Excellent grooming services. I picked up my Shih Tzu today and not only did she have a beautiful grooming, but an added spa service of deep conditioning with warm towels! They have added all kinds of optional services for your pup.Its always fun to leave with some special treats too. Wonderful people and wonderful experience!

Called the first of June for a face, feet and fanny trim appointment for our our Goldendoodle. I called again in July to check where we were on the list and whoever I spoke with said our name had been lost on the list due to a clerical error and I was assured I'd be put on priority status. Called back the first of August and was told since I'd been on the list for '9' weeks, I'd be at the top of the list and next for the first available appointment.Almost 10 weeks from our initially calling for an appointment our Goldendoodle is in her first heat; which was the reason for wanting her trimmed. The final straw was our sweet little girl not being able to see because of the hair in her eyes, and not seeing the closed gate at the top of our five deck steps as she bounded upwards, hit it, and fell backwards! She was sore, but thankfully nothing broken or seriously hurt!If you want a well run and dependable grooming service, look elsewhere as this one does not deserve the single star I'm forced to give to write the review. I'll also be looking elsewhere for home baked treats and toys as I would not trust anything coming out of this establishment masquerading as a place for everyone's pet food, home baked treats, supplies and grooming!

We are so happy we found Woof Gang's while we were in Cashiers. Janet and her staff were very friendly, helpful and had a great selection of products for our dog. This place was amazing. Took our two dogs in shopping and they were treated like kings and queens! Lots of doggie options and great buffet of gourmet dog treats. They also carry frozen dough for dog treats that you can bake at home. Our pooches love them!

The groomer did an excellent job of trimming my Yorkie at a reasonable price. That combination is unusual in Cashiers NC. My dog was in and out in two hours. The groomer worked on one dog at a time, so my dog had virtually no time in a cage. I definitely recommend them.

Before you leave the groomer, make sure you discuss what is going to be done with your dog. Communicate. My 1 year golden doodle had some matting but didn't realize her ears and tail was going to be shaved to the skin. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. Groomer suggested that I find another groomer which I will do

Your groomer shaved our miniature labradoodle, and completely ruined her traditional labradoodle look. She is now that skinny little 20 lb. dog, that doesn't in any way resemble a beautiful labradoodle. We used your groomer on July 31, for our miniature Labradoodle, and he did a nice job. But, when we brought her back last week after she had had her puppies, he complained that she was all matted, and would have to shave her. I disagreed, stating that I had completely combed out her ears the evening before with little trouble. What he should have done, is send her home, let us brush her out, and bring her back, where he could groom her normally.
