Really nice, big supermarket which feels like you’re inside WholeFoods store. The staff is wonderful and always friendly. Lines are always short and moves quickly. We recently started taking our puppy and everyone has been great and welcoming us❤️ Tuesday you get double the points on gas so we try to shop on Tuesdays perks.

This store is kept very clean and well stocked. We found roasted garlic and marinated artichoke hearts on the olive bar that appealed to us. Beware of the bakery if you go there hungry!! We chose a large cake that was a variety of 4 different cakes. (We like to do that so we can try new things.)

We love our local Ingles Market! Well stocked and with a good selection of products despite being one of the smaller Ingles in the chain, the supermarket is the most convenient for us to visit in the area. The staff is always helpful and cordial as is the full service butcher counter and deli. During the season and on holidays, it will get especially busy and parking can be an issues. We try to do our shopping before the crowds descend for the weekends.The Cashiers Ingles Market is a wonderful part of the Cashiers Village community and a great part of the reason why life in the mountains is so comfortable. Thank you to all the staff who works there!

I just love this grocery chain but they are not just a grocery store.Excellent pharmacy and cafe and deli and all are spot on!I recently was up early and ran by for best breakfast ever!

This is the GREATEST grocery store on the planet. You cannot believe all the things it contains inside. If you are hungry for anything this store will have it. Awesome produce, huge salad bar, make your own pizza, gelato, the works. And if that wasn't enough the discount card is the best. What are you waiting for... Go already 😅😅😅

I live in Sapphire and I come to this store every other day.I want to express my gratitude to Luke McNeil, co-manager. He is always very helpful, positive, and caring about customers. I see him helping everyone and always has a smile on his face!The store gets very busy in season and I am so glad you have Employees who care about his store and the customers!Thank you

Overpriced, probably because they have no competition and like it that way. Frequently the produce has seen better days, and should have been thrown out long ago. Little by little name brands disappear and are replaced by Ingles brands. Frequently I find expired items, so now have to check the dates on everything I pick up. And the parking lot is so poorly designed that you take your life in your hands getting from your car to the store, not to mention the potential for damage to your car. Ingles should not have a monopoly on our grocery shopping options in the area. I gave it two stars instead of none, just because they have groceries.

Let me start out with the positive. 1) Clean & well organized store 2) Great floral deptThe following will make me never come here again; 1) Self checkout never works. NEVER. 2) I have only had one cashier in 2 years that actually was nice (African-American woman around xmas '23). I went today to check out, I saw this older grandma type woman, and I said to myself, "I'm going there, she looks nice", WRONG. I said, "Hi" Woman- nothing. Me: "How's your day?" Woman: Nothing. not a "here's your total" nor a "thank you" and forget about "have a good day".3) Men behind the hot food were all leaning against the counter (they were slow), talking to each other, which is fine, but their arms were crossed in a very defensive way and none of them even looked at me, so I got nothing from there. 4) Managers. There were 2 of them, or at least 2 men that were watching others work. They were cussing ("f this, f that", ect.), dressed sloppy, with their shirts out and muddy boots on. These are the people running the store? The only reason that store is in business is because it's in a rural area. Shame.

Anticipated the Ingles in this small town being a very small grocery store. It turned out it was the size of a super Walmart! The place is huge and has a large variety of food. Definitely the place you want to stop at.

I live 5 minutes from this store and love shopping here! It often gets really busy in the summer months and during the holidays I shop at odd times, late nights and early mornings to avoid the crowds and stress. These managers have always been great and I have loved getting to know Marla. Living in a small town has its pleasures and getting to see everyone you know at the grocery store is certainly one of them! This Ingles store is priced higher than most but they also offer so many more options than most, their produce is fresh and they keep their shelves stocked. I’m thankful to have such a great option when it comes to grocery shopping!

I shop at the Ingles in Cashier’s, NC. It is the only grocery store in a town that has a huge influx of tourists 6 months of the year. I am fully aware of the difficulty finding people to work nowadays. I just have to tell you how much I appreciate the staff at this store. Starting with Jeremy, the store manager.I have observed that he NEVER asks anyone to do anything he doesn’t do and mayI I point out ALWAYS with a smile on his face! If you can’t find it he will take you to it. The pharmacy is outstanding! Again, they ALWAYS have a smile along with being extremely good at what they do. They text you, they call your Doctor, if needed etc. Amanda is so thorough and helpful.Katie in the flower department never says she can’t do it or make an arrangement and her daughter ,Sarah, checks out customers with ease.Michael. Beeker is a delightful young man who is always ready to help.The entire staff at this understaffed Ingles are AMAZING!I know this is long and you are probably wondering why I would take the time to write it. It’s because you need to know we are up here in a beautiful part of NC. that is booming with people moving here full time and your employees are working hard to keep up and need to be appreciated.I truly admire and appreciate them!!

Lots of variety but not laid out the best. Produce is good but a little pricey. Deli & hot food looks rough. Ample meat market. Good sales. Pretty clean. Register lines are very slow and do get backed up on a Sunday afternoon.

Most of the time I go eat there, an older lady that works in the deli seats in the Cafe are and just starts cussing and yelling stuff and it's just uncomfortable to eat while she's mumbling threats to who knows who

Starbucks too! This branch of Ingles offers a large salad/wings bar and deli. There is a Starbucks coffee here and a large selection of regular grocery items. This place tends to be crowded often, but other than that its a fine store.

We've been shopping at Ingles for decades. Cashiers, NC Ingles since it opened. We ask the bagger please put cold stuff together, because we laid it out together to make it easier for you. (We don't live next door & put cold items in coolers for ride home) Then we ask the bagger please don't smash the bread with the canned goods. Cashier, Penny, thinks she has to tell us not to come back. Because we don't want groceries destroyed before we leave the store? Ingles has cornered the supermarket scene around here, don't have many other choices. Ingles has never taught baggers how to bag groceries, it's the same in most Ingles. For the amount of money it cost & the baggers just slam it around. Sure we could go through the self check & bag ourselves. But, we don't work there. Other grocery stores don't have this problem.

I did work here, and miss working here had the best boss ever and would go back if I knew that i could be hired back, Jeremy if you do see this wanted to let you know that husband passed away a week ago I'm in lavonia Georgia right now with no transportation but very possibly going Monday to get a vehicle if you would have me back at Ingles I will come to cashiers soon as I get car, show this to Victoria please and thank you I will be waiting for your reply. Ingles appears to be the only place to shop, it is hard to get their card, unlike most other grocery stores won't offer a courtesy card. You have to fill out a long form .... They have great deals seems to be the only grocery chain in the mountains. Cmon Food Lion!

I personally LOVE the Ingles bakery. The Master Baker has always made me custom cakes for my children's birthdays. She again accommodated me at Christmas when my child asked for a Pink Cake for Christmas.Ingles can be crowded at peak times. Only grocery store in a 2 light town.

I was just in this store. I purchased two huge carts of groceries full of heavy items. The cashier (short blonde curly hair with eyeliner) did not call the bagger over. Instead, she watched me attempt to process groceries while the the actual bagger ( thin, about 5’6) carried on several happy conversations around different checkout lanes. The manager in the blue sweater seemed to be looking everywhere and nowhere at the same time and did not notice anything going on. This is a ridiculous level of service. Do better.
