The best neighborhood grocery chain in our area. Sometimes it’s expensive on the produce side but the whole experience in the store is worth it. You will never find anything that is out of stock usually.My favorite part of this store is their bakery, it’s very refreshing, and lot to choose from. All the associates in this store are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love our bakery guru who helps us choose the right food.

I recently visited Publix Super Market and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store was well-organized, clean, and had a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.The produce section was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that were well-organized and clearly labeled. The bakery section was also fantastic, with a variety of freshly baked bread, pastries, and cakes to choose from.One of the highlights of my visit was the deli department, which had a fantastic selection of meats and cheeses, as well as freshly prepared sandwiches and salads. The quality of the deli products was top-notch and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal.Publix also has an impressive selection of household essentials, including cleaning products and toiletries, making it a one-stop-shop for all your needs. The prices were competitive and the quality of the products was excellent.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Publix Super Market and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great grocery shopping experience. The quality of the products, the friendly staff, and the well-organized store all made for a wonderful shopping experience that I look forward to repeating

Pros: Clean, well-organized, short lines, lots of options.Cons: Can be expensive if it's the only supermarket you shop at. Produce expires quickly and I've even bought months expired products on more than one occasion, which is frustrating due to the cost.Tips: I recommend the app to follow BOGO sales and digital coupons, and to order deli and bakery items without the wait.

I love the bright, clean and open aisles. Publix bakery is Devine. The deli line is usually long but it’s worth the wait. They make delicious dinner plates to go at a great price. The fried chicken is just like grandmas.The meats are a little pricey but, you do get what you pay for. The customer service is 5+ stars. Wonderful store!

I have been a long time Publix customer having lived in Florida for 45 years. When we moved to NC we were happy to have a Publix near by. I can honestly say that this Publix was a little disappointing. Produce that is available is close to or beyond their expiration dates. Cottage cheese that I always buy was one day past its expiration date. Every single one! Items are consistently out of stock. I mentioned this at check out several times but nothing happens. Just not the level of service I have always been accustomed to.

This year for our daughter’s birthday we decided to use Publix Bakery for our cupcake and cake needs. I can’t rave enough about the service and quality of the products all for a very reasonable price! I found both the cake & cupcakes to be soft and moist, even better than some of the high end bakeries in the area. We will definitely be coming back here for all our birthday cakes!Extra shout out to W Mistler he did an amazing job helping me design the cake. My daughter loved it!(Cake and cupcake toppers were not provided by Publix and I purchased them from Etsy)

I've shopped in grocery stores all around the triangle. This Publix is absolutely the best grocery store hands down. Always seem to have what you're looking for, and the customer service!! I challenge anyone to shop here and leave without the best service top to bottom!!!😊

I really like this market. However, there was a lady in the bakery area that acted as if she didn't see me standing there for about 10 minutes as she continued to come within arms reach of me while moving things behind the counter. I even smiled at her as she looked at me with a straight face as if she was still too busy to acknowledge me. This was so blatant that another customer that passed by that area multiple times asked if I had been helped and proceeded to tell me that she wished she had my patience. After that, the lady behind the bakery counter "finally realized I was there" and provided assistance. I won't be returning to the bakery section.

Publix’s is pretty darn amazing! It is a little more expensive but I feel it’s worth it. My favorite products are easy to find because it’s so organized and neat. I love that they offer so many different options of produce, deli and bakery items. They carry the Pollyo brand which is my NY favorite for Ricotta and mozzarella. The cashier offered me a free grocery bag too! Whoop! Clearly I recommend this store but I won’t buy all my groceries here because I can save money on name brands at Walmart. That’s my 2 cents. You decide.

Ask for Deborah in the bakery department ~she's the most wonderful, friendly person I've met! She treats each customer like family! I'm from South Florida, so finding this was such a slice of home for me. Beautiful store and friendly staff. It was the 1st football game of the season so we stopped for beer, potato wedges, fried okra, and Publix Hot and Spicy fried chicken wings! Everything tasted so delicious and fresh! North Carolinians, you need to check out this Publix ☆☆☆☆☆ ps: they have an amazing bakery as well!

There's a lot to like about this place. It's clean, well-lit, and the people working there are responsive when I have a question. The prices are lower than Harris Teeter (as is every other grocery chain in the Western world, or so it feels to me) and comparable/often lower than Lowes. If you're not looking for low fat ice cream at a fair price, it's a good store to visit... unless you don't want to have to scan all the items in your cart. This Publix welcomes the "12 Items or Less" crowd because they had three registers for those folks and nothing for someone with a cartful of fools. To summarize: A pretty good grocery story. No value-priced low fat ice cream for cheapskates like me. And, if you buy a bunch, plan on spending some time at the Self Serve check-out.

What an absolutely joyful shopping experience! Geoff, the meat department manger was profoundly friendly and informative. He told us crab legs and shrimp can be streamed. Ryan, who's awesome, in the meat department steamed them for us! The store is very organized, clean, and inviting. A wonderful young lady walked our groceries to the car and gave us coupons for the next visit. Ok, Chapel Hill and Durham.... we're mourning Krogers, but Publix is most certainly a viable answer!

Last week I was looking specifically for yellow dragon fruit but couldn't find them anywhere, so I decided to call this Publix (I can literally walk here from my house). I was transferred to produce and spoke with the assistant manager Joel, HE IS AMAZING. He let me that they would order some and I could pick them up in a couple of days. And just as he said, they were at the store when I went to shop. Came in contact with the actual produce manager, but he was neither helpful nor the the friendliest. I stopped shopping at this Publix altogether before because of their customer service. I ordered a catering platter for a dinner party and when I went to pick it up I was told they had no order for me and because they'd already closed the kitchen they wouldn't be able to make my order. Manager on duty was no help at all. All that to say, Joel is the best person I've come in contact with at this location. I used to go out of my way to not shop here, but the sincerity and welcomeness I felt after dealing with Joel will make me a frequent visitor.If you ever go there, ask for Joel! Regardless of the department, Joel will help you and do it with the biggest smile. He's so friendly, I can't sing his praises enough!! I'm definitely going to call the store manager to tell him about Joel. Giving this location 5 stars only because of him (my last encounters I would've given them a 1 star, Joel saved them. That's just how amazing his customer service was)

We love this Publix! The pharmacy is amazing. The pharmacist, Kelsey, is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and more than helpful. We find that the employees at this Publix are well vetted as they are always friendly, efficient, and professional. This Publix is well organized, smells good, well-priced, and a phenomenal place to shop. Their bakery is better than most for donuts, cakes, and bread.

I ordered a sub to be ready at 2:25. I intentionally arrived late because of the history of subs not being ready on time at thiw location. I chose a time that i didnt think would be too busy. I get there at 2:42, and my sub hasn't been made. It would be nice if publix provided you with updates on your sub being ready on time. Instead, I had to wait in the store for 10 minutes. Normally, that wouldn't be an issue, but I'm in back to back meetings. And was taking a late lunch to avoid the crowd.This has happened more than once and it's extremely frustrating that I can't time my meals.

Love, love, love this Publix! First off all, the pharmacy goes above and beyond. Whenever we’ve been there for vaccines, the counseling has been terrific and the shots have been virtually painless. Very professional and efficient!On the grocery side, this Publix has an impressive variety of products. Two times during our last visit, popular sales items were not on the shelf, but an associate was able to find them in the back and brought them out to us almost instantly. Every single person we met was helpful, efficient, and friendly. Thank you, Amberly Place Publix!
