This store is fully stocked with lots of unique fines and bargains. I would warn you that you are going to want to stay in the store and browse for hours. They have lots of great clothing pieces, although you will have to take time to go through everything to find great pieces. They also have lots of house accessories, baby clothes, purses and shoes. Oh, and did I mention the awesome suitcases that they carry definitely in different sizes give them a visit.The line was very long with only 2 cashier that’s the only complaint I have.

Disappointed in this location compared to the last 7 locations I've been to this week. Lots of items in the floor that were trip hazards and my husband in a wheelchair could not go up & down some aisles to shop because of this. Two registers opened, so had to wait a Lil longer than I liked when there were only 3-4 people in line ahead of me. I guess this wouldn't bother me if I would have seen other staff working out on the floors. Cashier was very pleasant. Made her aware someone broke several glass candles on that aisle. I can only hope someone made this a priority to clean up. Handicapped parking was best I've seen so far compared to other locations.

9/4/2023: Well, personal space it out the window here. Less than a foot distance every time I come to this store. 🤯 The kids are so close to you that they think you are their parents!!! So much for social distancing at the start of the school year. Again, always 3 registers open. You can here the security alarm in one of the videos.6/18/2023 - Well, nothing has changed in the store. The long lines, people violating personal space waiting to checkout. A man with a shopping basket kept running into me with it and pretended not to speak English. I think he could read my face!! The 3 cashiers were faster than last time, but again, I can fault management for the lack of cashiers.4/16/2023 - This place has some stuff in there, but some of the prices are missing, so you have to guess. Plus, they still have 2 cashiers at the front. This is amazing for a Sunday afternoon.They have two cashiers, one floating around in the back. And they extended the customer waiting area to hide the waiting customers!!! It's kind of funny!! 4 empty registers !!

I shop at the IKEA Blvd store often and have been pleased with my shopping experience until today. I asked for the code to the ladies room and to my surprise was told by Jennifer(manager) the restrooms are not for the public. I explained to her that I was a customer of the store and she again stated the restrooms are not for public use. I let her know I wouldn’t be purchasing anything from their store today. And she said that’s fine. Needless to say I left the store went next door to TJ max used their restroom and spent $100. It’s important to treat your customers right especially when the competitors will deliver the same product to your doorstep at the fraction of the price, and you’re in the comfort of your home to were you can have the luxury of using your own ladies room.

This location gets 4 stars for the choices it provides. ⭐⭐⭐⭐The sport clothing is best here in my opnion as you can find brand names for super cheap and in many different sizes. 👍👍👍👍 👕👕👕👕The kitchen 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳 and candle 🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️ section are great in my opnion alot of options for good prices. 👍👍👍👍You can also find some good jeans for less than $20 that are good quality and in many sizes. 👖👖👖👖Looking forward to future visits ☝️☝️☝️☝️

Less than 50% saving compared to online stores. Food all new items, kitchenware, clothing. No wide range of size and avaialbility but you can easily find many items you need for less

Standing in a long line with only 2 cashiers. I dont know who did the schedule but they should know this is back to school season ? This is disgraceful! 58 pppl in line. Only register 1 and 2 were open. Everything else closed. 7:15pm on Sat Aug 20th. Bad for business.

great deals nice store. But the loss prevention and checkout employees aren't professional so many AA not trying to be rude or anything I welcome anyone to work. they look at you as if you are going to do something to the store. They need better employees and male employees on the register or Self checkout

Literally put key pad locks on the bathroom and tell you to use the tj max bathroom next door because they "don't hav3 public bathrooms". Seems like a pretty trashy place wouldn't go here with young kids who have to use the bathroom.

This Burlington store doesn’t let customers use their restroom? I explained to the Store Manager (let’s just call her “Karen”) that I had an emergency and asked what would happen if I had an “accident” on the floor, she said she would call the police. Really? Black folks are still being threatened with having the police called on them. Ridiculous! I ended up going across the parking lot to Outback Steakhouse where I wasn’t even a customer to use their restroom. I returned to the store to pick up my wife. But I waited outside in the car. I didn’t want to have the cops called on me just because I had the human urge to use the restroom. This store doesn’t deserve my patronage. I’m out!!!! Never to return here! Won’t shop at any Burlington whatsoever now.

I really like Burlington but I don't know if they are short on staff or what. But if I'm coming in early in the morning and the store looks like this then they didn't clean it the night before.

Typically only one cashier no matter what time you go. Shelves either empty or ransacked and no longer offer a public restroom. Used to be my favorite spot to go and shop. Even have their credit card but has went down hill over the years sadly.

Every time I shop the university Charlotte store the lines are long no matter day morning evening night. There’s usually only 2 cashiers at best both slow my average waiting in line time over 30 minutes I usually end up putting my purchases back because it’s sad that customers leave because the line is so long

While shopping I ask to use the restroom and the employees tell me that I should go to TJ Max because the restroom that are public in all Burlingtons in this store are only for employees and they also make fun of us. Terrible customer service and poor attention including the manager.

The worst customer service!!! My daughter is seven years old, and she had to use the restroom, and they did not allow her to use the restroom. The store doesn’t allow customers to use their restroom, which is ridiculous!

I recently thought I gotten employed here was told I would be compensated for the orientation that I attended from 9:50 am untill 2:50 pm and never received my pay to look at the schedule the next two weeks with one day on the schedule who can survive working only day time was very wasted and never received orientation pay

Great place if you’re looking to spend a majority of your time in the checkout line. Corporate has got to step in and restructure. Great items to shop for only to find a LONG line at non peak hours and put back on the shelves. I’m not the only one. No fault to the employees as it appears they’re working their hardest. Competitive wages for the staff at this location is a must as it is always busy. Hope to edit this review to 5 star in the future.

It does something silly that they close the bathrooms when it is a big store and where many of us know that many mothers with children arrive and when one has to wait for hours to pay, it makes it ridiculous to have to leave my line to go look for a bathroom for my son I think it is a great lack of conscience on the part of them I don't think I will go to that place again and the answer of one who works there was to the other store there if he has bathrooms 😡😡

They need some more cashiers. It took me two minutes to find what I needed, but I stood in line for nearly 30 minutes waiting to pay for two shirts. On a Thursday. You have people walking around doing other stuff when they need to jump on a register and get the line down. Then finish the other work. I like Burlington, but they need to get that cashier situation under control. It happens a lot.

What an horrible experience! I carried a MK tote while looking for a coat. Unfortunately, I did not find one. As I’m walking out the door, I’m being profiled. My husband and I watched this man damn near follow us to the truck. We asked him if there was a problem as he made phone calls. He uttered no y’all are good and continued to stare and watch our every move!This dude seriously thought we or I stole because of the hand bag I carried!! Sad world we live in.
