Chanced upon this place when we were looking for a pet store after our regular local pet supply store changed ownership & went downhill. Glad we did. Folks are pleasant & they offer almost everything we were looking for. Excellent service!

We took our pup to the self service dog wash, tucked away in a back quiet corner of the store. I was very impressed by the equipment available. They provide everything—soap, conditioner, towels, ear cleaner, aprons, nail tools, dryer, etc. We were able to take a full hour, so there was no rush or limit on water/supplies like traditional self serve washes. For only $15 I feel like it’s such a great deal. The employees were also very nice, and our pup loved the taco cookie we got for her on the way out. We will definitely be back next time she needs a bath!

I cannot say enough good things about Unleashed !! They care about you and your dog and will help you get the right products & suggestions for them to live optimally. The staff are so kind to the pups in store. Unleashed is very involved in community rescue efforts as well! The pet wash station is top notch. The Spring Fling event was so fun. We are always looking for a reason to go to Unleashed!! As a Triangle native this is my top choice pet store in the whole Triangle.

I cannot recommend Unleashed enough. They have been a huge help in finding a food for my picky, prone to itching, little dog. They are very knowledgeable and kind. Elizabeth was a wealth of information. All have been fantastic. Unfortunately, I neglected to ask the others their names.

If I could give this place 10 stars they are always nice and I love that they love dogs and you can just ramble on about your and sometimes you get see theirs. I will not buy my dog anything to chew in but from here fresh and reak not plastic like most stores.

Star hated her bath but loves the store! I love the self service bath available. Come cooler weather we really have nowhere we can bath her comfortably and this was a great option for us! They are very kind and helpful! She even got to interact with another talking doggo which made her day! So many yummy snack options for her and very fun staff!

I really hope this pet store makes it Global. It’s my all time favorite. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about your pets needs and offer free samples and taste guarantees. Small business with huge class. Today I went in to ask about a bee sting on my dog’s paw... immediately the employee opened up a topical ointment to put on his paw. He also gave me a few treats to help any inflammation from the inside out. Highly recommend for any and all dog/cat needs. Great place to give dogs a bath too.

Unleashed has always been an active member of the pet and rescue community for as long as I have lived in Raleigh (since 2011). I was most appreciative when staff took the time to help me find the best food for my senior dog and help sort through all the information and disinformation about grain-free foods. Their rewards program was such a bonus to the already amazing service they provide. I know that the owners and staff selected the best-tested, healthiest, "good-for-the-earth-too" products. My sweet boy Baxter passed away July 9th, 2023. He always loved when I came home with a new antler for him. Another great perk...getting to meet the sweet employee pups that give the best counter service. Thank you Unleashed!

I love coming to unleashed! All their locations that I've been to are wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and excitedly greet my GSD. They are very respectful and always ask to pet (as her vest states "Do not pet" since she is a service dog). I love their treat options and that they have self service dog bathing available!

They sell freeze dried beef lung. Our dogs really enjoy it as a great treat. The price on that was much more affordable than other stores in the area.

Amy Phinney owner of the unleashed, the dog and cats store never want to solve my dog name is Bud, he is pomeranian got poison by her dog treat, caused my dog sent to the vet, this company owner stated that they were not responsible for this incident. I feel like that Amy didn't care and won't reimbursement or none helps. I am strongly not recommended this company to everyone.

I always have a great experience at Unleashed in Cary! Today my dog and I had a great time shopping and chatting with the friendly employees who are always willing to help. I have never had a question left unanswered, or not been offered any assistance while in this store. I write this review today, as prior to heading to Unleashed, I stopped at nearby Phydeaux to give their Cary location a chance after a very poor customer service experience at their Raleigh location. Once again, Phydeaux left me feeling completely ignored as a customer, not even being able to acknowledge me entering the store while staring right at me. My dog and I left without making any purchases and headed straight down the road to Unleashed. Unleashed is where I will continue to shop when around Cary! Unleashed hires incredibly warm and friendly employees who are always eager to answer questions, suggest new products, give honest feedback when comparing products, and speak to you as they would anyone else in their life, not just a stranger walking into the store. They are all incredibly kind and I have always had fantastic experiences shopping at Unleashed. Thank you!

This store is great for our dogs. We use the self dog wash for our two large dogs. They provide towels, dog shampoo, brushes, a blow dryer, and other useful supplies. The staff is friendly and offer water and treats to our pets. Will continue to visit and shop here.

The staff are super knowledgeable and LOVE dogs. Bring your pup in and they will give them treats, love on them, and help you with whatever you need. I come here twice a week for the treat display, they have a HUGE selection of organs, bones, parts etc. All sourced responsibly, and my boy loves them!

This is an absolutely amazing store. They are thee experts on dog and cat nutrition. The best of the best. Katie was so helpful and I could talk to her all day about dog care and nutrition. Very well educated staff. Gave me lots of free samples as well. I was so impressed with their level of expertise. I could not say enough good things about this place! I stopped by as a visitor from out of town to see family and wish they were in Florida. I will come here to stock up any time I am in town.

Great place. Friendly staff who always have dog treats at the ready. We take our dog here monthly for the self-wash station and they have a great selection of soaps and supplies for the wash. And we generally always leave with a new treat or toy as well.

Unleashed is our new favorite pet store. Everyone here is always super nice, and they are really knowledgeable about their products and pets. They have recommended a few things that worked out really well for our pups! Prices are fair too, despite everything being really high quality.

Came here to get supplies for our new puppy. David was extremely helpful, attentive, and gave wonderful recommendations. He even gave us free samples of food to try and see which one Rogue would like. Prices are comprable to other pet stores I have been to but the service was exceptionally better. Highly recommend.

Went for some items for our new puppy & staff was very helpful. They helped us get the proper fit for a collar & harness. The store also has a great selection of puppy-proof toys plus lots of healthy treats. Great store for all pets!
