I have shopped almost exclusively at PetSmart for years because of their points program, and because I can often get discounted PetSmart gift cards with my credit card points. Recently, PetSmart stopped carrying my preferred brand of pet food in stores so I decided to branch out - I am so glad I did!I like knowing that my business is appreciated, and the handwritten card that was delivered with my order tells me it definitely is with Pet Supplies Plus. I am also pleased with their reward program and promotions, which so far seem very competitive - though I did get a bit extra off for being a new customer, so the deals won't always be as good as the steal I got today.Some of my dogs favorite treats were on sale, too! You know when you have to "add to cart to view price"? That means the sale price is SO low the manufacturer forbids the retailer to advertise it, and I stocked up on her treats at the best price I've ever seen. I placed an order for local delivery last night and my items were on my porch before 11am this morning.I am VERY pleased and intend to use PSP from now on. Good job!

Store was tidy and the animal habitats were clean, but the staff needs work if this location is going to be successful. I walked in and there were two employees sitting behind the register, looked at me, and said nothing at all. As I browsed, I walked by them and a male-presenting employee on a ladder numerous times as I walked around and no one said a single word to me. A fourth female-presenting employee was the only one who smiled or said hi as we crossed paths at the restroom.

The customer service here is excellent! Everyone is always so friendly and I’ve always been greeted whenever I am in the store. I took my pup to get groomed for the first time and they did such an amazing job!

I had the opportunity to meet Jessica last night at Pet Supplies Plus in Chapel Hill. I have been a dog my entire life and I have never someone as caring and knowledgeable as Jessica. Her insights into dog nutrition were absolutely off the charts. I would highly recommend speaking with Jessica for any of your pet needs!!!

Moose and I had our first visit to PSP in Chapel Hill yesterday afternoon and the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone took time to greet and love on Moose and the staff helped us find everything we were looking for during our visit. The store is filled with toys/food/supplies and I'm excited to try out the dog washing stations. We left with a new pet tag, toys for all our dogs, and new treats.

This place is about 15 minutes farther away from my closest pet store, but I heard about the grand opening on Instagram and decided to check it out. I'm glad I did.It's a small store but was well stocked, at least for cats. They have the brand of litter and treats my kitties use.Due to a dog saliva allergy and subsequent fear of dogs, I typically steer clear of places that will have lots of canines. There were plenty of customers with leashed pups here. But when I casually mentioned my concerns, a kind associate (maybe the owner?) "protected" me from an over friendly pooch that could smell my fear. We all joked about it, but it was truly a kind gesture.I used to get all my stuff at PSP when I lived near one, and my positive experience at the Chapel Hill location definitely made me renew my loyalty account. I'll be coming back for sure.Only downside is that the parking lot has a very weird layout (absolutely not the business's fault). There are lots of twists and blind turns that are obstructed. It took a bit to figure out how to get to the main entrance as well as how to get back out to the road.

Extremely limited selection for reptiles, small animals, birds. It's well stocked for cats/dogs and is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
