Small local business that offers excellent service. They are always pleasant & helpful. Allie does a great job with our Lily. They don’t take multiple dogs in at a time & make you wait hours on end unlike other places we’ve been to. They get it done in less than an hour, let you know when the pups ready to be picked up.

Ali has been grooming my Papillon for over a year now. She does a great job, listens to my requests and keeps me informed of all my pup’s conditions and behaviors.I have seen the results of other canine clients and her interactions with their owners regarding their results and her feedback. She seems to be capable of grooming and all breeds and sizes.PS please tip your groomer!

Seriously the BEST customer service. We all have a lot of pet stores to choose from but I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the triangle area. I love supporting this small business. The people that work here truly care! They go the extra mile! They will help me carry everything to my car, they are able to look up my purchase history when I forget something and they will let my husband pay over the phone and have my order ready so I can just pick up! They have the healthiest options for my fur babies and are always helpful and attentive! Support local and go here for all your pet needs!

I have absolutely loved having Val’s so close to our house. We get both our golden retriever and Siberian cat groomed here, and both groomers are absolutely wonderful and care so well for our pets! The owner is also very kind and helpful. I am so glad to have found this place!

Very clean and friendly, has a lot of products big name stores don't have. They kept their betta fish in filtered water with blurred edges on the sides of the container!!!!! Buy your bettas here!

Amazing atmosphere and very friendly employees! I came in with my 14-year old pitbull (Rest his soul, I miss you Archebald) and a young, smiling employee proceeded to recommend me the absolute BEST food for my Archie. He was blind at this point, so he could not visually enjoy the beautiful food we bought for him, but when I poured the first bowl, the way he limped to the food on his 2 remaining legs spoke for the quality of the food. The late Archie and I recommend this store to everyone!

I took both of my puppies there this evening and used the self service pet wash. It’s so convenient and easy. Every thing was supplied. All I had to do is bring the puppies in and bath them. The staff there was excellent and extremely helpful. And the price was very reasonable. I’ll be taking my pups there again.

Just went in for my first time 30 minutes before closing and they couldn't be more helpful. Great selection and great prices compared to any big name places in the area. I was even explained a refund/replacement policy already in place ahead of time for any food. With so many dog classes and daycares in the immediate vacinity I think this will be a frequent stop for locals.Keep up the good work!

They need to update store hours posted on store window which states that they open at 10A not 10:30A. Could do a better job of ensuring they provide same level of customer service to ALL customers. Great selection of products.
