I get there and have to stand outside due to the doors not being unlocked the lady is running behind which is understandable things happen but she didn’t greet us properly wasn’t friendly at all . . I do feel like she rushed on both of my puppies and they wasn’t groomed properly. One of my puppies only had one bow on at pick up the other didn’t get the full service I paid for by cutting his nails . They looked like I washed them myself nothing was done correctly compared to the other Petco we visited . One of my puppies was cut on their private area by the groomer clippers I’m guessing . I honestly wasted money .

We have been seeing Amber for our grooming for the past 3 years. We have two very large dogs; one is a service dog, and one has a crippled leg. Amber grooms both dogs with LOVE! She is always professional, COVID safe/conscious, kind, and pampers my dogs. I love seeing my happy, clean, well groomed, pampered dogs on pickup. They’re always happy in Amber’s care. Thanks Amber and thanks Petco!!!

The person at the front desk was EXTREMELY kind. They were all ears when I was explaining how nervous my dog is and how she doesn't like the warm hair dryer. This person made me feel so much more comfortable leaving my dog in their hands for 2 hours to be washed, dried, and have her nails done! I am typically nervous about being away from my day (I miss her lol) but also because I hope she behaves when I leave her. They seemed so excited to meet my pup, Aubree. I will DEFINITELY be returning. This customer service and experience was amazing, my dog smelled so good, and she was so happy when I picked her up! I would recommend a raise.

Extremely friendly and accommodating service staff. Doris smelt, felt, and looked better than she has in a long time. She was clearly not anxious when I picked her up and that speaks volumes, especially since her nails were buffed. The service at this Petco Grooming Salon was well above the norm! The value was unbeatable! Thank you!!!

Our groomer Amber does an amazing job on our yorkie. She always stays in touch & responds quickly when we leave messages to schedule an appointment. I do wish Petco gave rewards discounts for grooming though.

I arrived at the wrong Petco. Having had to pick up my not so little dog and bring him in, Courtney felt my pain and worked me in! Blue looks awesome! I can tell they love what they do! We’ll be back every month.
