Overheard an employee from Wilson stating that she had to come to this store because nobody will stock the shelves. I believe it. Most of the females in the front are lazy and won't man the checkout lines, leaving only self-check out. I don't work there. I shouldn't have to bag a huge cart full of groceries while you literally stand over me and watch me as if I'm going to steal from you. Since I am always going elsewhere to find what I need that you don't stock, there's really no reason for me to shop here.

******Check expiration dates!!!*********I like shopping at this store, but wow!! I know to check dates now because last year I bought MOJO that had expired 2 years prior-literally 2 years! I don't know how they haven't been fined. LITERALLY 75% of the food items I picked up were expired! Like over a year expired. And the whole shelf, not 1 pack that was missed. They clearance out expired stuff...today all the clearance salad dressings are expired from last year, so gross. The store is mostly consumables, so I don't know how they're not on top of this...walmarts policy for consumables is to pull 3 months BEFORE the expiration date. I left with only a few things on my list that were still in date, so disappointing and REALLY concerning. Someone's going to get really sick from this!

Nice - much cleaner than regular Walmarts! The aisles are wide and the shelves are well stocked and organized. The selection is great and the prices are good. It's mostly a grocery store with some non-grocery items hence the Neighborhood Market moniker.

I try to return Christmas decorations before Christmas but was told this store doesn’t sell these so they can’t take these back, but I can return them within 90 days after purchase. I went to super center 70 days after purchase and they won’t take them! The wrong explanation made me keep the unfit Christmas decors and $100 loss!

Pharmacy manager is top notch! I didn’t even feel the flu or Covid shots I received from him. He explains everything and answers all questions. Very professional!!

Messy and unorganized. Is it too much to keep the parishable food in the cold case? If your looking for gobs of cheap processed food, this is the place to go. Aisle after aisle of high fructose products and a less than impressive produce section made me decide not to bother stopping here again.

What makes funny about this store is they are open till 11pm but customer service is closed whenever the employee doesn’t like to work. I was there at 4pm nobody showed up there when I ask floor associate they even laugh and said the employee has left today.

Nice location, friendly staff and a good selection of household groceries, fruits, vegetables and Over-the-counter medications, cosmetics and a full service pharmacy.I used the self checkout lanes and they were quite easy and were staffed with very attentive and courteous staff.Highly recommend this place.

Walked for shopping at this location. All employees busy with stacking . too many empty boxes sitting around in each isle. On asking what they do with these boxes they said 'we break them and get rid of them'. On asking if I can get some/ few of them , they said NO. They don't give boxes out. Ok to trash but not OK to give them out for reuse. I mean really ????

I was just there on Friday. Literally just needed to grab body wash. In and out in 2 minutes. Or so I thought. The store associate wasn't letting customers in after 10:45pm. She was so adamant about not letting anyone in that she was locking in customers who were trying to leave. Me and 4 other customers stood waiting at the door to get out. As she came and unlocked the door another customer drove up. Both her and another associate told him the store was closed. I pulled out my phone, it was 10:52pm. The store isn't supposed to close until 11pm. The store was NOT busy at all. There were maybe 4 customers left in the whole store. It was obvious what they were doing, they just didn't want customers still there at closing time. But I wasn't aware associates could just decide to close early because they don't want to possibly have to stay late. Completely unprofessional.

Here is my option and are facts about this location. Multiple situations so bare with. Let’s go from least to final decision of why they should be held accountable and I will never shop there unless changes are made Front doors not open on time, fitting rooms not opened on time, boxers/ socks opened and not in stock, shoes not in stock, customer service had no money to cash check. If anyone that reads this can help please let me know because when I spend my time, money, gas and come at a time that is not during busy hours I want/ demand/ expect Walmart to deliver on its brand. Lastly those that named this company congratulations but you missed it should be Wall- Mart where there is nothing on shelves

I went for shopping there this afternoon, no cashier, all self checkout, the man was helping had no experience, he took 10 minutes to figure out how to add tomato at the right price, then it came to avocado it was for 98 cent but he charged $10 for five avocados, when I realized and asked, he didn’t know how to return the money, he asked me to go customer service, no one was there, I waited another 10 minutes at customer service, came back to the first person who was helping but he was NO help. So I just left, did have time for 10 dollars return. From now I will definitely avoid to shop there.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I went in around 8:15am for an exchange and waited at the customer service desk for about 5 minutes since it was empty. After 5 minutes, I asked the associate at self check out if there was anyone working the desk and she said it’s not open. I asked her does she know when it opens because as far as I know, the customer service desk opens when the store opens (or at least by 8am) at other Walmarts. She said she didn’t know and maybe 9 or 9:30am. How do you not know when your departments are open? Terrible customer service. This is exactly why I would rather give Target my money.

There is no one attending at the cashier, even when there are many employees around. The scan & go has lines.When you enter the store, there are no shopping basquets but instead they are located at the exit door, so you have to go all the way around to exit.At least employees stocking products are nice and able to answer questions. They just need more organization to attend customers at the cashier.

Did they fix the problem with their hours? Who knows.A new problem: not enough self-checkout kiosks. I’m not here to complain about using self-checkout, I’ve been using it for years. But this location only has 4 kiosks, with the rest being attended checkout. I have never seen more than 3 cashiers working, so it makes no sense that they haven’t added more self-checkout kiosks. Instead, the 4 available kiosks get majorly backed up. This Walmart is really badly managed and I just know it’s some regional manager who never actually goes to the stores.

It was an OK walmart last yr. But this is the second issue. They had all self check open only. Which i am use to. But having to wait for the big Spanish lady was ridiculous. I waited for her to help 1st lady, she looked at me the proceeded to go to another line before again. Then she proceeded to stop and have a convo with a friend. She gave attitude when a ask her to come over to check ID. She slow walks over. So lazy, all you have to do is punch in a number. Done with this location

The store is usually clean and well organized, However, many products I buy cost pretty much the same as at Wegmans, but the shopping experience is not comparable.At Wegmans, even though usually more crowded, it's fun. Here I just get what I need and go straight to the checkout.It's time for Walmart to start using touchless payment terminals and not use a convoluted app and paid subscription for what goes without saying in almost all retail stores here and everywhere in Europe

Do you want to return something but do not have the original box? Then go to a different walmart this one requires the original box. No refunds for you without that chunk of cardboard you threw away. It's their money now. Not yours. No takesies backsies.

This Walmart used to be great. Now the shelves and coolers are empty. It’s 4:00 in the afternoon and one checkout lane is open. Four self checkout lanes are open with 6 people waiting on each line. Only 1 Walmart person in all the lanes! I think I’m going to Aldi from now on. So sad this WAS a great spot to get my family groceries.

This store locked their doors earlier than hours posted. New hours posted to close at 7:00pm. I, along with other shoppers trying to figure out why the doors were locked before closing time, was physically barred from entering the store at 6:50. I was told to talk to the manager but of course i couldn't get in to talk to him/her and no one picked up the phone when i called the store at 6:55pm. This is a bad management problem and not the way to do business and it definitely goes against the community support that Walmart has been known for.

Here is my online order/pickup unsuccessful experience:1. Ordered grocery (food) online on Walmart app and scheduled on next day available date/time selected and checked out my order.2. Next day the app popup “ your order is delayed”. Then you see “you can contact customer service if your order is not ready after that scheduled hour”. After my scheduled pickup time, I spent another 1.5 hrs trying to call customer service and the local store.3. I called customer service. Someone said she will contact local store and let me know. (Nobody contact me in 40 mins)4. Then I called local store. Someone at the local store online order department is telling me he is unable to find my order on the computer by my name or by order number. Asked me to call customer service online.5. Then I called customer service again. Someone told me the order is not ready. Maybe ready tomorrow. Not sure what time. So I asked “How do I know when I can pickup my order????” What time exactly I can pickup my groceries? “ She answers “ I don’t know. The local store said this order will go in tomorrow “6. Wow … if you ordered food groceries from Walmart, don’t expect you will get those food on the scheduled date/time hour. The whole purpose for order pickup is for customer’s convenience. Obviously you will have to wait who knows how long.7. Just want to see how they will handle this. I waited for a long time on the phone to speak with a customer service supervisor. He contacted the store for me and he still unable to reach anyone in this store to assist on the phone.Here is the final solution: “order cancelled”.

I like shopping at this marketplace, The parking lot and store are seldom crowded. The time I've shopped here the service personnel have been pleasant and almost always helpful. Today I asked a young man for assistance in finding an item and he said it was his second day on the job and that he couldn't help me. It's the ONLY time I've been refused help in this store. He could have sort assistance but didn't. When all you want are food items and basic household items the marketplace is perfect. You don't lose time in a Walmart Superstore wading through the paint or exercise equipment aisles. I have found organic and other items at the marketplace not found at any of the superstores surprisingly.

Got here at 9:00 pm and the worker told us they were closed. I said "But it says online that ya'll are open until 11 pm", he then said No we are closed and laughed. Without even answering my question of why they are closing when it says 11 online. This is ridiculous - I used to come here all the time and they were open their normal time that was accurate to the online hours. If you are going to change your hours for further notice, change it online too and put signage up at your store. It can prevent so many people from not only wasting their time but also gas. I am unsure if they are being lazy or short staffed with why they decided to close early. It seems I am not the only one who is annoyed over this. This store is going down hill from what it used to be.
