We had a very stress free experience shopping for our sofa. We were greeted by Casey and he helped us with the selling points, warranty, finance he also tried to do his best to make a package deal. I say that and it sounds like a lot. Well it was just enough he walked away giving us the opportunity to talk and decide and he did not come across pushy at all. The store was clean, well organized and had the newest fashions. I liked that. I very much liked the store, I very much like the personality of Casey. What I liked the most was Casey was well balanced with his knowledge of product, understanding financing is important to hear about, the time he took explaining the warranty. His giant smile. The delivery was exactly what they told us, the two guys were professional and to the point in out and gone in 20 minutes. They setup everything checked the electronics to make sure they worked and gone. I truly do not have anything to complain about we received the exact service we were sold. Thank you

So, I went to get a new bed & mattress. I haven't been shopping like this in forever. The sales lady who's name was "Virgie" was amazing!! She helped me with everything and I was able to get the entire set. She was so friendly & down to earth & she knows her job!! If ever in need of anything just ask for her and you will not be disappointed. What a pleasure!!!

Dwayne is awesome and explained everything else to us and took the time to walk us through everything in the store and was so very helpful. We appreciate his experience and his knowledge of literally everything in the store lol!*After delivery update:Well...a few things were left out, it has been awhile since I last bought furniture but I guess haul away for our old couch is not a thing anymore. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time since now we have 5 couches in the house. Also, our table was delivered broken and my husband discovered it after the delivery folks left so they didn't say anything about it and set it out like we can use a wobbly table. I took a few stars for that since it's not fair for us to spend thousands of dollars buying expensive furniture and they bring us broken tables and don't take the old couch. Please don't make assumptions and ask every question no matter how silly, because now I have to figure out what to do instead of enjoying my new stuff.

Casey was great I came to him with a urgent request and he showed me my options I fell in love with 3 table and he let me know which ones I could get by Super Bowl I chose 1 out of the 2 and I love it. And then I could not resist the beautiful table for my foyer. I’m so excited my stuff will be delivered on Friday. Thanks again Casey.

Purchased a bedroom dresser and dining room set recently...We were greeted by salesman Dwayne Baker... Wonderful young man. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable... Dwayne walked us through everything. He also is very pleasant...I highly recommend Dwayne as your salesperson...I will be going back to purchase more items and will only deal with him....All in all , it was a wonderful experience, and the furniture arrived promptly with no issues...Even the delivery guys were great...Very pleased...

Let me share a story about a representative named Jay! Young fella, bursting enthusiasm, eager to help! But what separates Jay from the other "sales people" was his discovery stage. Jay wasn't interested in selling products for profit. He took the time to ask about what fit into our life the best. What size and parameters we were looking for and only showed us really solid options that were viable to our situation. He gave us space to discuss, and was NOT pushy at all. I love that. He was knowledgeable enough on the products to help us make a decision we felt confident with on the spot. Helped us get set up with the delivery schedule that worked for us. Even after the sale was done, he was sure to still educate us about the little built in roller thingies on the bottom of the chairs to help adjust them if they get wonky in the future. He was great and it was a great experience. Bought a small dining room table and chairs that will fit our life perfectly.He also had something the other salespeople did not... A GREAT BIG BUSHY BEARD! ^_^If you are like me, and want a really great guy to talk with about furniture needs, go find him!
