I had a hard time finding a company who would clean our large viscose rug, and we were considering just buying a new rug since ours was so dirty and stained (4 years of wear & year plus a couple dog vomit stains). It’s a white and light grey rug, so it was turning brown in the high traffic area. Then I found Bob’s by searching Google, so I decided to inquire about rug cleaning. We dropped off the rug and within one week it was ready. We had a great experience, and the rug looks brand new now! They have great customer service and are very nice. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for saving our rug!

Two area carpets were stained with fur baby accidents. One carpet is silk wool blend, the other is wool blend. Both were cleaned and are spotless with absolutely no smell. They picked up and reset the carpets for me. This is important as both carpets are 8x10 and heavy. Great job. I'm a long time customer and will continue to use Bobs Oriental Rugs for rug cleaning.

The rug cleaning on my grandparent's rugs was outstanding. I appreciated that the owners of this family business obviously had respect for those who came before us. This honoring of elders was deeply felt and expressed. Despite the smaller rug being beyond repair, the cleaning revealed vivid colors which I didn't know were there! We will continue to use it to welcome friends into our home. The long runner also looks great, despite a few holes from wear. I appreciate the honest appraisal and what it would take to have it repaired. Despite the holes it will grace our home and remind me of my beloved family and homes it has lived in. Cilla Laula

Getting my oriental rug cleaned at Bob’s was an easy and great experience. The rug was small enough that I could put it into the car and take it to meet the driver at a convenient location. I had such a great experience with the team at Bob's Oriental Rugs. I made an online request for pick-up thinking it would take a few days, but they reached out right away and scheduled a same day pick-up.They're a family run business and it shows in their approach to customer service. They were so accommodating of my schedule when the time came for drop-off and took great care both times they were in my home. The team is very knowledgeable about rugs and thorough in their cleaning. I won't hesitate to call them again and recommend their services to all.

The process was seamless, pickup and delivery. I had three rugs cleaned, two with pet stains. The third was over 20 years old. All three rugs returned in pristine condition. The oldest rug looked like I just bought it. The colors were perfect. It was amazing to see this rug had a new life. I smile every time I walk past it. Needed to get an expensive 9x11 Stickley area rug cleaned. I had some really bad stains on the rug. Bob's Oriental Rugs picked up my rug and tried a traditional cleaning first. After a couple of weeks they called and sent me pictures to show the stains looked better but were still there. They had told me ahead of time that if the regular cleaning method didn't work that they could try a dry clean method for about $300 more. That is exactly what we did and it worked fantastic. It was worth the $700 spent because it a $9000 rug. They returned the rug....unrolled it so that I could see how clean it was and they gave me a throw pillow case made from an oriental rug. They were super nice and I would definitely use them again. When I inqiured about the timing of when the rug would be ready they responded very quickly.Service: Area rug cleaning

I had a 30-40 year old rug that had probably not been cleaned since it was purchased. I decided to have Bob's Oriental Rug's clean is as a first attempt to get rid of pet odor and hair before throwing it away. They returned it in PERFECT condition!! It looked NEW, felt so SOFT, and they even repaired the fringe. They were willing to hold it while I traveled for work. They explained a future care plan and even gave me a choice of a free pillow to match my rug. They truly treat their customers like family and I only regret that I don't have more rugs to be cleaned or areas to purchase a rug from them (not to be too cheesy ).Service: Area rug cleaning

We live over and hour and a half from Charlotte, NC, but we drive to Bob's Oriental Rugs to get our antique rugs cleaned and repaired. Bob's always responds promptly to a text inquiry and their work is superb. We've had them clean and repair rugs from auctions and estate sales as well deodorize pet accidents. If for some reason we are not happy, they will clean the rug again. The employees are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Bob's Oriental Rugs for cleaning and repair of valuable antique rugs.

My father and I had our family oriental rug cleaned with this amazing company. Not only were they courteous but extremely knowledgeable and just did a fantastic job! We were so happy we brought two additional oriental rugs to them to be cleaned. One was a handmade Persian runner rug that was missing a corner and had a curve to it. We did not expect the outstanding work they did as they not only cleaned the rug to perfection but patched the rug seamlessly. I called Bob's Oriental Rug Cleaning of Charlotte at the recommendation of clients of Life Easier, our Senior Moving Specialist, and I'm so glad I did. They are experts, and they cleaned and repaired several large Oriental rugs for us prior to our move. The rugs came back from them softer, brighter, and looking much better than they did before we sent them over. They even sent a photo of the largest one mid-cleaning, fully immersed in its shallow tub, so we could see their process -- which is impressive. This is indeed, a job for professionals.
