Go to circle k just about every day and buy the same drinks just about every day. Arizona teas. I have the membership app and everything else. Mobile app offers buy 5 Arizona teas and get the 6th free. But the registers are not discounting the free drink. They are charging me for it. Talk to the stores and were told that it is a corporate issue and that they can't help me. Call corporate phone number to be told that there is a high call volume and all I can do is leave a message and hope someone cares enough to call me back. I will wait a few days and see if anyone contacts me but looks like I may need to pass this along to my attorney because if it is happening to me, how many people in the country is this happening to. This is said that businesses sit here and offer programs and discounts on items and products only to not honor their word.

Been coming here regularly (pretty much every other day) since August of last year with no issues, 1/25/2024 I was kicked out by the lady working the night shift, no reason given. Was just trying to buy snacks for my roommates. After reading these reviews there seems to be consistent problems with the PM crew. If you must come here, do so during the day!

I just went to pay 60 dollars for gas and find out the pump doesn't work. The cashier says she can't switch the pump, she has to refund my money then pay 120 for gas. The math isn't mathing, she can't count and very unfamiliar with how to service customers. She asks for my receipt only to throw it in the trash then she gets mad because I asked for my receipt back. She then tells me she's frustrated but I literally had to cancel my birthday reservations for having spend a hour in this ghetto gas station

It's a Cirlce K, it's clean, it's fine. The 5 star rating is purely because of Sabi. I live around the corner, so I'm here pretty often and interact with her often. She's fun and friendly, and always upbeat, even when the store is slammed. When she's got a long line, she does a great job of interacting with all of the customers, and making sure people are happy. Always glad to see when she's the one behind the register!

At least twice a week I come here after work like I am right now. And the doors are locked. What's even funnier is the girl with the tattoos on her face let some females in but me and 15 other people out here looking crazy

I don't understand how some people have a job! Every morning I get off work,I come here in the early am the attendant has the doors locked. How is this store 24/7? And to top it off the attendant is not even visible in the store. So it's not like their doing work. Probably in the back sleep!! Please hire people that want to work. This is ridiculous

I experienced rude employees today..Nice clean store however there was a tall black guy gay and a dark skinned skinny girl with a red band around her hair puff and then I guess the other girl was a manager. This between 5pm and 7pm est time. A short Mexican man with dark hair paid for his gas on pump 18 but couldn't pump it so he came back in the store to complain. He was upset and I don't blame him. He had just paid 40 dollars for gas. The dark skinned young lady employee assisted him as she assisted him the guy employee told the CUSTOMER sir you don't have to get smart with her.Speaking of his Co worker. The customer then said just give me my money back. The guy employee got the money out the register and threw it on the counter at the customer and then told him to get out. The customer was asking him why he was being so rude and the employee then said u got your money not get out,leave. 😮😯😱....Customer service is not what it used to be. The other girl who I believe was the manager said he better had left before he got cursed out. Wow instead of getting on to her employees. These three were very unprofessional talking loud using profanity loud. Eating in front of the customers while they waited in line to be checked out. No professionalism. Who hired them? They represent ur brand horribly. This happened today Wednesday July 18,2018. U all run the cameras and audio back....It was horrible...

I can only give Kudos to the employees who are on point where the store is open to cater to the regular customers during the morning and afternoon hours. However, it's disappointing when the employees on the night shift at times are MIA.

Again, l went to another Circle K, the same day, right down the street across from Wal-mart; North Tryon Street and got free ice.. Hummm, one store so cold other store is so niceVery Unsatisfied Customer Service Experience...Sunday 8-30-20Black lady wanted to charge me for a big bag of ice when l only want to pay for a cup of ice. l had a real small cooler with ice already in there and just needed a little bit more and was going to pay. A full bag of ice would be wasted, l want to pay for a cup...new manager too, with new rules...l being able to get a little ice previously and pay for the cup or get free ice...This new manager also is rude to customers and not friendly at all...l heard an incident with her and another customer while l was there....and she was screaming out loud among other customers at him....l do not think l will be coming back here if she is managing even if it is convenient to do so.

I was rushed and intimidated by an older white female employee on June 25th at 5:43pmShe read my ID and was very skeptical. She read my full name outloud. She claims my full name is her favorite character from some tv show.She said that character unfortunately died.I left feeling sick.I tried calling the store and there was no manager available? Only 1 employee working the entire store apparently. Pathetic at a major interstate exit.Zero Stars if Google would allow that.

While I was in the store I plainly heard the associates do nothing but make fun at my ripped work pants and continued to do so while blatantly pointing and whispering to their co-workers. Will not be coming back to this location, if this happens to me the very first time then it has to happen to others as well.

When I'm on this side of town I always manage to stop at this gas station. The staff here are so friendly and the store is super clean. I like the service I get when I come here and I would definitely keep coming here when I'm on this side of town.

Good gas station with convince store. Plenty of food and drink options along with clean bathrooms. They also have a car wash and the gas station at self is relatively new making it nicer than most.

This Circle K has anything you could possibly want from a gas station, including the fanciest coffee machine ever. I drive out of my way to stop here. Also just learned the CMPD (police) eat for free here. (Sam was awesome)

Im only giving 3 stars because they are always out of coffee and creamer. I have complained a few times about the weakness of the coffee when the do have it. Nice store and staff but coffee could be better.

Always very clean but everytime I go there's always a cop posted right outside looking hard at people. I guess it's OK. But what's happening here that cops have to view people this hard. Smh. Like I said, maybe I'm just seeing things
