I visited the Chadbourn DG . I told Clara and Gracie their store was the cleanest neatest store I had been in. Everything was in place. No boxes in the isles!

It is the effort and the heart of the employees that helped this review go from a 2 ⭐️ to a 3 ⭐️. I have never been one to shy away from giving credit where credit is due. And I have a thorough understanding that employees interacting with customers on the front lines and where the rubber meets the road have only limited empowerment to make significant changes and improvements. Put outside of the effort and heart of the employees here this location leaves a lot to be desired.

This is a great little Dollar General. Great employees , friendly and helpful. They carry everything from snacks to everyday apparel to cleaning supplies and paper products. In fact they carry a little of just about anything household related. Whether you're in a hurry and need those last minute items or on a budget and trying to save. Dollar General is your go to place and this one is a good one. Highly recommend!

Theres always plenty of selection at this store. The clerks are pleasant and the store is clean and stocked. The aisles tend to be a little narrow even if your just walking through them, pushing a cart makes it more cramped.

Very convenient store for the area. Always has a lot you may need for your home. Only thing I didn't like is not to much space down the aisle for someone who is closterphobic.

Good place to get the Necessities without having to drive to the next town. This is the entire Dollar General / Family Dollar business model. Place these in every small lower-income community as close to each other as possible. Like a mini Walmart, It is crammed full of stuff. If anything is a negative is there's too much stuff in there as the walkways are narrow as they have crammed as much shelving in there as possible in there.

This store is Not Friendly and patient with people who does Couponing. Sometimes the Coupons doesn't work and they should be more friendly and patient to the Customers that Coupon. I was insulted and felt unwanted by the manager. They was whispering and sighing like I was getting on their Nerves. My feelings was hurt because I'm New to this State and I'm a Very nice and Friendly person. I asked for Corporate Number I was told they didn't know Corporate Number. How you work at a Job and is a Manager and do not know Corporate Number. The Chadbourn N.C Dollar general on Brown St. I'm very Shocked at the lack of Hospitality I was shown.

I hate spending my money where the managers are so freaking rude !! This place needs to hire better people!! the one rude ** name Angel needs better customer skills first of all ! Then they never honor their sales !! If you want rude an disrespectful people then this store is the one to shop at 😠😡🤬🤬

So many things wrong I wouldn't know where to begin! Id give it zero if I could. CLUTTERED aisles. I started down FOUR aisles one after another carrying a baby carrier and after FOUR times I was finally able to go down the FIFTH isles!!! It's always this way. It's ridiculous the amount of stock left sitting in the middle of more than half the aisles. I'm going to start shopping at family dollar just a couple of minutes away. They're alittle more expensive but worth being able to WALK through. Also a couple of very rude employees.

Store was extremely cluttered and dirty. We checked out and didnt realize until 6 hours later (in another state) that she only handed us 1 of our 2 bags.

The only issue that I had was that they had a lot of empty shelves and they had pallets of product sitting around everywhere made it kind of hard for someone who's handicapped to maneuver through all the stuff they have sitting around

I said to a worker.. There must b a button that u hit to wipe away my thoughts, because I know what I need to get but then forget as soon as I enter n leave with more than what I came in for...now u can laugh

There was no air, it was too hot, I think its a shame hiw you let your employees work in such conditions, this problem has been on going for a while..my service was great but store conditions was poor..
