We’ve had a fantastic experience with Zoom Room Cary. We are midway through a puppy class package that we enrolled in with hopes of learning how to teach our new puppy how to be part of our family. We’ve been really successful so far because the way Zoom Room teaches is accessible and consistent. Our dog hasn’t been going long and she can now sit, lie down, and is learning to look to us instead of being reactive to other dogs. It’s a process and Zoom Room is giving us the confidence and experience to raise a well behaved member of the pack. Great value for the money. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to teach their dog a new skill at any age.

We absolutely ❤️ Zoom Room and Andrew. We’ve been taking Maggie Mae for about 18 months and she loves it. Classes are small and very interactive. Andrew takes the time to give each owner and pet advice and guidance. Zoom Room has been great for me to learn how to get Maggie Mae to be her best self. It’s a great safe place for her to run and be mentally stimulated.

I have enjoyed my experience overall with Zoom Room in Cary. Andrew is knowledgeable and does a great job communicating clearly. He also enjoys working with my fur baby and dogs in general which shows when he teaches classes. I love the positive take on training which supports errorless learning (which an educator like me appreciates). My fur baby is a special one and I am enjoying growing with her at a pace that works for our personalities and my schedule. I also appreciate the variety of classes/opportunities. While I have only taken obedience classes, I am interested in trying agility classes and play group experiences in the future. I have recommended Zoom Room to others.

Grover had a great time at his first puppy agility class. Kennedy made him feel like a superstar! I was shocked how well I could jump over the jumps 🙃. Best exercise I’ve had in weeks.

Zoom room has been such a positive experience for me and my dog Ellie. She’s a very timid rescue and Andrew has been so patient with her. I don’t feel embarrassed when she is scared and the whole visit is very positive. You can tell there is genuine care involved in their training. Also as a broke college student, their prices are affordable and they even offer a student discount! I’m very grateful to find this place and excited to see how Ellie progresses.

Zoom Room Cary and owner Andrew have been amazing for helping us train our foster dog. We needed help with getting her to walk on a leash without pulling and lunging at things. And other issues as they came up. Andrew taught us how to teach her and everything he taught us worked. She is so much better at walking on a leash and with other commands. I highly recommend them if you need help with training. Andrew is very patient and knowledgeable about all things dog.

My Golden Retriever Fancy Nancy and I LOVE Zoom Room! The training room is awesome and the staff is very knowledgeable. Our trainer, Ollie, was great to work with. She demonstrated each skill we worked on and helped me improve my technique. We have had two top-notch lessons and Fancy Nancy loved every minute! I know that training at Zoom Room will definitely help us reach our training goal of passing the therapy dog certification test and working with children.

Andrew is a fantastic teacher and takes time to answer individual questions while also giving tips on how to train at home.*edited to add we have now taken a class with Kennedy as well who could not be nicer and also does a great job teaching exercises in class and answering individual questions

My dog Charlee and I have been attending zoom room classes for over a year and a half. We came to zoom room with prior obedience knowledge and was able to begin with agility! All of the staff members but especially Andrew have been wonderful. We have also tried a few trick classes - received a trick title! We may look into some Rally classes for the future. The treat bar is also a favorite for Charlee. They have a variety of chews for heavy chewers down to small soft bones for Charlee who is 10 and doesn’t have all of her teeth any more. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Zoom Room in Cary.

We have loved everyone at the Cary Zoom location! Our little one has learned so much there and boy do they know what they are talking about. Their products that they have hand selected at their location are primo too! We’ve loved every one, particularly the snuffle mat. :) We will be attending for years to come!

We had a great time in class this morning. It was Finley‘s first class and although he was super anxious to play with the other dogs, we had a great chance to work on our sit and down skills. He loved the agility part. We hope to do more of that!

Eliana & Ollie have been very helpful demonstrating training techniques specific for my Axel’s little beagle nose, sense of curiosity with an ample supply of stubbornness who wants to do things his way!They have allowed us the freedom to work on the specific issues that are most relevant to us, specifically focus & reactivity. It’s paying off. In just 3 weekly sessions we are able to enjoy our hikes along the rivers & in the woods as well as along the greenways where we often encounter cyclists, runners and other dogs.We’re looking forward to continuing our training with Eliana and Ollie.

My dog Ziggy and I just started group agility classes last week! He LOVES anything involving treats, praise, and his favorite people there! There’s a couple obstacles he doesn’t quite understand yet, but it was major improvement from our first session at Zoom Room! It’s a great bonding and confidence building experience too! Ollie and everyone there takes into account that he has shorter legs and had a back issue so they make sure he is as comfortable as he can be! I am sure Ziggy would give them 4 paws up!

We honestly can't say enough about Zoom Room, and Andrew! We have three dogs, and this is our second trip, just to give our dogs some time to run and refresh for free play. Each time, Andrew has taken his time to play with our pups, give us some training advice and feedback (even though we didn't pay for it, and he doesn't have to do that!). He is incredibly patient, and answers all of our ridiculous questions. We plan on purchasing class packages and bringing our dogs back in the future. We are so thankful for Andrew and Zoom Room!

Zoom Room is a great place to get your dog trained! We did training at our pet store prior, and we had okay results. Zoom Room staff are highly knowledgeable, their approach is more comprehensive, and we love the small groups and flexibility they provide by allowing you to buy packages to attend on your schedule rather than having you sign up for a class that locks you into their schedule for two months. You can even mix and match classes with their packages. They also offer opportunities for play groups, agility training, private sessions, and more. There are multiple options for training that are much closer to us, but we choose to go out of our way for Zoom Room because we’re getting better results and we’re getting them on our time table. We highly recommend them! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

We haven't taken a training class yet, but the puppy playgroups have been great for my 5 month old golden. Dog parks are too unpredictable, and other indoor playgroups don't keep the groups small and separated by age like Zoom Room does. The pup came home tuckered out each time we have been. We'll be trying some of the training classes soon.

I've been bringing my dog here for lessons for a few months (I believe 6-8 lessons) with Andrew. He is reactive to strangers and I've already seen so much improvement l, we can take him to pet stores now without him lunging at people. Our trainer is always quick to tell us what we are doing correct and offer tips, which I really appreciate. He also tell us how he's not a bad dog just a scared one. Best of all my dog really seems to enjoy the training unlike previous trainers! We will be coming here for all of our training needs
