents today, tomorrow $20 from someone getting change for $100.00. I'm a government worker and I work hard for all of my monies and unless I give a cashier the ok to keep the change then it's not ok to take it upon themselves to steal from me or any other customer! Please be aware of a young girl (Sky Benjamin) that has awful customer service and deliberately steals from customers!

24 hours my @$$. Came here for literally one thing and there's a sign posted saying they're closed... Sorry but I'm sick of hearing the same old excuse of "we're just soooo understaffed" guess what? NOT MY PROBLEM!! Figure it out like a normal adult would. This town is a complete joke anymore. I can't say I'm surprised given the area, increase in crime and all that exists around here now...

I tried going here twice but both times when I walk in, I’m one of the only people inside the store wearing a mask and the line is always over 6 people wrapped around the aisles. It seems like the staff needs the support of more cashiers during busy times badly. I’ll be choosing another place to shop and get gas.

Is, apparently, one of the busiest Circle K's, and busiest gas stations in general, in the United States. You can see why - it's always got people there. Easily accessible from either John Kirk/Old Concord or University City, and open 24 hours. Brightly lit, bathrooms are as clean as you can expect from a gas station.They get slammed at odd hours, though, so don't always expect to just run in.

I've used this gas station for a while and would say the overall experience is good. This location is right beside campus but for the most part gas prices are good and the food here is not bad. There is always usually a deal on some type of sports drink here which is a plus. I would recommend this place if you're staying in this area.

Sign on door says masks required, but half the people in the store do not have them. Circle K can you enforce that so it is safe for all? Seriously just watched 5 people go into the store, and no one refused entry for not wearing a mask. Shame on you Circle K

I was intrigued how hardworking David is. He’s a good looking light skinned black guy with diamond earrings. He handled more than 45 customers in one hour without anyone helping him. One man army.

These new staff selling me stufffor an extra dollar that their price tag says for the third time. Emplyes who know me sell me tha same one on tag price, but new ones are not and so rude. Well never return for couple years loyal custemer. I rather to go somewhere else.

Good, fairly clean store. Gas pumps over charge you during pending phase, fairly annoying to look at until it clears properly. If that bothers you don't get gas here because it will have a pending charge for $100+

I have gone I side the C-store twice since the mask mandate went back into effect in Mecklenburg County. Not one employee was wear a mask nor did any employee remind customers entering the indoor space that masks are required.

This place is horrible and the workers dont know how to do there job . took 10 off my card for gas but the cashier told me it was it wasnt going through and told me to swipe it again . usually i wouldnt have a problem w it but it when through the first time . now it got me think how many other ppl have this girl did this too amd wat was she gonna do w the extra money ?

Been here more then five times and I say the services is not consistent. There are times they are really helpful and friendly, other days are not and seems down. Regarding of their, I was able to buy everything I needed at this store.

No regular gas and NOT ONE SIGN outside on pumps. Attempted to get gas 3 times. Now there's 3 35.00 holds on my bank card. No sign outside on pump is ridiculous and uneducated Caucasian cashier was rude to customers coming asking about pumps.

love to walk here by way of my own personal Circle K Shortcut (dm me if you would like a map of the shortcut) . I like to go here and buy things like Beer or Hot Chip or BootLegger . Also like to stand there and watch the hot dogs spin around. i think it would be fun the be hot dog sized and jsut lay on the machine like that
