I found several sections of the business that were well stocked, nicely displayed, and enticing. If I were close enough I would make this a weekly shopping event.

In November of 2023 we had a retirement party for my coworker. We purchased lots of food to make an incredible spread to serve our fellow coworkers. I was helped by Omega in the food area and she was so knowledgeable about everything we needed. Working with her was a breeze and I'm so grateful for her assistance. She definitely needs a raise or to be the manager. I'll return because of her wonderful customer service. Thanks Omega!!!!!

Clean, organized, well managed. Although the process are a little higher than other chain stores, the is one of the best places for produce, other than maybe a farmers market. This store has beauty produce. This store also has a good selection of quality meat and fish. One additional feature I like is the meal kits. They have a decent variety with clear instructions that provide a great meal without extensive experience.

I love Publix, even though it's far from me. I love how the meat department will sell single steaks, and are HAPPY to break packs apart, unlike the teeter literally across from my house. The meat guy took a few minutes to chat w me. I get the little key lime pie as a treat, it never disappoints! Super clean store, always FULLY staffed, unlike that blasted teeter. I wish it was closer, I would have Publix be my main store

Man, we slide into Publix Super Market, thinkin' it's gonna be poppin', but let me tell ya, it's straight-up disappointin'! They hypin' it like they got all the goods, but when we stroll in, it's like a graveyard up in there. Ain't nobody tryna shop in a place with no vibe!And the setup? They talkin' 'bout fresh produce and top-notch groceries, but all we see is shelves lookin' bare as grandma's pantry. Like, where the flavor at? And the checkout lines? They movin' slower than a snail on vacation.Publix Super Market, y'all need to step up your game, 'cause right now, it's a straight-up snooze fest. Ain't nobody tryna waste their time in a spot like this.

I have been an avid fan of Publix supermarkets for many years. As I have relocated over states and years frequently. I have a strong understanding of the brand as a whole.This Preston Cary location Publix has become a "Mecca" location for me to find quality food as I work nearby in the plaza.The meat department has incredible quality of ground beef to affordable delicious steaks. Always great sales! Stocked fully and the meats look juicy red. Chicken breast full and tasty.Outstanding bakery! They have genuine biscuits if you can find them. The cakes and pastry are made with great care visually as well as taste. Great price point for quality baked cakes. Tres Leche cake can be found here as well. Thank you ladies. I feel the love.Deli. Even the pre-made sandwiches are fantastic. Not to mention tender but crispy skinned Rotisserie chicken. Great work Deli Team! It is a tough position.Customer service is strong throughout this store. If you wait in line, it is short.When in Preston Cary Publix I feel like I am taken care of. The long lost art of customer service is not dead. Thank you team Preston Cary. You are valued greatly by myself.

I come here all the time. However today was disappointing. I approached the self check out as usual but this time Sigita came and stood behind me. As I waited I noticed she was in position to see all the machines but when I approached she made a point to stand behind me and watch me. It was very menacing and when I looked up at her multiple times she was laser focused on me as though I was about to steal. Her demeanor was disappointing and unnecessary.

I absolutely love this store. First off, you don't have to even have a loyalty card to get discounts. The hot bar is reasonably priced, much much lower than Wegmans and the same quality. The bakery has a nice selections of sweets (I was trying to stay away but...eh...why not a cake slice was only $3).Can't wait for the one in Raleigh (Peace Street) to open. Until then I don't mind going out of my way for this store when in Cary.

Please like our reviews. *^^* Wheelchair accessible & handicap-friendly. Publix supermarkets has wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, adaptable booster chair *(child handicap seating) carts as well.For moms with toddlers: There are 3 race car carts which seat 2 children. Publix offers a free fruit item on a stand in the produce section for small kids. There different selections in each store, this one had bananas and tangerines. They also provide a free bakery cookie for kids 10 & under. Usually there are chocolate chip or sugar cookies with sprinkles. * Due to COVID, the free cookies are not served but fruit items readily available. *My trip to this Publix was divine. Staff was friendly, helpful and well-trained. Employees are always easy to locate and ask for help. There is literally an employee every couple aisles or walking around throughout the store. In the seafood department, I was offered assisance by 2 employees in under 2 minutes. Unheard of... When I arrived to the front, my cashier was Ethan. He saw that I had my hands full with my bossy 2 year old and my ancy 3 year old. He was super helpful in getting my transactions through with coupons and my 2 gas card promotions. This young man was a saint. I did not grab the flyer coupons from the front for the gas coups but he was well prepared and had one at the register for customers like me. He rang up my items and kept my kids entertained all at the same time. Delaney was my bagger. She was quick and careful she managed to prep all my cold stuff in paper and all my other items in plastic. Nothing crushed or ruined. She was a pro. Ethan and Delaney made the checkout process seamless and quick. Ethan was kind enough to warn me of the limit on one of the bogo deals. *(There are a few limits in place due to COVID). He knew all the sales. Gosh that was helpful! There are some outside table seats available if you want to eat there but they are temporarily closed due to COVID restrictions.Publix is my go-to store for groceries because they have bogo deals, accept competitor coupons, offer rain check for sale items which are sold out, & allow store coups to be combined with manufacturer coups. Their gas card promotion is the best. Buy $50 of groceries and pay $40 for a $50 gas card! They are insanely hygienic and create a shopping environment which is condusive for all ages and for those with a few extra physical hurdles. They also seem to provide masks for their employees as well. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Publix for making grocery shopping great again!The Kim Family

This is a fantastic supermarket! ❤️❤️❤️ The feeling you get when you walk into this place is unsurpassable. It feels very fresh and clean. They have a great selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and a pharmacy. You also do not need a loyalty card to get a deal.

Most Delicious Wedding Cake!We tried several local very highly rated bakeries for our wedding cake, and none of them blew us away. We were going to settle for one, not completely satisfied. Our wedding planner and sister in law kept saying, "Try Publix," but we did not want a grocery store cake for our wedding. However, I reached out to the catering department and Crystal was amazing. We now live about an hour from the store, so I wanted to make sure that someone would be there when we drove all the way out there on a snowy Saturday. Crystal asked what flavors we were interested in, and she said she will get some samples ready for when we got there in about an hour.When we arrived, she had three full cakes for us to sample, at no charge. We were accustomed to paying bakeries for a sampling platter, only to be disappointed. The cakes from Publix were so delicious that we truly had a tough time deciding which one to choose. We ended up going with a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and a cream cheese icing. Holy heavenes, this was so good! We received so many compliments on the cake, and no one could believe it was from Publix. We weren't even concerned with the price; as long as the cake was delicious, we'd pay. The cake was not only delicious, but affordable - and the service from Crystal was, no pun intended, the icing on the cake!

Good groceries and wines collection. Publix brand items are priced reasonable. Others are bit pricey. You can get meet cut here. Meet items are quality but expensive. Clean shop. There is public pharmacy inside.

This particular store is in a convenient location yet it can be a slightly busy commute depending on the time of day that you are going here. I enjoy this store so much. The deli is A1 and everything is delicious. Their birthday cakes taste amazing. The store is well organized and is clean. I’ve always gotten such nice assistance from the employees here. The store is nestled in with quite a few restaurants so the ambiance is quite nice.

Just moved to the area and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store. Stephen at the sushi counter was happy to make me fresh roll due to a good allergy. Store layout was easy to navigate and Bryce & Michael were fast and friendly at checkout.

Got this amazing cake from publix bakery for my moms bday. The people were awesome and i ended up getting it for free due to some delays but they were super understanding.. props to the bakery team! As well to Sondra she was amazing!

Ordered my daughter's birthday cake from here. This cake was aaahhhhmazing!!!!! Everyone loved it. She loves Cookies n Cream everything so this was right up her alley. Im not a big fan of Cookies n Cream myself but this cake..... yummy YYYY. If your looking for a delicious cake Publix is your place!
