New client whose veterinarian recommended Pet Palace as a dog daycare with a more structured environment. Have been pleasantly surprised that a dog daycare with limited playtime has had a positive effect on both of my dogs. Jami and all of the staff are kind, considerate, competent in handling the dogs, attentive to clients needs and overall pleasant to deal with. Could not end this review without including Redd who is the groomer for my two dogs, She is understanding and patient when working with dogs that are a little uncomfortable in a new environment. She finds the time to discuss how the appointment went and what could be done to improve the experience. The final results of her exceptional grooming techniques were clearly present when seeing my two beautiful dogs after their appointment. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome. Please do not take your pet to Pet Palace. Our dog was abused while he was there for a week. No phone call at all to inform us of what happened to the injuries he suffered while in their care. This should have been a sign! On more than one occasion we have asked for his nails to be cut or him to receive a bath and they charge us, but do not provide the service. This place was recommended to us by our neighbor, but we will never go there again. Every time we post the injury, it gets taken down. Let’s you know they are hiding how the abuse people’s pets. He was in so much pain. The picture is of his neck area. They provided no answer as to how this could happened.

Our dog has high anxiety and after trying a few different daycares, we are very happy with our experience at Pet Palace in Cary. They are very professional and patient with our dog and he is always excited when he arrives and exhausted from his day of play upon pick-up. Pet Palace truly cares about the animals and communicates updates to us as needed along with a report card at the end of the day. Great to have a safe, clean and fun space for our dog that also offers grooming options during his stay!

Pet Palace in Cary is amazing! We have been customers for about 2 years and are very happy. We checked out numerous daycare options in our area but none compared to everything Pet Palace offers - competitive pricing, location, operating hours and most of all the staff!! My cat has boarded here twice and my dog (who is 8 years old and never boarded before in her life) was boarded here once. Both visits were exceptional. My pets were well fed and cared for and loved during their stay. My cat, mocha, got all of the blankets and got to curl up and snuggle (seen in photo). And my dog, Sammi, who is such an anxious baby, got so much love and interaction from her 1 on 1 playtimes. Sammi left with a departure bath making her smell so good! I will definitely have them stay here again if I need somewhere to board my animals.

My buddy Commander goes here for boarding and grooming. The Pet Palace team never complains about him and any time we can view him via the boarding cams, he is having a blast with new friends during social time. The grooming team is very kind and efficient. Lastly, the facility keeps close tabs on vet records, so I know the other pets he is interacting with are also safe and healthy. Thank you team!~

Pet Palace Cary is the best boarding/daycare place in the triangle and I’ll die on that hill! Their hours are great, their staff is superb, and they have the nicest facilities. My husband and I have several adequate animal daycare options closer to our house, but we take our dog Apollo to pet palace because they are the best. Apollo loves to go to daycare and the occasional boarding and we always feel that he is in good hands with the Cary staff.

Our dog was boarded for a week at Pet Palace.  After picking him up, we noticed large scabs and bleeding around his neck area.  He was not like that upon and no one bothered to call us prior to picking him up. arrival, him back to the location for the store manager to get pictures and review the issue. Oreo was so distressed when I took him back in the building where he was mistreated. I immediately took him to the vet for treatment, where he was hurting but calm because he felt safe. We will never use Pet Palace for any services. I would advise everyone to do the same.

I just brought my GSD here the other day to get groomed before her 1st birthday. I was very impressed with Pet Palace. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean and I loved that the dogs are in their own space with a TV while they wait. I also loved that the staff allowed me to bring treats from home and were very understanding of my dog’s specific needs. They went over everything that would be done/what I wanted done at drop off and my girl was done in the timeframe that they said she’d be. I was very happy with the job they did. I will definitely be bringing my girl back!

First time visiting Pet Palace for a grooming appointment for our 3.5 year old golden retriever. Laura did an awesome job!! Our little fur ball looks like a new pup. We will definitely be back again 😁

My Mother's dog “Ororo” a pomopoo was boarded here for two nights. The experience was great. My Mom was able to check in on Oreo as often as she liked. Oreo seemed to have done well here. The rates here seem affordable and my Mom even added play time. Since the stay, we have seen some improvement in her socialization with other dogs in the community.I look forward to boarding my baby here when he’s fully vaccinated and out of his baby stage.

We’ve been going to PP for both daycare and boarding for over a year now. We have 2 dogs that absolutely love love going. Our older 4.5 GSP has been rough to board previously due to some anxiety and allergy issues. She has had nothing of that at PP. We love how they care for and truly know their personalities and try to keep their training and manners in check as we do. At Valentine’s Day I just beamed at the gifts they sent home from daycare. Now if this is not a picture of happy dogs, I don’t know what else is!

The staff is great! Very friendly! Laura (groomer) was so patient with my puppy. It took some time but he finally calmed down. He LOVES Laura!! He starts getting excited when we pull into the parking lot. Once inside when he sees her his whole but shakes when he wags his tail.

Pet Palace is everything you hope it would be when leaving a beloved pet in a new kennel. My morkie is 15; deaf and nearly blind. Barking dogs might annoy some, but he was oblivious and came home a happy guy. The attendants are dog lovers and seem to be very enthusiastic when greeting dogs air their stay at the front door. I’ll happy have my dog boy watched at the Pet Palace in the future.

Boarded my two dogs for 5 days here and we loved it! Very friendly staff, clean and spacious facilities, and my dogs seemed to really love it based on their report cards. Most importantly, they were picked up without any issues. We will be returning for future boardings!

Even though I was just touring the place, I was impressed that it had no smell, or at least I didn't smell anything. When we walked in with our little Sassy, we were greeted with a smile. The sleeping quarters were nice and clean.

Our friends referred us to use your boarding services and we are very happy we did! We booked Apollo a royal suite with a cam and from the times we checked in on him, he looked fine and the team always treated him with patience and care. His “report cards” were super cute. Pet palace is a great place for pets. Specially people who I find very dedicated to the purpose of the business. The good part is that they are always trying to improve. My pet who is a mini schnauzer ( not easy to comply 😀) finds himself at home during his daycare trips ( most of the time). I think it’s the people ( employees) that makes the place great.

I was traveling for work to Atlanta and left my dog at Pet Palace-Cary. He had a great time here socializing with the staff and other dogs his size. I booked a standard size boarding room for him since he’s a mini poodle (weight 10lbs). Also got his departure bath and nails trimmed, and it was perfect. They gave me a report card for him mentioned how and what he did during the playgroup times.This place is definitely our’s 1st choice now!Thanks to everyone on the staff to such a great service

We have been very happy with the Pet Palace in Cary for our boarding needs when we go out of town. When we pickup our dog Tucker, he is clean and seems content and it has been a good experience overall to where we now feel comfortable leaving him in their care. The suite is a decent size, the rate is fair and their is an option for pet cam to watch on App. After a horrible experience at a different local pet boarding facility, I am so glad we found this place.

We bring our fur babies to Pet Palace very often. I feel comfortable knowing they are in awesome hands. My dog runs in with her tail wagging and jumps on the counter. She loves her human friends at pet palace!!! Our cat is just as happy there as well. No complaints from us. 5 stars!!!

We’ve been taking our dog here for about a year now after moving to the area and needing dog care when we’re away. It’s super easy to book/reserve a spot online for boarding. Their prices are fair. Their workers are very nice and always thorough during check in. They give my dog his anxiety meds and probiotics when we have him stay there and the 1:1 play time is great. They give a little report card of how he did. Very happy and will continue to use this location for boarding.

Editing Original Post: This is NOT a complaint, just a sad, sad update that is now not "great news," a pet daycare alternative like it used to be for me and the grand-huskies! My hope in this update is Pet Palace will expand! So Pet Palace is no longer taking "doggy daycare Friday through Sunday because they're so busy with boarding on the weekends." So I'm going to have to find a doggie daycare for my huskies for when they do come to visit me and I have an assignment in downtown Raleigh I can't leave to come home to let them out for a potty break. It used to be you could go online, make a reservation, add treats, add playtime, one on one, do you want a bath before you leave? Yes, please! click, click, clikc...just that easy. So I was surprised we have been turned down for tomorrow. Maybe time to open a second site! It's a win for Pet Palace, but for those that need the daytime help, I guess that's less money and more work for the staff, but here's the thing: when you and your pets develop a relationship that you now can't rely on being there for you when you need it, it's a shame. To be so "pupular"!! I'm not a regular, regular customer as my grand-huskies live fulltime in Winston-Salem, but they do come visit and I love to give them time at the Palace - and because of my job does involve some travel on any given day, the Daycare option is critical. Still my favorite place. Just might be time for expansion/second location! ///original post: First place my huskies run into happy and excited! Taking great care of the pups and staff is incredible. So I've been here a few times at this point and the service has been wonderful and always with a smile. They take very good care of the dogs and their facility is very clean
