I love Aldi. I get way more for my money. And that aisle that has all the random stuff? I call that the Aisle of Shame & it's usually my favorite part of shopping there! I love to see what's new in that aisle every week! This particular Aldi is always well stocked. The lines do tend to get long and they usually only have one cashier, but they're usually fast & it's worth it.

This Aldi store use to be my usual store next to bi-lo which is now closed and it smells when you walk in. Would usually shop both stores. sadly this store gone downhill when they kept switching the manager/employees around & save a lot bilo Harvey's left. Before T it was Greg (now with Lidl Matthews), T is now the SM at huntersville store & the new store manager was an assistant manager at this location. To me i don't think she deserved the position. The employees are ghetto (staci, courtney, lashanna, anjeenah) and never greet their customers. Only cashier i like was Jaden. Esperanza is there. Carts were everywhere in the parking lot but she kept her store organized. I'm sad how ghetto this ALDI is because its the 1st ALDI store I've been to since I moved to Charlotte. Since LiDL entered to Charlotte I stop shopping at ALDI and shop more frequently at LiDL better deals and better service!---I don't go to this ALDI anymore no self checkout because of the area its in, traffic, not much stores surrounding this area.

Since they remodeled the store, the store has so much more to offer. There's some savings, but the cost of produce/ products has rising with a big notice. I truly believe they need an express lane or self checkout. Some folks with a couple of items & asking can they get ahead. It's understood why, but after 3-4 people ask, you feel like you'll never get out yourself. Usually, the cashier speaks, but today, the young lady with the red blemish on her face did not speak nor talk until she finished ringing up the total. Can you say customer service training.

I will say My money would always go to Aldi any day, the seafood is top tier always fresh for a really great price, like the salmon or the tilapia is the best, I also love the selection of the salmon especially. Great if you’re frying, grilling, or baking you’re fish☺️

I love Aldi but honestly it makes no sense that there is just one cashier. For the sake of getting the customers through the line faster they should have at least two cashiers. The lines are so long that it's blocking the aisles and you can't get through to where you want to go. That's my only real complaint

The staff is always personable and knowledgeable with assistance if needed. Today while checking out, 2 men walked out if the doors with their cart without paying. They saw it was busy and took advantage of that opportunity to steal. Both cashiers went outside to track them and got their tag #. Several of us shoppers gave descriptions of the two suspects and their suspicious behavior. I hope the police catch them. Prices are reasonable enough to pay for your groceries like we all did.

Seems we drop in here every six months or so and vow never to go again, but here we are. No corn meal to be found in whole store. That's almost like a staple in the south. Most prices are pretty good but noticed a lot of items are packaged in small amounts/quantity. That's not really an economical way to buy stuff. Guess it'll be another 6 months when we'll need a reminder for why we don't go to Aldi's more often.

This place has high quality food and other products for unbeatable prices. I always run into a friend here and you'll make some friends. My last trip I bonded with a cashier over our birthdays and I saw a couple from Cambodia ask a family from Pakistan about their heritage. I love that really encourage reusing bags and cardboard boxes.

I was able to get in and get the things I needed quickly. I had an issue with a broken egg that I didn't notice until I had paid and was loading up the car. I went back in, and they were able to exchange without any issues. Really nice and helpful employees!!

Nice store. Clean but seems to always be under staffed. The associates who are there are pretty friendly. Getting around with a cart can be tricky sometimes as it's usually a little crowded.

Aldi is a really cool grocery store. There are a lot of things you just won't be able to get here, but they make up for it with their very unique selections. The snacks here are seriously fire. They always have an amazing selection of cheeses and gourmet spreads.Make sure to bring a quarter if you want a cart and bring your own bags (or a laundry basket or tote). You can buy reusable bags here if you don't have any, but they won't bag for you.

The Europeans know how to do it. How loving of them to let there employees sit down. Insurance over here is not free. Bad feet and knees are real over here in the retail world. Their chocolate treats are also a bit of kindness.

This Is one of the worst Aldi's I've ever been to. Employees are SO rude and they rush you at the register. They don't handle your items with care, they speed scan and just throw them in the cart. I've had damaged items a few times due to this issue at this location. Employees also don't care to help you, they roll their eyes And get upset. If you didn't want to help someone coming into the grocery store why did you apply? I avoid this Aldi at all costs.
