Things have improved at this location after I called with my concerns and talked with someone at corporate. Staff is a lot friendlier. Sometimes bathroom still smells bad. No hooks on the wall. So I use the baby changing station to put my purse so it doesn't have to be on the floor.

Just wanted to show some appreciation for how kind and respectful Tony is in this store. He is such a gentle man and I appreciate him a lot, just being kind and warm goes a long way. Be like Tony at Castle Hayne Rd/Oakley Rd circle K!

If you want a quick place to stop for anything, don’t come here. You’ll stand in line behind people purchasing lottery forever. And most of the employees are pretty rude and unfriendly. I’ll never go back

Stopped in for gas and had to use the facilities. Restrooms were disgusting with spider webs hanging in the corners. Soda fountain area was disgusting and needs a deep cleaning. Didn't check out the rest of the store but needs some attention throughout. Cashier was friendly and customer service was good.

I went to the Circle K to get two cups of coffee and I needed a coffee holder upon me reaching my hand to pick up the coffee holder there was a bunch of roaches roach eggs and spider webs in the corner where the coffee holder things are I have not drank coffee from there in a year and I wouldn't recommend anyone else because they do not clean the counters off I told the cashier she just looked at me like I was crazy never again🤢

I bought cigarettes and sodas with a newspaper and candy .the cashier didn't put my cigarettes in my bag .I went back to get them the guy working remember that I didn't get them my total was over $18.00 .he said Leon is here for his cigarettes. The manager said I put them in your bag in which she had not then had to rebuy the cigarettes again .honesty would have gone a long way .we are not rich .we spend a lot at this store .I feel I need to go to another store .I miss Bruce the old manager this would never have happened with him .have been on Oakley road for 9 years now .plus the store has stopped saling 80% of the things we had enjoyed buying. Very shocked at this managers behavior. We where not trying to get something for free .just wanted what we paid for .if her cashier had not known my husband didn't get the cigarettes he would not have said Mr Leon is here for the cigarettes you forgot to give him .the store one day will charge one thing the next day it's more same item .please always see if you have everything at the store you leave the store and you don't have what you paid for your out of money

Cashiers are friendly and outgoing, your greeted as soon as you walk through the door, and they finally have their grill up and running. And their prices are the lowest I've seen in castle hayne.

The Manager at this store is not very professional and we need a person with customer service skills and how to relate to the community with customer relationship we spend money at this store we want to feel welcome a happy customer will return over and over again I guess I won't be returning I did not feed welcome when I visited and that manager was cold and rude the corporate office needs to know who they put as managers
