Amazing experience for our puppy! We had a mini groom to start getting our puppy used to the groomer, and then a few weeks later, did a full groom. I had low expectations for the full groom since our puppy is very high energy. But she came back looking amazing and feeling silkier than ever!

We love Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, Cary! We have been bringing our furry boy here for 5+ years. Laura is our long time groomer, she is great with our dog since the very first time and our dog comes home calm and happy every time. We have had other groomers at this location who have equally been great handlers so I can praise their choices when hiring new groomers. Our dog has never come home with razor burns or any kind of injuries, which we have been thankful for. Our first few groomers at other establishments often hurt our boy which is painful for us as his family.Their prices compliment their work, remember, you get what you pay for and you love your dog(s)!!I highly recommend Woof Gang Groomers!

We have been taking our Bernedoodle to Woof Gang for a few years and they are fantastic! Before finding Woof Gang we were never happy with the groomers we tried. Laura is the absolute best and always does the best cut! The front desk staff is so friendly and we cannot imagine going anywhere else for a groom! 10/10 recommend!

This is my favorite pet place. The staff are fantastic, and my dogs love it there. The treats they sell are super quality and I've even had a taste of their peanut butter doggy snacks, and which I can attest, prob. taste good to a dog đđ Attached is a picture of Harley after a groom. I have been a customer of this location for a number of years and have always been satisfied with my experiencesâhowever a series of bad grooming appointments (three in a row) has forced me to take my dog elsewhere.Most recently, my dog was returned to me with an incomplete haircut and still smelling like he was never given a bath. Upon trying to rectify the situation with the front desk, I was met with denial and attitude over my complaints.I tip generously and am kind to staff, however I am not willing to pay as much as I have for an incomplete and poor job. Unfortunate, but we will be moving on.

Weâve taken our havanese Milo to this Woof Gang location in Cary for a while now and have always had great experiences there. Heâs well taken care of and he doesnât mind going for his appointments. Thank you!

While I typically have had great experiences with the staff, I believe that the groomers should be mindful on how the talk to and treat their customers. I understand that cancellations can be frustrating, but there is no need to talk badly about a regular paying customer where they can hear you complaining (the door between the lobby and grooming area was wide open). Although I could not do the regular scheduled grooming appointment due to unexpected time constraints, my dog still got a nail dremel AND we paid the no-show fee. So even though, I paid for the service ($15) and no-show fee ($35), I could still hear the groomers complaining.I will more than likely be going to a different location.

Very Rude, unreliable and poor customer care!I had concerns about taking my dog to the groomer because of the dryers. Sheâs very anxious about dryers and fans so I wanted to talk to the groomer about the dryer set up and other options I might have to ease her anxiety. I was promised a callback from the groomer, which I never got. I gave her until end of day.When I called back first thing in the morning, I was told the groomer still was not available to talk, I decided to cancel the appointment and they told me I would be charged around $40 for the cancellation.Had they bothered to call me back the day before as promised, I would have had enough time for the cancellation. Totally on them yet Iâm expected to pay??The rep was extremely rude to me and now honestly, I donât feel my pet is safe being left alone with them.There are tons of GREAT groomers out there who are kind and sympathetic about your furbaby anxietyâsâ my advice- DONâT go to Woofgang in Cary they are unreliable, overpriced, terrible customer care and rude!

Itâs been over a year since I been to the Wolf Gang bakery. Unfortunately when I first went here, the experience was terrible. I had a feeling when seeing my dog walk away with the groomer, seemed a tad bit aggressive. I came back, and found my shih tzu poodle, who wouldâve jumped on me with excitement ⊠walking very very stiff, not excited, and seemed ready to go home.Fast forward two hours later, my dog got weaker and weaker. My husband got home and found him laying down with me. Wagging his tail the tinest bit when he walked in the room. We were contemplating on taking him to the emergency room but felt uncomfortable with transporting him in the car with the crate and the drive distance. We got him into our veterans office ASAP, they gave us the possibilities of what couldâve happened in the future with his legs. He had developed a huge hump in his back, had to take pain medication for over a month, and had to keep walking to a bare minimum and built it up as time went on. His hump eventually went down, after weeks of documentation of his progression.Fast forward a year later, he is much better. However, he still has bad lingering effects, where he is in pain and cannot jump on me how he use to. He is an adorable shih tzu poodle, he loves many and is non aggressive. I informed the groomer of his sensitive parts (back paws and face) When speaking to the owner, he paid for one of the veterans bills and offered to pay the rest. He checked the cameras and never sent the footage to me, but informed that ânothing looked off to meâ but the groomer said he kept trying to get out of her hands when doing his nails and had to get some assistance. And it could be an underlying cause. (Heâs been to Petsmart 10+ times and his previous veterans office and they never had a problem)As many good reviews this store has, I expected much more. Iâm happy that he is feeling/looking better. Although he canât be his loving self and jump around 24/7, but he is still so loving to me.

Just dropped my rating from 5 to 2.I have previously only had good experiences here but they managed to change my mind with a single appointment. Not only did they ignore instructions and SHAVE MY DOG, but they managed to cut her ear in the process. I don't know what is going on but they need to think about the kind of people they let handle animals.In the past they have done a good job with the same dog, and most likely were having a bad day. However the poor quality of the cut and injury to my dog are beyond unacceptable.The attendant did refund the cost of the cut, but that doesn't fix my dogs ear or put fur back on.Updated with photos

Five stars for the groomer for being nice and informative. The location is beautiful and appealing to the eye. However the ladies at the front desk were dry. I was excited to come here because they called me back to get my dog groomed every other place was not accepting new clients. They had emailed me to send my pets vet records and so that was sent. I called a few days later after not receiving any confirmation that they received it. I spoke with a young lady who confirmed she saw the records and did not need anything else. I came to the appointment and greeted the ladies. They looked at me and looked away⊠I greeted once more and asked why I was thereâŠI let them know my dog had an appointment. I was asked for proof of rabies shot. I told her it was emailed. She said âyeah our email does not work soâŠâ I showed her the record. I was told we could do a full groom on the phone then told in person it would not be done due to his age⊠which is fine. All questions asked in the beginning were answered wrongly. At the end I was asked if I would like to pay or wait for the groomer . I paid and the front desk lady asked why I had not left a tip. I wanted to wait to see If I liked it. It was decent cut. Nothing fancy, wish I had cash she was nice. Wish the hair was plucked from his ears. This visit was not great .

Had an appointment for my grand dog. The drop off was fine. Had to pay before I saw my grand dog when I picked up. When I arrived home, realized he still smelled like dog, his ears were not done all the way (knots, long sections, etc), and his pantaloons were not trimmed the same as one had a notch. We had such a fabulous experience at the Apex store last year (Michelle, the very best!) but could not get an appointment with her. Our boy visits the Asheville location often and we always have great success there also. The Cary location has been a huge disappointment and we will not go back there. This review is the only recourse and a 2 star rating is generous.

First time in the store with our dog for his first birthday. Wanted to just get some baked goods and maybe a treat for his bday- which we got. However upon check out a gentlemen was fairly rude to us, he handed us the shopping bag to bag our own stuff and didnât greet us or provide any customer service. Frankly it was confusing as we werenât in the store beyond ten mins maybe he was having a bad day? Maybe not point is it made the experience terrible and unnecessarily passive aggressive

Donât take your puppy here. The groomer told us our dog needed to be drugged before we bring him in again. What is wrong with your workers? Also, I paid over the phone and left a tip, the man on the phone then lied to my girlfriend in person about me leaving a tip, and told her she can only tip in cash. Seriously? Thievery and horrible customer service.

If I could give them more stars I would. I live in Asheboro, but am planning on driving my dog to this groomer because she's worth it. I love this place and all the staff have always been fantastic! These pictures are some Valentine's Day goodies for my girl I got there today. My dog's have never had any problems with any treat I've gotten them from there over the years.

I scheduled an appointment at this location after the Apex location canceled my appointment without telling me.I have a very large breed (an Akita) who gets anxious in new locations with dogs he doesnât know. I told them this when I was scheduling and asked for an early morning appointment. They said they couldnât do that, they only had a 10:45 appointment time. When I came in today at my scheduled I was greeted by a gentleman at the counter. He told me to wait while he let the groomer know I arrived.After 10 mins the groomer finally comes out from the back to tell me that my dog has been labeled âan aggressive dogâ (of which was NEVER brought up to me. Not at the other location, not on the phone when scheduling this appointmentâŠ.nothing.) She proceeded to tell me that she wouldnât groom my dog today. I asked what evidence they had of my dog being aggressive, she didnât have a response. She said âsomeone put the note in the computer, thatâs all I knowâ. I asked why this wasnât brought up beforehand to save a trip out here and to eliminate stressing my dog out like I did today. She didnât have a response.My dog is not aggressive towards other dogs. Heâs just large and scared. He doesnât act aggressive towards the dogs in the neighborhood, or at any of the other grooming places Iâve taken him.Iâm not sure who labeled him as such but itâs very disrespectful to be treated the way I did and to be told I should just go back to PetSmart grooming.Just the way this company has handled this situation is a show of their character. TWO different locations disrespect and embarrassed both me and my dog. IF there was actual evidence of my dog being aggressive the first location should have said something and the second location shouldnât have even bothered scheduling the appointment if they werenât even going to service usMoral of the story: this company is trash. And if you have a dog over 100lbs donât bother taking them there or theyâll be labeled aggressive.

My fairly skittish pup has always had a wonderful experience at Woof Gang in Cary. She was in rough shape when I rescued her 3 years ago and I brought her to Woof Gang fairly quickly upon adoption. They squeezed her in since she desperately needed a groom and I have never taken her anywhere else since. For a couple years now, Keisha has done an amazing job with my pup and cares for her like she is her own. I would never even consider taking Pepper anywhere else.

I took my dog here today after he had a very poor experience getting his nails trimmed at the vet. The Woof Gang staff was very kind and accommodating. The groomer used a dremel for his nails and did a fantastic job! She said he did great as well and wasnât afraid. I will definitely continue bringing him here for all future services. I also love their variety of fun treats for dogs.*update* editing my review because although I love the groomers they legitimately donât answer their phones. I can never get ahold of them to schedule appointments and they donât have a portal either. If you email they tell you to call.

We love Woof gang! Arnold is amazing!! We took our older pup there and he was so gentle with him. When he passed, Arnold took the time to extend his condolences and we were really touched by the kindness. We now have a puppy and see Arnold again!The only problem with woof gang is appointments are IMPOSSIBLE to find. I have to book atleast 3-4 months in advance. I literally have anxiety if we have to reschedule for whatever reason.

Best grooming experience ever! The groomers here absolutely love dogs and spoil them with attention. Theyâre great with shy dogs and rambunctious oversized puppies! The dogs always look neat and clean when they come home. I wouldnât go anywhere else.

We took our 5 month old puppy for his first grooming this week and had a fantastic experience. Ladasha groomed him beautifully. He is a black lab mix, and his coat looks like beautiful velvet! He was very happy when I picked him up, so it seems like the experience was a great one. I look forward to going back to Wolfgang to get some of the bakery treats for him to try during business hours.

I took my very fluffy and beautiful Pyrenees mix for a grooming yesterday and told them exactly what I wanted. A full grooming, I didn't want all her fur to be gone but to clean her up and make her feel and look nice. I specifically told them not to cut all her fur off. I went to pick her up and they did exactly what I told them not to do. My dog looked unrecognizable! All her fluffy coated hair was gone. They gave her the absolute worst buzz cut I have ever seen in my life. Its extremely choppy, uneven. They did not trim her nails. This wasn't at all what I asked for or wanted and I am extremely disappointed. This place used to be good, but something changed and gave us the worst experience ever. I will not be going back ever again.

Great grooming expertise here! Other places donât quite get it right for our golden retriever but wood gang is always awesome. Also a great spot for fancy iced dog treats, toys, and hard to find food brands.

I've been a grooming customer for 2 years now and love Woof Gang. They treat my dogs very well and they always look beautiful and smell great afterwards. Environment is spotless. The groomers and the cashier are always friendly, professional and happy to see us. The groomers do great work and it's easy to make appointments. They always ask me what I specifically want done when I get there and they follow through. They work on my dogs during my appointment time so no more leaving my dogs sitting in crates all day waiting to be groomed. They get them in and out. I have two golden mixes and I get the full grooming packages for both.I am very price conscious and they are pricey BUT -- believe me -- I've used many places and independent groomers in the past and you get what you pay for.I highly recommend Woof Gang for grooming.

The concept of a self service dog wash is great. Imagine being able to take your dog for a bath and not have to clean the bathroom afterwards. Awesome! They provide towels, scrubber and shampoo. Although I always bring my own shampoo. The staff are friendly. Sometimes it can be really slow in the business depending on how long you have to wait or how long it takes for one of the staff people to prepare the wash area for you. But, overall, I have always had a good experience in the place.
