The young man who helped us, NOAH, was superb; friendly, attentive, good humored, and just a delight to work with as we navigated through our questions together. And...they deliver! We were thrilled to learn this. We can't say enough good things about Noah and The Hemp Store Chapel Hill. Thank you for a great experience. We'll be ordering for delivery and visiting the store in person again and again.

The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! They can answer pretty much any question you have about the product, and will work with you to find the best product that fits you, if you're looking for something new.The dab bar is super cool too, I'd never been to one before and didn't know what it was. If you're in the Chapel Hill area I highly recommend checking them out!

Update! I seriously wish I could leave them another star. After becoming a regular customer I have gotten to know all the staff members a little bit and every single member of this team is amazing. Customer service is over the top incredible, they’re always giving me little samples and recommendations. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Not to mention that the potency of their thca products is unmatched by anything in this area. I have never been disappointed by them <3I LOVE this place! As a Seattle native and current NYC resident (both places where THC is legal and sold in dispensaries) I was skeptical at first, but I have now tried edibles, drinks and flower from them and everything has been incredible! I have a tolerance and this stuff is very potent, I usually don’t even smoke an entire joint. The THC-A flower specifically hits just the same as anything I can get back home. This is my first time leaving a Google review but I’m thrilled to be doing it for these guys everyone in there is so kind and will spend the time to explain everything so you feel comfortable purchasing! This is the only place in the area I will patronize for weed products

After a year long experiment with CBD products, and different hemp/CBD stores, I'm back home at The Hemp Store in Chapel Hill.I've found the perfect combination that works for my pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and OCD: Bubblegum hemp flower, and GSC CBD/CBG crumble. I feel SO much better than I even thought I would. It's been a journey, but I'm so glad I found a resting place. ☺️

Wandered in today for the first time in a couple years and had such a wonderful experience. Initially, came in looking for some THC-a concentrates and unfortunately they were out when we came in, but because of that we learned they mix their concentrates in house which definitely made me want to come back again to try. Kathleen specifically helped my partner and I out and she is what made us decide to assuredly be repeat customers. Super helpful and informative. They also offer a $10 dab bar which I’m very excited to try. They do 6 panel lab testing for all their hemp which definitely increases my confidence in a great and safe product. We ended up getting their Miracle Alien Cookies THC-a flower and it definitely exceeded expectations.

Where to start? Friendly, professional and very educational! I love the emphasis on providing a high quality dispensary service, and that shows in the quality of the products too. We need more businesses that value building trusted relationships with customers like this place does. Logan was so kind and helpful and so patient explaining the answers to all of my many questions. I walked over there on a day that I didn’t realize there was a basketball game getting ready to start (not big on sports) so Franklin st was so crowded which didn’t help my anxiety. But I left feeling good about the product Logan helped me pick out. It’s been about a week and I feel like it’s been helping a lot. The parking is stressful (even on days where there is no game happening) so I probably won’t be back in the store for a while but I’m glad to have had all my questions answered and know what to get so that now I can utilize their free delivery! :)
