Made two trips to Hudson Hardware today. They usually have the really niche hardware that can't be found in big box stores. Luckily it is relatively close to my house and easy for those necessary items needed to get projects done!

I cannot recommend this business more. They have the most amazing dedicated staff. I go there for chicken supplies and April truly is a master. She helped me out so much and even took the time to help me with with some of my concerns when I didn’t have the knowledge. It doesn’t get better than that and I recommend anyone that has chickens exclusively shop here.

Bought an Echo edger/trimmer kit this morning and was really pleased with the service I received. Guy that helped me filled the tank and gave me a general tutorial on it. Answered my many questions so well - very knowledgeable! And loaded everything up for me too. Would never get such a great experience at Home Depot for sure

I go to this place often. This is where I buy my goat and chicken feed. I have never had a bad experience. The employees are so friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They greet you at the door...they get anything you need right there. Lol all you have to do is check out really. They even carry your purchased items to you vehicle. Anyways, I highly recommend this place...such a pleasant atmosphere.

Unlike lowes you don’t have to walk around a maze for two hours getting help from uncw students who don’t know the difference between a wrench and a screwdriver. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that make sure you find what you need.

I walked in just looking for a pair of boots and i was immediately greeted and they made sure I was geting what I needed. The staff was very helpful and persistent to make sure they could help in any way possible. She new every little thing about all of the boots. I can't wait to wear them and I know I got what I needed.

I depend on Hudson's for horse and dog food. They will also order anything I need that they don't stock, saving me shipping costs. Doug is warm and wonderful, and I love their customer service.All the associates are great. They have everything I need for my animals, and the new store is gorgeous! And thanks, Wendy, for stocking Hot Pepper Suet for our suet feeders!!!! A fun store, and very convenient for us "country" folks!!!!

I was in today for the first time. The store looked great, they seemed to have a good mix of everything. Plants were healthy and the staff was knowledgable. April, thank you for answer our questions regarding the pullets we had bought. Looking forward to watching these guys grow into layers.

Great local store. A bit higher in some prices, but lower than big stores on other prices. Either way, better to shop local and not drive all the way to town. Friendly folks, good selection, QUICK service. Love this place. Reminds me of the local farm co-op I grew up near in the midwest. 5 stars!

A friend and I went in on Saturday looking for cowboy boots to wear. We were immediately directly by a young lady to the area where the boots were. After she finished with the customer that she was working with, she came over to assist with the selection. She continued to help us until we both found the pair that we were looking for. It was a very pleasant experience.

I especially love their natural soaps. It's great for washing the entire body including shampooing your hair. The soap leaves my hair soft n manageable with out a conditioner. 👍

Hudson Hardware in Castle Hayne, N.C. is the best hardware store ever.Friendly and competent people !!!If they don't have what you need they get it for you in short fashion.Never had a problem with returns or exchange's.

I just waited to the store for some Steeples and there were so many beautiful plants outside I had to do some impulse shopping and these plants are huge very well taken care of very much worth the price beautiful beautiful plants staff was very friendly I was asked if I needed help when I was wandering around looking at other things that I wanted to buy on impulse in the shells I would highly recommend this store

I use Hudson's only when I am in the middle of a project and don't want to run all the way into Wilmington to Lowes or Home depot. They have a limited selection in most things and they are expensive. They do have a pretty good hardware selection including stainless hardware.
