Came in to exchange a Mac that I wasn’t satisfied with, Mr. Austin and Ms. Heather are amazing team they helped me choose the right laptop for me (Lenovo yoga) and made sure that my shopping and check out was smooth. Mr.Austin is well knowledgeable with all store policies and how laptops work. I appreciate everybody in there. Thank you

Place was crazy crowded (Black Friday so go figure) but the manager and staff I worked with were great. They got us what we wanted pretty quickly (given the circumstances) and even took the time to help us take the TV to our car. The service was top notch given that sort of environment.

How does this store not answer any phone call? I understand online is helpful, but there should be some option to talk to the Geek Squad or Manager on site. I like Best Buy in person, but passing all customers off to foreign land call center with very rough language barriers is NOT a solution. Not sure why I'm paying for total tech or other special assistance when it's not truly available.

We've purchased appliances from a couple of different stores and had bad experiences...especially with installation. It's been years since we purchased from Best Buy but we had a very good shopping and buying experience today at Best Buy on Rea Road. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the installation will go smoothly.

Staff at this Best Buy locations is awesome. They pay attention and listen to your needs carefully. At this store most of the staff members have knowledge in depth about technology BestBuy is selling. I had to purchase 8K TV and I was referred to home theatre team. Demetrius from that team is highly knowledgable and suggested what I need and help complete entire package. He also put us in good hands of very good Geek Squad of Torrey and Eric who did awesome job installing and mounting TV. I highly recommend this center and these folks.

Reason for 3 stars is it did not meet my expectations. As an outlet store, I would have expected open box or refurbished or damaged products have a good or decent discount. I don't see a $20-$40 discount on scratched items as a bargain.

Slowest people working there! Instead of having an extra person on customer service they will walk past you and let the person flounder while a line builds! Was there for 35 minutes watching people stand around and walk by the line forming longer and longer! Terrible I ended up leaving worth going to a store further away!

Called several box stores looking for a beverage fridge. After multiple phone trees and no fridge, I called Best Buy. The call was answered quickly and by a human. Not only that but he looked online and located two at the Blakney location. Then he helped me place my order over the phone. Easy! I drove to Blakney to pick them up. Best part they were on sale half price. They were loaded into my vehicle and I was on my way within an hour. Plus they work great. They are exactly what we needed to keep bottled water at the right temp (wine is different temp which is why we wanted beverage cooler).

This Best Buy is a good store, but it's just amazing to me how nothing's ever in stock, either they're just not carrying the inventory or people are buying these products before they ever arrive at the store. I should be able to walk into any store and buy any product that they sell and not have them tell me that they can ship it to me or it's going to be available in so many days ect.. if I wanted that experience I would just go online and wait for it to arrive.

I called the store for an order and the guy told me it’d be ready in 15 min. And I told him that I would be starting to the store in 5 min and he said okay. And I came to the store after 30 min, the order wasn’t ready. And the store made me wait for 2 hours. The store manager is rude and not helpful at all. Same goes with the customer service and their chats. No proper information was given at all. Worst experience and a completely no value for customer’s time and concerns. Expected a better level of customer quality service since I’m a member but the experience sucked. Will not be buying from this store again

Just wanted to make a payment simple transaction cashier had major attitude and didn't know how to process so she had to ask for help I had no problem with her asking for help but her attitude was very unprofessional didn't even say thank you at the end of the transaction if she doesn't want to wait on customers she should find another job

Don't go there, it's not that the merchandise or the employees are bad, but if you apply for credit they will make you wait more than 40 minutes to tell you no, in my case I have good credit, it is "for other reasons", it is very Sad but the majority buy online and now I understand, although it is not the same, but it is more practical and your credit is not affected and they do not tell you lies and you do not waste time.

I will never shop here again or any other bestbuy that were rude and mean as hell when I was looking at a gaming PC and other things for my self so I left and now I'm going to wait Intel microcenter opens and kills best buy in Charlotte completely.

The rooms here are very clean. The room I stayed in was well stocked with linens, and everything you need in the bath. The beds are very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, not like a typical hotel. Remote controlled air conditioning, two TVs. Separate dining area, living room and nice kitchenette with large fridge/freezer, coffee maker with plenty of coffee. My room was well appointed and decorated to match the area here. I like the private balcony, feels more like a house than a hotel room. Nice pool, and covered patio/pinic area on the dock with 2 gas grills. Great place if you want to come and dock your boat right on your own private boat slip with direct access to the waterway. I'll be coming back for sure.

This review is for my mother who doesn’t leave reviews. She purchased her refrigerator and range in February of 2021. Her refrigerator didn’t come until in August and her range didn’t show up until October. All fine and dandy, she was super patient. But the refrigerator came with shattered glass for the freezer front and all the workers at Best Buy AND pacific sales are doing nothing. Excuse after excuse and passing it over to someone else who is not helpful. As for the range, that also showed up late and without the correct color knobs. Nobody has told her when or if the correct knobs will be here. I feel sad for her because she ordered these nice items from Pacific Sales in Carlsbad and had such a great reputation but when they got bought out by Best Buy it has been a nightmare for her. The Pacific Sales people said this Best Buy is in charge of getting her the goods and not much good has come out of it. The communication is poor, service poor, overall poor.

Bought a $150 headset, it sat on my desk unopened for a few weeks, until I finally got around to getting it set up for calls. It quit working the 3rd day I go to use it. Less than an hour of actual talk time. Best Buy only has a 14 day return policy… they said I could buy another one …

BEWARE!!!Not sure if Best Buy uses a 3rd party delivery system but worst customer experience!! 3 Times in the course of 6 months have I had to experience NO DELIVERY notice. Item would get purchased AT THE STORE with a delivery date. Time is taken off of work and personal time wasted just to sit all day at home for the items NOT TO ARRIVE with no form of notice even though I would call the morning of to confirm the delivery which they would! After an entire day wasted I would once again call Best Buy just for them to tell me that the delivery was cancelled with no reason why. Field manager was also supposed to call me to clarify the details on why it occurred but I never received the call. 6 hours on the phone just to reach nowhere! Best Buy is not all what it used to be. To add to that I kept getting hung up on every time I made an attempt to reach out to the field manager. You would think that as a Total Tech Member you would receive better service but not at all. Don't waste your money!! I am absolutely disgusted by their service.

I purchased the Mobile and representative told me to take the credit card to get 10% cash back on 1st purchase, She processed my credit card application and she said it will credit 10% cash back after 2 weeks. Instead of 10%cash back I got the reward certificate to use in 60 days. I have to buy Best buy product in 60 days even though it is not required. Simply they are trying to fool the customers to take the credit card. Few of the employees doesn't know the proper Information.

This Best Buy is average at best. The staff is limited, and the items are scattered throughout the store, making them difficult to find. I recommend downloading the app and using the self-checkout feature to save time.

I am a nerd so I love this store. This location is very well managed and has a good amount of product on the floor and their displays are very well done. Came in for a phone mount for my work vehicle and I had a really nice set of options. Was asked if I needed help from a staff member which is nice. Sometimes you feel like the only people that notice you are the loss prevention folks at the front door.Lots of open box products available right not at a great discount. Great store, great location./

My latest experience with Best Buy, the Totaltech program and Geek Squad has been entirely negative. I had a Geek Squad guy on several months ago to fix a sound bar that was not working. He was here for about 40 minutes, told me that he had done all that he could do and that the sound bar was not working. He would report same to the store and I should take it in. On October 15, I took the sound bar in to the store. I spent 30 minutes at the Customer Service desk before they decided that I needed to go to the Geek Squad desk. I spent an additional 30 minutes at that desk, only to learn that in spite of the finding by the Geek Squad guy who came to my home, the extended warranty and the Totaltech membership meant nothing. I had to send the sound bar out for repair. So, away it went. Several weeks later I got an email from the repair facility asking me what was wrong with the sound bar. I told them it didn't work, and asked why they were asking me? Later, I got another email advising that they found nothing wrong with the sound bar and that it would be returned to the store. I was advised by the story that I should come to the store and pick it up. I called and asked that someone bring it to my home, install it and test it to make certain that it did in fact work. Sure enough, Geek Squad would do that if I paid them $120 for a service fee. Bottom line here: the Geek Squad subscription is worthless. The extended warranty is worthless. The Totalteck membership is worthless. Customer service all around? Worthless. I will NEVER again purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy. Even the name is a joke.

This is my favorite Best Buy in the area. Always organized and I can usually get what I need in a pinch. And when purchasing higher ticket items, having the Magnolia section is clutch
