Overall I am very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Caroline did my dogs cut and she was so professional and sweet, she even called to make sure it was ok trimming his ears more.

My daughter was visiting from out of town. We needed a grooming appointment on short notice due to the holidays. We were able to get a last minute appointment with stylist Eternity. When we arrived, my daughter showed her a picture of exactly how her dog is usually cut with specific instructions. Eternity did a fabulous job!! Thank you so much!

My big girl has been taken care of by Caroline since she was a baby and no words describe how good she is! My puppy is always excited to see Caroline which should tell you how well she is taken care of while at Petco Grooming. Caroline is thorough but quick and my puppy always looks, feels, and smells amazing after we leave.

My dogs hair cut was terrible. uneven patches, Just put blade guide on and shaved the hair off. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

This was Apollo's first grooming appointment at Petco ever. Justin asked me what I wanted for him, and while I wasn't best at describing what I was picturing in my head for my boy, he knew exactly what to do! He transformed my unruly monster to a soft, well-groomed fur cloud. If you're at this Petco, ask for Justin! Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Justin always does a great job with our standard schnauzer's cut it is always impeccable. We could not ask for a better groomer. We get complements on our dog's cut frequently. I would recommend Justin to anyone looking for a caring groomer with excellent customer service. What I like about this Cary Petco grooming services are all of the above!

I've been getting my dog's nails trimmed at PetCo Cary for a number of years with the same groomer. After/during COVID, that groomer was since not worked for PetCo Cary and there were 2 other groomers there. They were very kind, sweet and patient with my dog and were able to trim her nails, even if she wasn't happy about it. Thank you for hiring kind groomers.
