Brooke is top notch in proving excellent customer service. She is detail oriented and a great designer. We purchased a motorized screen -- Erik and his team member who installed our screen were professional, courteous, thoughtful. They did a great job with the install and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend anyone to purchase the Draper motorized screen and the team that installs it.

I had some motorized blinds installed 2 years ago by Carolina Blind Crafters. Erik came out and hooked us up, and taught me the ropes to keep them in working order.Recently, one of my blinds started to malfunction, so I called and their service team had some one come out at the earliest convenience. It was Erik again - and he quickly serviced the blinds and even showed me a few more tricks to solve some typical issues that may arise.This review is long over due, but I have not regretted anything about my decision to do business with Carolina Blind Crafters. They were professional when they made the initial sale, professional during installation, and most importantly, professional when I needed help with the product 2 years after receiving my business.The best way to judge the character of a vendor is by how they react and support you when there is no money to be made. 10/10 Recommend - when the time comes for me to make another investment in window treatments, I won't be looking anywhere else.

From start to finish, this was one of the easiest, most professionally efficient of the many projects at my new house. Had 15 plantation shutters installed on all of the home's windows. They look incredible. Brooke even went back to the house to make sure a little nook I had ended up with plantation shutters that matched perfectly. Can't rave enough about Carolina Blind Crafters. They did a great job!!!

It was a pleasure working with Carolina Blind Crafters! From scheduling to sales to installation, Michelle, Amanda and Eric were friendly and efficient. Amanda spent a good amount of time with me planning the design. She reworked the quote several times to meet my needs. Since I decided on plantation shutters throughout my house, Eric spent several hours installing them. He was pleasant but not intrusive. He was very clean and tidy, vacuuming before he left. Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with. She brought samples of the blinds to our consultation appointment, and was very knowledgeable about the differences between each one. She also stopped by our new place ahead of time to take measurements and prepared some estimates for us to review. Once my husband and I made our selection, we placed an order and the blinds were ready within a few weeks (as she had informed us). Erik did a wonderful job installing the blinds for us. We received several bids for shutters but the sales manager, Michelle, was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. The installer, Erik, was very friendly and attentive. He also did an excellent job.Carolina Blind Crafters wasn’t the highest bid we got, but it also wasn’t the highest. They def. offer top quality for the money. I’d recommend them to anyone.
