The Halal meet is good, however the customer service from one elderly man is not welcoming. He behave as if we are there in the store for a free meat. And most of the times they tax it according to their own calculation at the billing.The picture in the guy is humble, good & always has welcoming smile.

Nice store for Halal Meat but they should learn how to treat customers. The old guy(cashier) has always angry face. I was standing there for 40 minutes he did not asked me why I came for.

Unfortunately they sold me stinky Goat meat. I purchased almost 9 pounds on last Wednesday they packed for me I didn’t check and straight back to the house and kept inside my refrigerator when I did try to cook today which is Saturday. Oh my gosh when I opened the plastic, smells very badly. I completely threw that out to trash box.

Spacious store and has everything you need and cheaper prices compared to other stores I've shopped at. The customer service is amazing and the guys working there are very nice and friendly.

Fast, friendly, personalized service at the local halal butcher shop. They have fresh halal chicken, beef, mutton, lamb that they will cut for you how you want. Good prices. They also have a small ethnic grocery store with all the staples but not a lot of vegetables. Good place to get fresh meat and middle eastern groceries.

I take a friend here monthly. She is Arabic. The man who runs the store greets me as he would a neighbor, knowing I don't speak the language. He helps my friend find groceries she needs, in Arabic, and smiles a lot. I enjoy going with her to this place.

We have been going to this store almost from 1 year since it is the closest. The quantity and quality are both miserable. Meat is not at all fresh. When we order goat, sometimes we doubt if it is goat or beef, tastes weird. The staff are untidy and owner is rude and aggressive. Prices charged mostly never match that on the price board. There were 3 or 4 instances where they charged extra and the meat quantity is very less. Never wanted to go back to that store again. Gross!

One of the best places to get fresh meat. They have a lot of middle east snacks and desserts. The guy who cuts the meat is so good person and respects everyone with a smiling face. He always suggests to me which one is good to take on that day and when they are going to get special meats (like country chicken).

Best beef in Charlotte. Honestly I have never got better tasting beef anywhere in Charlotte. Their chicken is also very good. They also sell halal sausage. The owner looks like he is sad sometimes but he is actually a very honest and helpful man. I recommend this store to my friends and family all the time.

I used to go here every time for my meat purchase but my last order they messed up. I ordered for 3 pounds of Goat from store and I got billed it for Goat price of $8.99 per lb. Later I got realized that it was Beef while cooking and the price for beef was $5.99 per lb.I called them and said the same thing but the store owner was so sure that it is goat and asking me how are you sure that it is not mutton as if I never ate beef. He is asking my identification skill for Goat and Beef as if I never ate those. Any ways I don’t want to go there to prove it is Beef with my cooked meat and asking them to eat and I left the idea of asking the extra amount they took 3$ for each pound. Any ways I dropped my further purchase with them ..bye bye to the shop.......

We have stayed in charlotte for over three years now and have always bought chicken from here. The country chicken never disappoints. Last we check the fresh meat comes in every Thursday. Always call and give your order, its quicker that way. Weekends are really busy.

Worst experience ever. I bought meat and he charged me way over and gave me less than I ordered. I ordered 10 pounds of meat and checked at home at my weigh scale and he gave me 3 pounds. When I went back to the store he made me wait 2 hours and started arguing. Instead of apologizing he made me wait for so long and didn’t refund me or give me the meat he charged me for. I would never go there worst service

They gave me rotten chicken, I put in the freezer the same day I bought it, and thawed it out a week later and the smell of the chicken was horrible, and visibly has gray areas on the chicken indicating it wasn’t fresh. If you’re going to buy here, CHECK YOUR MEAT

an average store for halal meat, you can find chicken, lamb and also beef. I have always found enough supplies. They also provide liver, ribs etc but some of them depends on the availability.

Recently visited Al-Salam. I request five country chickens. As the butcher was cutting it up, he dropped a chicken thigh on the floor. Instead of tossing it out he went outside and rinsed with a dirty hose and threw it in my order bag. The most unsanitary meat shop I have ever visited. Will not be visiting again.

Not recommended for Indians. They cut beef and goat meat on the same cutting board and also use the same meat grinder to grind beef and goat meat. Before any religious function, they cut beef in mass, so you might get a bad smell when you enter the shop.

Ordered 2 whole chicken which is charged as 6.6 lb . But have received meat for 4.4lb . When asked was stated rest is fat and waste. Get good meat with a clean prank!?

After changing the management, the whole shop has been changed. Very reasonable pricing. Their beef with bone is filled with meat, not like other shops who would deliver only bones.

We came to support the Father's Day Buffet brunch and Music "Single, Saved, Serious Entertaiment Brunch" 12pm-4pm. The Owner made the Nonprofit Stop all Entertainment and 20+ Folk to leave. The Buffet Brunch was Closed around 2pm! The Owner was Swearing and Acting Unprofessional! Very POOR SERVICE, will never come back!!
