Rebecca was so helpful she showed us so many ways to save money with the coupon book and earn points on the app. We appreciate the time she took with us. It was Easter Sunday morning so the time we were there was perfect as the store hadn't gotten busy yet. Perfect timing and customer service!!

Today was our first time taking our 4 legged son Ruffus, we made an appointment for a bath and brushing, Ruffus looks gorgeous, Haleigh did a wonderful job. We know that Ruffus enjoys bathing and brushing but he doesn't like to have his nails cut or the hairs on his paws cut, knowing this we couldn't expect it to be perfect, however they turned out well, we hope they will be much better next time. We are pleased, they are all very kind. We will be back, we definitely recommend them.

Let me tell y'all this. I lucked out. The puppy/ dog trainer was there. She helped me with my 2 puppies with food, treats, and her classes that I will be tending. I already have an appointment with Banfield for my 2 little girls! I'm just saying I'm a part of this family! These are my little girls! ❤️

We bought our son a hamster here and although we're very happy with our hamster, I have done a lot of research on how to care for it and have found that the pet store gave us some very wrong information. When we first went to get the hamster, the employee took the housing off of the hamsters and told me to pick one up. She said to hold it against me since they would be really squirmy. When I did this, it caused the hamster to become so stressed that it fell out of my hand. Thankfully it was okay. Upon doing more research, I have found that picking hamsters up in the store is actually very stressful for them and can cause health issues. Also, the plastic housing and minimal bedding that they use for their rodents in store is unacceptable and dangerous. Their employees should definitely be given more education on how to properly care for their rodents.

Bought a 10 gallon fish tank with all supplies included and had one of the store employees recommend what exotic fish to get for the tank size and comparability. First night setting everything up 5 fish were floating dead which they at least refunded. Then after few weeks with the tank a catfish and another fish died that were combined $15. I’ve had fish for years and this is an extreme case I’ve have NEVER dealt with. Before purchasing anything for aquarium from this place please reconsider!!

My Charlotte got her first bath and trim at PetSmart by Madison. She was very kind and explained everything to me before I left. My Charlotte is much happier and clean. Will certainly re-book in the future.

I took my maltipoo to this petsmart grooming because he was staying at the pets hotel and wanted to also to get him a going home bath and cut. The pet hotel was great but when I took him home I had to give him another bath. Which was disappointing cause I paid petsmart to bathe him. He had shedding skin and dog hair from another dog all over him. I knew it wasn’t his hair or dandruff cause he is black for one and he never has dead skin after a bath from the petsmart in Durham. I mean I could see the dandruff on him and I was so mad. I’m not sure if they just don’t clean the area or the clippers after each pet. After his home bath he was good as new.

I’m truly at a loss for words. Let me preface I generally never go to Petsmart given some of their history in the grooming department, but I was right next door and ran in to get something.I was looking at the meal toppers and the expiry date was March 2023. I took this picture today. It’s August 2023. I went to a lady who works there, and mentioned these are very old. She didn’t even look at them and said “ok” and went back to work. I kid you not. Poor dogs who have to eat their expired products.Since they didn’t seem to care I called their corporate number. Hopefully they do.

Our dog Pepper is a regular at PetSmart Grooming in Cary. Karleana is her groomer and she is absolutely amazing. She knows us when we come in, remembers our schedules & who to call, remembers Pepper's needs as a senior dog & is very caring toward her, and the haircut is exactly what we want. First time taking my Sheltie to get groomed at the Cary location and it looks like her groomer did not know what she was doing. My dog looks so choppy and definitely not worth $97 for a groom. You can tell which pictures were done by the Raleigh location. That's what my Sheltie should look like. So much for Christmas pictures this year. Just look at her chest area!

PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING A GROOMING SERVICE IN THIS LOCATION.I will give 0 star if I can. Bad grooming experience in this location. We scheduled a full bath and hair cut service online. And dropped him on time. So far, everything seems to be good.We talked with the groomer how we want to trim him. And we also paid $15 for brush and demat service. This is what we told the groomer and she agrees, “Take half of the hair off on body, leave the hair on ear as it is and a little short on his feet.” Sounds normal and clear instructions, right?But when we went and picked him up, we couldn’t even recognize that is him. I included the photos how he looks like before and after the service. They didn’t trim him as what we discussed. THEY SHAVED ALL HIS HAIR OFF!! They didn’t even follow a single thing we agreed on. And they didn’t give us a call to talk about the change. And no words to explain why they shaved all his hair when we picked him up. Just asked us to go and pay the bills. We feel like they just want to do their job quickly and complete the service in the easiest way. And they didn’t actually care how they treat him and the quality of the service.And he was also so scared and screaming when he saw us. The groomer told me he doesn’t like to groom, so I can’t imagine how they forced him to complete the grooming. And after came back home, he stays in his crate and doesn’t want to come out. He becomes timid and vigilant.Again, dear friends who are considering to bring your furry friend here for grooming. PLEASE please your furry friend deserves better.

Nice and friendly, but then they took my coupons and DIDN'T apply them to the amount, so I literally lost $7 because they kept my Purina $7 check and didnt apply it. Cashier was new so he had to call the manager over, and it was taking such a long time. I felt so rushed at the end paying so I didnt notice until I got home and was telling my hubby about how long it had taken....pretty bummed about that.

I am VERY pleased with the amount of patience and support the caregivers were towards my cat baby Oreo and myself. I recently went on vacay and boarded my baby there. Jessica, Katie, and Niasha and everyone that I interacted with was so calm and very welcoming. They were all very patient to me and gave me every detail about Oreo’s day even throughout me being a worried cat mom and call 4 times a day and Oreo, who is kind of feisty towards new people. I just want to say Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of Oreo.

We adopted a super sweet 3yo American Staffie mix from the local animal shelter about a month ago. She was listed as a stray and initially exhibited a few behaviors that their staff took the time to help with. Their advice was much appreciated! She also just had her 1st grooming apt with Haleigh. We weren't sure if she's had a grooming apt before but Haleigh was AMAZING with her! When we picked her up she was happy, her coat was super shiny, and the Paw Report was SO cute! Definitely recommend 👌

This review is for the PetsHotel. I cannot begin to say enough good things about the managers that helped with my dog during a week-long stay: Sarah, Jessica, Haley, and a male manager whose name I didn't get. They took such good care of my dog when an emergency situation came up and got in touch with me after they had my dog in the right hands. They were so great about caring for her that I knew she was in good hands until we could come home (earlier than planned) to pick her up. You can tell they truly care about the pets entrusted to them, as well as the owners. They made sure I was informed and that I also felt taken care of. I've been taking my dog there for years, but after this past experience, I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my girl.

But we asked for a shower and when I arrived my dog ​​was wet!
