Wonderful little place. They will make you a custom flavor of custard (20+ options) and then you can add toppings (they have lots to choose from). They also have a bunch of different sodas to make floats with. The custard was really good and I know custard. Being a super taster I am hard to please. This custard was excellent and made of high quality ingredients. The employees were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.

The custard was so smooth and dreamy - it was absolutely perfect. It’s all blended with toppings as you wait and then what makes it even better - homemade waffle cones made in a waffle iron as you order. The waffle cone was still warm as we ate the custard out of it. The staff was all so kind and helpful when we felt overwhelmed with all of the delicious options! We are already planning our next visit!

Mixed thoughts overall. The staff were friendly and place seemed interesting, but I really don’t feel the product was equal to the price of my brownie sundae. I ordered the brownie sundae with the custard swirl. I’d say the sundae was 2/3 brownie and 1/3 ice cream which just seemed lacking. I think my biggest area of issue though is the fact that my $9 sundae came in a flimsy Dixie brand paper bowl from the grocery store which are notorious for not holding up to heavy items. If I hadn’t had plenty of experience with these and tried to pick it up by the rim, there would have been a big mess to clean up. Additionally, I’m not sure if it’s the length of time it took my payment to go through as they were having issues with the card reader when I payed, but by the time I sat down the custard was very melted.Overall I’d say the price and the service were on par with the area (expensive but friendly) but the product was not. I round up with my reviews but truly I feel it was a 3.5 out of 5, not 4 out of 5.

Eat Custard Cream. Be Happy…Crossroads Custards & Cold Brew is the place to go.The quality of their custards, coffee, and teas are incredible topped with the best customer service. This place will become your new favorite spot.They have a near endless option of flavors. If you like a slushy make sure you try a flavored custard mixed with the slushy. It is so refreshing and tasty.Make sure you also try their homemade waffle cones. I’m not sure what their secret is, but it is the tastiest waffle cone I’ve ever had.You can even get your pup a custard treat and they are also giving your dog a ball to take home.As for parking their is an ample amount of spaces.

In the past we had driven to the Kilowin’s in Highlands but after coming here twice I can’t think why I would ever go anywhere else for ice cream. This place was better in every way! The vibe and atmosphere was on point, everything was very reasonably priced, and they have so many options for what format you want your ice cream in. Plenty of toppings you can get remixed in. Plus the coffee and waffles make a great breakfast. I had the sausage waffles the day we left cashiers and it was such a wonderful breakfast

What a cute little restaurant (coffee shop and ice cream … okay, custard) in the Slabtown shopping center. Amazingly friendly team. Buck’s Coffee has been the top dog in Cashiers for years but this little shop will do well as more folks find them. They sell large cinnamon buns among other items (cookies, scones, sandwiches, coffee, and of course custard). If in Cashiers… check them out!

Best custard/ice cream I’ve ever had! Smoothest and coolest fresh flavours made to order.This place is amazing, and I wish I could give it all a 5 stars but the customer service was so bad, which is why I had to write this review. The product is so awesome, but it really disappointed us and ruined our mood when we went. We asked the lady the pricing of the ice creams we wanted and we both asked for the same one. Then when she rang it up it was a $3 difference and when we asked about it two seconds ago. Which was all good but why was different from what she said and when I asked she got sort of defensive about it. But like just give us the actually price when we ask idc.When one of the orders came we were so excited but it was the wrong size and was not with the cone that we paid for. So i just told her about that and she got again defensive about it, and didn’t say anything, I immediately felt bad for asking for my right order. Then when the other order came right after (considering we ordered two of the exact same things) it came the wrong way! Even though everything is made to order and she hasn’t started the second until I told her the first was wrong. If you’re wondering if it must’ve been busy, it wasn’t, it was only our two orders In there. Not sure whether this customer service is always this way, but definitely will alter if we go back.It’s a 10/10 for the flavour, and if the customer service was at minimum decent/subpar we’d go back without question; however due to this being the case, we definitely will settle for a lesser good ice cream quality spot that doesn’t make us feel bad for asking for what we wanted.

Very friendly staff, there is nothing that I've had from the shop that's no absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend you guys should come to cashers and try this address is 45 slabtown road unit A6. You got a orange cherry slushie today with boba in it and it was delicious the owners are nice folks and everything they have is amazing it never disappoints. If I could give it ten stars I would. Go see them today tell the FedEx man said to come see them

Absolutely love this place! I’ve watched the process of the owners ( Jill and Badge ) working so hard to create a friendly and welcoming place to enjoy lots of yummy treats! We finally have a local Cashiers place to enjoy some healthy options ( smoothie bowl seen here ) Definitely make the trip and say say hi to Jill and Badge!

If you are in the area and want a great place to relax and enjoy a cool treat or a great cup of coffee - this is your place. They also have a range of breakfast options available. Quality product, nice staff, all in a cute space. The custard we had, a Sasquatchie (their twist on a blizzard) was the salted caramel cookie batter and it was easily one of the best ice cream treats I've ever had. Also a few baked goods and coffee to choose from. We'll definitely be back.

Best ice cream ever! I wish they could have smaller portions and less cost. We are lactose intolerant but we push it. We had zero reactions, no bloating. I give 4 stars because the scented atmosphere was not good for me and I had to wait outside while my hubby was ordering 2 ice creams. Some people have respiratory issues around them and you can keep a place immaculate clean with zero scent.

Best ice cream in town and it isn’t even close. Also the kindest and sweetest staff ever!!! Prices are insanely cheap! If you don’t like the prices… I assure you that you haven’t had ice cream out in a long time. Only issue we had was the patrons not being kind to the staff… smile and engage! They deserve every bit of it! :)

I love this place . The staff and owners are super friendly . They’re is such a welcoming environment once you walk through the doors. You feel like you’re part of the family . I live the decor and it is CLEAN ! Everything I’ve tried is delicious The breakfast is amazing with fresh fruit . I love the blueberry scones , strata, waffles . Everything is EXCELLENT !

Love ❤️ this place. Awesome loaded breakfast bagel sandwich and waffles. Their custard is creamy and totally addictive with so many flavors you can create your favorite taste sensation. The homemade cookies and the local favorite Pisgha coffee really hits the spot. They also feature some locally made chocolate truffles and other goodies, so yummy. So much more than noted to enjoy. Definitely needs to be on everyone’s favorite list. The owners are also wonderful and very community minded. Today when I visited for my bagel breakfast sandwich, I learned husband and wife team Jill and Badge, had gotten up super early and made over 250 cookies for Jill to take one of the local schools where she was going to be speaking with the children, giving back of their time and sharing their knowledge and experience with our youth.
