Loved this place! We went for a birthday cake for my 2yo Aussiedoodle but ended up sticking around for the pet spa. Great facilities to take care of your dog outside of the tub.The raised tub was much easier to wash and dry than at home.

I called and ordered a cake for my girls 10th birthday. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. We had to make a little modification at home to make the spelling correct for our pictures, but she loved it.The 13th Birthday cake was great, photographed perfectly and our girl loved it again!

I’ve been taking my dog there for grooming since 2022. Stephanie was amazing. She has now opened a new place and left canine cafe. I went to get a self-serve bath, and the man was very rude. He said Stephanie was no longer with them. When she was there, I never had a problem with customer service. But now the man in Canune Café was so rude! we won’t be going back.

Very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my visit. They greeted my cute little Corgi like the rockstar that I know him to be. Lol ... They have the most amazing stuff for your dog. I wanted to buy everything! Lol ...I bought a lot of things for my pups birthday. He loved the cake, cannoli, cookies, daiquiri and the bowser beer! Lol ... I bought a lot for my fur baby! Lol Looking forward to visiting there again!

Awesome pet store! I go here every year for my Dog Marley’s birthday to get yummy treats. They have customized baked goodies for dogs and my pet loves them! The staff is very helpful and very welcoming! Thank you Canine Cafe for making my pups birthday special!

My precious pups only get their birthday pawty supplies from this fabulous shop! I have tried a few other specialty dogtastic bakeries and boutiques in the area but this one is top dog! My wiggle butt's adore the doglicious peanut butter tarts and creamy cannolis. This store also has a nice selection of extremely unique tag-wagger toys! I don't let any special occasion or adopt-aversary pass without making a fun filled trip to this fido friendly emporium! 🐾

We bought 2 gender reveal cakes for our dogs and they loved them! I was so pleased with the quick turn around form Canine Cafe and they ensured our gender was sealed when we picked them up! We greatly enjoyed finding out the gender of our baby with our dogs being so involved! Would recommend!

My wife ordered a cake for the dogs birthday with peanut butter and bananas. They made the process very easy and we're sooo pleasant when we went to pick up the cake. It's a smaller store but they seem to have a lot of unique treats, many of which are homemade.

We moved here for work temporarily with a couple suitcases. I’ve worked from home for the past 20 years so I didn’t want my dog, Cali, to be in an apartment alone now towards the end of her life. Graciously, my parents agreed to keep her. Thursday she will be crossing the rainbow bridge.We’ve been together for everything the last 10 years- I will be flying out this week to join her as she makes this final transition.The staff replied to my initial email quickly regarding a rainbow 🌈 cake and with such delicacy and respect. When I came in today to pick up my cake, I could feel their hearts reaching out to me. I needed that. I asked if they had some string to help me carry the box through the airport (it didn’t make the list of suitcase living) and one of the ladies went into the grooming area and came back with some beautiful pink ribbon for my girl. 💖 As I was leaving, they said if I needed anything to let them know.Although the cake exceeded my expectations, replacing what could have been transaction to a connection will never be forgotten.

Love this place! Got our little monster a birthday cake here. Obviously the dogs are going to love it, but I loved that they use real ingredients as opposed to fillers and preservatives. The price is very reasonable. Barbara was incredibly nice and treated us like family. They also have a huge selection of other treats and supplies for dogs, better quality stuff than you'd find a petsmart/petco and much more "cost-efficient." Hidden gem in Charlotte.

Cute little store with plenty of toys and treats. Baked goods are made on site - my pups' personal faves are the puppy tarts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! There is also a grooming area in the back where you can either pay a small fee to bathe your dogs or have them do it for you. My usual routine is to pick up treats for my furbabies on my lunch break, then I drop by Hex (coffee kiosk in Good Bottle) for a coffee. Highly recommend Canine Cafe!

This is a top of the line shop for your pup. They have a wide selection of food, treats, and bones. Their chew selection is always changing, and I know I am getting my dog a delicious and healthy snack. They have a lot of baked goods for dogs as well, Koda loved her cannoli!

I've gone here many times with my dogs. I've gotten birthday cakes from them and they are always so amazing. The customer service is great. I had to put my 17 year old dog down this March. And I only had a few days notice before I had to put her down. They were able to quickly make me a rainbow cake and have it ready for pick up in less than 5 days for her golden girl going away party. I'll never be able to thank them enough. My girl spent her last weekend eating amazing snacks from there bakery and eating cake.

You have to check this place out. We were surprised to find that it's more than a bakery, they have toys and other stuff for the "kids"! Oh yeah the place has the bakery on site, so the truly make their own stuff.

We went to Canine Cafe for the first time today and it was the cutest place ever! The employees were so nice and showered my pup in compliments and treat samples. We purchased the cutest toys shaped like a wine bottle and a Maker’s Mark bottle. We also got our pup two tiny cakes from the bakery. While we checked out the employee gave us a few extra samples to take to-go. Amazing customer service and the store is very easy to get to! We will definitely be regulars here.

This place is awesome. My pups have been in love since I bought a birthday cake for my dog. The owner and managers are very nice and knowledgeable. The have everything from toys to food but what really is unique is their bakery items from their cases at the register. My dogs love the doggy brownies and the cannolis. If you are in the area I definitely recommend stopping by.

They made a beautiful doggie birthday cake down to the coloring specifications that I ordered. They even put together a little goodie bag door a guest doggie for me when I went to pick up the cake. I’ll definitely be going back for my other dogs birthday cake.

I found the Canine Cafe through an Instagram post and had to check it out. They had a small, but carefully selected collection of food. Everything in the store was from a high-quality, trustworthy brand. I talked to the sweetest woman, Beth, who chatted with me about dog food brands and introduced me to Carna4. My dogs haven't tried it yet, but I'm confident that they'll love it. The store is on the upper floor, but you can see their bakery on the lower floor, which is really cool! They had adorable treats and cakes that were all made in-store. I'm so glad I went and I know I'll definitely be back!Update: My dogs love Carna4 :)
