Charlotte Fence has been amazing to work with throughout the whole process. They communicated early and often making it really easy to understand what was going on. We had two neighbors who already had fence plans and Charlotte Fence worked with us to coordinate the fence. We had a last minute change in the fence and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even reducing our cost based on the reduced need. Anderson was especially helpful throughout the whole process and deserves all the praise! We would definitely recommend friends and family to use their services!

The fence job looks awesome! The workers were very pleasant and hard working. They arrived early as I requested and finished 230 ft. In one day. Three gates were hung to my specifications. I thought I wanted one of them to swing to the left but the Forman advised because of the very slight slope it wouldn’t open all the way and would want to swing back. I would never have thought about that so I took the experts advice. I highly recommend them! 😊 Oh one more thing “my two small dogs have freedom now & not trying to chase the deer.” 🦌 Lol!

They answered our questions and modified the layout as needed during the planning phase.Their on-site team arrived about 10 minutes early and were setup and ready to start the installation on-time. I was researching aluminum fence and wanted to see if there was a place that I could find the fence being fabricated. I found Charlotte Fence online. I was visiting my family in Charlotte and stopped in at Charlotte Fence. I was greeted as I entered and explained that I wanted to know if someone could show me the actual fence product because the national chain hardware stores are NOT the same quality. Too my surprise the owner Stacy, took me on a tour of the plant and showed me how the fence was constructed. Who does that with a total stranger? I will tell you, someone who is honest, and stands behind their product. Needless to say, I was sold by the customer service before I even got a quote. Charlotte Fence displayed a high level of professionalism from my initial contact. I was able to request a quote online and was followed up with an email and phone call to schedule the appointment for measurements. Each person we talked to was knowledgeable and friendly. The online quote was the lowest we received from the price shopping we did with competitors.The pricing was better after the measurements came in, since it was in fact lower. Honestly, Charlotte Fence beat out the other three companies we called for quotes. Installation was scheduled and their team came out and completed the fencing in two days. The fencing looks beautiful and well crafted. Their installation team was very neat and tidy and didn't leave a trace (mess) after the installation. They also avoided disturbing my existing garden too. My dog is very happy to be able to run around our huge yard and enjoy it safely. I HIGHLY recommend getting quotes and doing business with Charlotte Fencing, they will save you tone of money and you will be happy with the quality and service while doing so.

This was the easiest contracted job I have ever had done. Priced within my budget, professional suggestions from salesman, came when they said, demolished old fence (21 year old split rail), and had new one up in one day. They cleaned up nicely behind themselves and left my yard at least if not better than when they started. I am over the moon happy with the process of getting my new fence! I have previously used most of the major fence companies in Gaston County. However for my last 2 fence projects, I chose Charlotte Fence / P. Saylor Fence. Their prices are comparable to the others, so is there material quality, workmanship and customer support. But what makes Charlotte Fence / P. Saylor so much better than the competition is their warranty. Lifetime warranty and lifetime gate adjustments. That's better than any other fence company. You would be crazy not to select Charlotte Fence / Saylor for that reason. The other thing is they were the only fence company that does core drills. Part of my fence is over a pool deck. Other fence companies wanted to screw the fence post to the concrete, but Charlotte Fence / P. Saylor core drills through the concrete deck and digs out a post hole then concrete's the post into position. That makes a much stronger post. So quality materials, comparable price, great customer service and awesome warranty makes Charlotte Fence / P. They were timely with their estimate and competitive with their price. They stayed on top of our project and made sure we had everything we needed to work with our HOA. Once we had approval from the HOA they were quick to get us in their install rotation. The install crew was on time and professional. The crew lead by George was neat and worked efficiently even with the heat index of over 100* that day. They made sure to measure off the fence before starting the work and that I was happy with the placement. They left their work area neat and made sure the fence was up to our standards before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Charlotte Fence installed a fence around our property. The materials were fine, but we learned later that the fence was installed in the wrong location. They came out, inspected the fence and agreed to relocate the fence at their expense. The crew was pleasant to work with, courteous, and professional. We wanted to have our fence installed by Thanksgiving, but our HOA had not issued the approval in a timely fashion. By the time we finally got the approval, we had to ask Charlotte Fence to perform a miracle with the installation. AND THEY DID!! An installer came to our house early Thanksgiving morning and single handedly installed the fence. The quality of the work was exceptional, and at the end of the day Charlotte Fence went above and beyond for us. I am writing this review with a smile on my face, and would recommend this company to anyone!!

My husband and I were looking to finish off the fence in our backyard. We knew we wanted an aluminum fence that had a swing gate going over the driveway. After starting with Angie's List, I was matched with P. Saylor Fence.Tim, the owner, came to our house to let me walk him through what we were looking for. He was upfront and communicative about pricing, and didn't try to push us to purchase any extras or add-ons that were out of our budget. He was incredibly friendly and professional, as was the entire office staff! Both Heather and Stacy were always quick to answer the phone or my numerous emails. My happiness was definitely their top priority!From the initial quote to the job completion, everything was done in 3 weeks. It would have been even sooner, had the weather not delayed them! I have owned two hobby farms over the last 5 years and have worked with different fence companies as well as installed a lot of fencing myself. I have had the best experience with Charlotte Fence (P Saylor Fence) so far. They have just installed over 1,700 lf of fence for me. The communication from P Saylor Fence on behalf of Charlotte Fence was exceptional and the estimate and first meeting was timely. Once we walked the project and confirmed the estimate, they had a great pay process and procurement. I had a committed start and once they started, the did not start and go to ther jobs like other companies. The install team was great and worked very hard to complete the job.
