One of the best price dog grooming places I have found in the Raleigh Durham area. These people are very friendly and very welcoming and took very good care of both of the dogs, as both of my dogs are very nervous and don't like people and they said that the dogs acted. Awesome with them and I assumed that's because they have a lot of experience handling various pets.

Today I had the first grooming appointment with PSP. Before the grooming session, my pet, a mini poodle, had a distinct appearance characteristic of his breed. But after the grooming, I was shocked to find that he now looks more like a Chihuahua. This drastic change in his appearance is not in line with my expectations or the bear cut specification I provided.Also upon reviewing the invoice, I noticed an extra labor charge for a matter dog haircut. I am confused by the billed amount and the actual service performed by Ana. I expected the grooming would involve efforts to untangle and maintain the length of the fur. Unfortunately it appears that a complete shave (to the skin) was chosen as a solution.It is evident that my dog is now uncomfortable with his altered appearance. This has caused distress for both the pet and his owner. Meanwhile, please keep transparency on the extra labor charges, given the service provided.

Love the owners and staff. They are all very friendly and do their best to provide good service. The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars is because there's been a recent change in all of their groomers. This has put them very behind, but they remain optimistic. As am I.

Visited Pet Supplies today with my dog Spike. Customer service was great, employees were very helpful and amazing. Ozzy was trying to help me select a new dog food for Spike who is having some stomach issues, but since it was his first day, he called over a manager “Luis” or “Louis” who was very well informed on all the dog food selections they have available. With their help we were able to determine the best option for Spike based on his needs. Amazing store.

Our favorite pet store in town! Everyone always goes above and beyond to help! Jenn, the owner is so kind! Mr.Tom at the register is the best and is always so helpful! All of the employees are awesome & very knowledge!We drive past Petco, Hollywood Feed, & other pet stores just to go to Pet Supplies Plus.Have also taken my pup to the groomers and have always had a great experience with all of the groomers.Would highly recommend!

This store is more than a pet store, every time I walk in, the manager Elli is always greeting all customers by the main door. On Sundays I see kids enjoying the store as well. I love Pet Supplies Plus in Cary. I have 7 cats and they have a wide selection of high-quality pet food, toys and treats. The prices are reasonable, and they often have discounts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Tabby, Ben, Zack and Savanah are great, but Mr. Tom is fantastic, and they always greet me and my cats by name. My cats get the nicest baths from Ms. D because she is so professional and genuinely concerned about them. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the best pet supplies and services in the area. Amazing 🤩

It was a delight to come into the pet shop, my and I was amazed how clean it was, the staff and managers were very helpful and friendly. My wife and I came in for some bird food and they showed us all the different types of food they had in there store. We got to meet the owner, he was very knowledgeable of the things we asked about. I would definitely came back to the pet shop again. Thank you all for an amazing experience.

My Golden Retriever needed an emergency bath tonight after rolling in something on our walk. The self serve bathing area was clean and fully stocked with towels and shampoo choices. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the initial phone call, to the welcome into the store, to the customer service throughout my time there. Mark was especially attentive to my pup (extra points for the extra treats) and made sure we had everything we needed.

My vet said the salmon small breed dog food I needed to buy was hard to find in stores. But Pet Supplies Plus has a great selection and I found it. The staff is so helpful too. Jake helped me find non chicken dog treats too.

Pet supplies plus is an amazing store. Their employees and owners are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need or order it! Their purchase online and pick up curbside is super easy. The store is always clean. I love their dog wash station!! They support local animal rescues with donations and their space for events. You cannot find a better pet store!

I love pet supply plus in Cary, they have a great variety of pets, I love the fact that you can either get your pet bathed and groomed or you can give your pet a bath yourself right there at the store. The fish are amazing they have so many beautiful varieties. I highly recommend this store to every pet owner in the area.

So sweet with my dog. We have an ex- dog show pup and they did a fantastic job on her. She is an English Springer Spaniel and they took care of her so tenderly, and she looks great! Front desk, staff, Ben, was very helpful as well.

I love this store. The employees are wicked sweet and helpful and they let you pet the animals if they have them out or if you ask. This one girl, Tabby, is absolutely wonderful. We were talking for a solid half hour about our animals and I recommend a snake they had in store to my best friend. They take such good care of the animals and it’s very clear that the animals love the staff and visa-versa. The animals have such big personalities! Very clean store. I come here for supplies for my fish. I came in for fish food and ended up having a wonderful conversation! Definitely recommend this location for supplies for your furry, scaly, and feathery loved ones!

We love shopping here for the great selection, and the prices are better than the much bigger warehouses. But the thing we love most are the people taking the time to get to know us, and our beloved, four-legged family members. Our favorite among favorites is Mr. Tom. He’s always quick to meet us in the isles, and guides us to exactly what we need.

I stopped by on a week day, mid morning, with my 6 month old Miniature Pinscher, Zoey.The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.We used the self service dog wash for the first time. I loved that I got to put on an apron to stay dry! The middle bath station was smaller and higher up than the other 2. So, we went with that bath station. We had a selection of shampoo to pick from. It was so easy and convenience to use. Zoey loved it and was so clean and shiny afterwards. As Zoey is a short hair dog, she usually gets a towel dry and is good to go. But, yesterday she had the luxury of her first blow dry!Of course I had to get Zoey some treats and toys after her bath. They have a good selection of dog toys and treats amongst other things. And, decent prices.I do recommend looking out for a coupon. I have found them online and I do get them in the mail from time to time.We will definitely be going back soon!

This store is fantastic, there is always an employee available to help, it is spotless inside which is impressive for how excited they are to greet your dirty pup on their way to the dog wash. Grooming service is easy to get into and less expensive and/ or seem more caring and gentle than other ones I've found. PSP Cary is 11 out 10
