Took my Pomeranian for the first time! The front desk lady was very welcoming and adored my dog! They were very responsive through the text. Laura was his groomer and she did an amazing job! I sent them photos of what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked for. I will visit for his next grooming for sure! Thank you!

Our dogs always get excited when the driver arrives to take our boys to PPC. They demonstrate care and concern for our pets when we go out of town or for any other reason. It’s been great to have them cleaned, groomed and nails trimmed while in their care (additional cost). It’s been such a convenience to have our dogs picked up and dropped off alleviating the hassle of getting them there while packing to go on a vacation.

Penny has been getting groomed at Paws Pet Concierge for months now. It took me a while to find a consistent, reliable groomer in the triangle. She looks exactly the same after every haircut, and comes back smelling so clean. Penny isn’t the easiest dog, she’s very nervous, and can be reactive so dropping her off can get pretty loud, but the staff is so patience and they treat her as their own. I know she’s in good hands and when I pick her up, she’s always calm and happy. I recommend this place to literally every dog parent I know, and those who have gone, are always satisfied. Keep up the good work guys! :)

These guys do a really nice job at cat haircuts. It’s hard to find a place that even does cats. We drive from North Durham to come here. Our cat always has a nice even cut, which I imagine is no easy task when dealing with cats. Keep in mind this is a dogsitting facility, but don’t be put off by the barking when you show up at the front! They take the cats to a separate secure area. They also allow enough time to give the cats breaks if they get stressed out. The employees are calm and gentle with the animals.

I needed a last-minute solution for boarding my two labradors. PAWS was the only place that didn't turn me down, and I called quite a few. I was really nervous about taking them to PAWS because I've never boarded my dogs before, and they let the dogs all run around together all day. My dogs are not used to being around other dogs at all, so I really expected them to be super anxious and scared, if not aggressive. The staff at PAWS did everything possible to make sure they were safe and happy and it turned out that my two boys loved it! Thanks to the caring staff, they were eased into the social environment and ended up having a great time, and they along great with the other dogs! I was updated regularly with texts and pictures, which really made me feel much better about it. They also had a bath and grooming on the last day and they were soft and fluffy and smelled great! I'm definitely going to take them back to PAWS the next time we go out of town.

Absolutely 100% recommend this place!!Having had awful experiences with groomers and my dog, I am beyond particular about what we look for. This place has been an answered prayer, truly.I don't trust anyone but Lisa with my sweet puppy's grooms and I'm convinced that Sherrill might be an actual angel on earth. They were so patient with all of my questions & anxiety. And honestly everything I need to know comes straight from my dog, who is so excited to see them. Forever grateful :)

Paws is the best place in the area for grooming and daycare! I only take my two rescues there (one former Dog Warrior alum) to Angelica, she is amazing and so kind and caring with my nervous pups. While you wait for your grooming to be done, you can visit with the dogs up for adoption through Dog Warriors. When you patronize Paws, you are also helping a local grassroots rescue, no brainer!

Was really, really hoping to love it here. But very, very disappointed. The cut itself was great. They got my dog in quick. But, I asked upon dropping her off what the cost was.I was told $70 (which is usually what I paid - I just moved here).I showed them one spot on her that always mats because she rubs her face on the ground so her fluffy ears get matted haha. Previous groomer it was never an issue because they shave it down anyways, which is exactly what this place says.I get a text while they have her that she's doing great and they were dealing with a "tiny bit" of matting.Yet, when I pick her up I'm charged an extra $20 for "SEVERE matting." What a joke! She was not severely matted in the least. The groomer who charged as such - you're not making any extra money by lying and doing so. I would have probably tipped 50% with how happy I was - with availability, photos sent, and the cut itself. But the fact that they charged that when it just simply was not true really, really disgusts me.I'll be finding somewhere else and suggest you do too.

I have came back to pick up my dog covered in fleas, hurting, skin irritation, and depressed. After 9 hrs of driving from my 4 days trip, i came back to 3 hrs of work to comfort him, clean him and get him the help he needed. I inspected my pet right away and decided to give him a bath to comfort him, to find out he was covered in bites, some caused him to bleed in abdominal area. They have spend most of the night turning things on me telling me it's pretty much my fault and that the dog was perfectly fine because the picture they send me during his stay show him "FINE". That was their explanation to why this possibly couldn't happen while he was there, and even came up with a story that it could have happened during the 10 min ride back home with my friend, who picked him up to drop him to my home 2 hrs before my arrival. How ridiculous. I noticed things were wrong as soon as i reunited with my pet. I have immediately raised my concerns and send pictures of what he looked like and how much he was suffering. They have failed my pet and failed to resolve the issue, instead they offered me free grooming service, WHY WOULD I traumatized my dog any farther and bring him back to free grooming to a place that is infested with fleas? What kind of a pet owner would do that, for free grooming ? She then also accused me of not having my pet on preventative meds for fleas which he is on chewable, asking me through messages to prove it while i was more concern catering to my sick pet. NON stop till 12:30 midnight fighting me trying to convince me that this is my fault and not theirs. I choose to take this farther and i am currently in process to do that. I will never got back. It's important to inspect your pet right away as this place cannot be trusted and is extremely concerning.

We brought Bella in for her second grooming with Paws and had a great experience. She is a bit anxious in new situations but seemed happy when we picked her up. They did a great job grooming her.

One of our Huskies had a huge hot spot, we left them during a trip (one week), and the day we were picking up the dogs we were notified one of them had a hot spot, its a very large one and obvious to sight, we believe it was left in the crate for the whole week as nobody noticed the issue, we took him to the doctor after returning from the trip and the whole front part of his neck was shaved by the vet, the spot is huge, I also was in the understanding that if something bad happened to the dog, they will take him to a vet after confirming you were OK with that, but because this was not noticed on timely manner nothing was done. Our dog doesn't get along with big dogs for what we were told that he was managed in a different way, what we translate as he is allowed to play at specific times. We used this facilities for about 4 years, and never had a problem before beyond dogs returning with kennel cough, we noticed though that our dog (the one with the hot spot) usually is desperate every time we pick him up.

So so happy and pleased with the outcome of my puppy’s haircut! It was her first time ever getting a haircut! They took their time and the most important part is they don’t cage the animals!!! When you walk in you see all the animals and they are roaming around and playing. They are perfect and flexible just what we were looking for!

Our doggy boy, Max, was very hesitant of this place when we first brought him, but the entire staff helped him AND us to feel comfortable with text updates and lots of puppy love. Fast forward to today, Max gets SO excited to run inside and say hi to everyone. The staff treats him wonderfully and we feel we can fully trust them with max at this point. We love doggy day care at PAWs and Max’s confidence and dog socialization has grown so much since we started going here and he’s pooped from playing all day when he comes home. 10/10 recommended!

I have taken both of my dogs to Paws Pet for years for grooming and doggie day care. It has been a fabulous experience each and everytime. Sherrill, the owner is most kind and compassionate. Lisa grooms the dogs and she does a wonderful job!

Super helpful. I found I must work more on my dogs fear of going to the groomer. Our two rescues are very spooky. Paws gave me some excellent advice. I will be contacting our Vet for a possibleRx to help calm them.Book ahead, they are several weeks out for appointments.Actually good news for us, so we can work with our girls anxiety.

Honestly? I will never bring my dog here again.Last year, I took my 4 year old lab to the vet to get all his shots up to date and to make sure he was healthy. All labs were clear. He was healthy and good to go. Vet said that he was fine to get boarded. So, the next day, I took my boy to Paws Pet Concierge in Cary for an initial visit, just to see how he would react. I also provided all paperwork from the vet... vaccines and a letter stating he was healthy with no issues. He loved it. The next day, I dropped him off, along with a full 16lb bag of his food. And 6 cans of soft food I had gotten from the vet. My family was going out of town for 6 days, so i made sure he had more than enough food.I left them my contact information and our vet (also in Cary) , just in case. On day 4, I received an text saying he was coughing. They sent a short video clip. I called and they said that he was sick when I brought him. I told them No, he was fine, since I had to have a vet give him a clean bill of health before I could board him. I told them to call our vet and if need be, take him. It was literally down the road from them. I would text every day, and get messages saying he was fine.Fast forward, we get home, I go straight to the boarding center to pick up my boy. They said he was sick and when I saw him, my heart broke. He had green snot oozing from his nose and he was coughing bad. Plus, he was wobbly. I asked for his food. The bag was barely touched and they didn't even feed him any of the cans. They made up some excuses that he refused to eat and I asked if they ever consulted our vet when they saw him not eating... they said no. My boy was starving when I took him home. I paid them over $700 to board him for 6 days, and he came back super sick. They kept blaming him for being sick. The next day I took him to our vet. They did blood work and labs, and said he lost 8 lbs since his last visit, which was 2 days before I dropped him off... which was 9 days prior to his boarding. I explained what the lady at the desk said to me. The vet was upset that she said that my dog was supposedly sick before boarding. He was livid. He swore that all my dog's labs came back negative. Unfortunately, while he was in the boarding kennel, he got kennel cough. And they never once contacted him, nor anyone at the vets office while he was in their care. Since they did nothing to help him while he was there, it developed into pneumonia. My poor boy had contracted kennel cough from this place, and they were extremely rude to me when I called them from my vet's, with him sitting there listening. Not only did I spend over $700 to board him, but I also spent over $1000 in vet bills after picking him up. The vet said he could have died if I was a few days later picking up my dog. PAWS PET CONCIERGE never apologized nor contacted me after. I am so incredibly traumatized by how they treated my dog that I can't let him out of my site when I'm home. And now, if I have to go out of town, I have to pay someone to come to my house and take care of him. I will never trust an establishment like this with my dog ever again. Please use caution when looking for a boarding kennel. I do not recommend this place.

I recently had My almost 11 month male golden groomed here. I wasn’t thrilled with the experience. My puppy had several spots that were missed. Moreover, when you walk in, it’s so loud with dogs barking you can’t hear yourself think…

PAWS daycare was great, price is definitely reasonable and the first visit is free. I did leave a tip the price of the day. My dog had a complete and utter blast. They sent me an update and a picture. I took her there at 8:00am and by 10:00am she was sleep from exhaustion. She ate while there and came home very tired and slept really good that night and the next day. We will return

I brought my dog to PAWS Pet Concierge about 4 times now. I have NEVER been disappointed in the services received. I always bring my dog home looking and smelling amazing. The cuts are phenomenal, he's a maltipoo, so he comes home with a clean cut all around from the face to his tail. He looks adorable every time I pick him up and I can appreciate the time they take on getting my dog looking great. Petsmart and Petco could never!

This is the only place I trust to take my little fur babies. They've been going here for about 2 years and always have a great grooming experience. Recently, I had to take them somewhere else because they were booked up, and I will NEVER do that again because my poor babies were so traumatized when they returned home. I will always be grateful to PAWS for their fantastic service.

They took really good care of our pet dog Mocha. First of all, I booked the day care at the last moment but they still accommodated my request and my dog seemed to have really enjoyed the day care as he was extremely tired in the evening when we picked him up. Also, the grooming session was nicely done. Mocha used to shed a lot but after de-shedding session, he hardly shed. Highly recommend !

Love this place! You can tell those who work here truly love dogs ❤🐶. The owner is awesome too! Love the concept of pups hanging in their packs lol I love to peek over the wall and watch them interact. Thank you for all that you do!

Firstly, I'd like to sing the praises of one of the groomers, Angelica. She does a FANTASTIC job with my 6 month old goldendoodle. My puppy gets anxious during grooming visits, and she was very patient and communicative throughout the entire process. She gave him the best cut and I will likely still book with her.Now for the daycare/boarding DO NOT send your puppy here if you are looking for great care. It reeks of piss every time you open the door and when I picked up my potty trained puppy he had pee all over him and begging to go out (twice). I called the owner to address this issue and find out what happened. She spoke to me for about 7 minutes about how my dog barks all day (which concerned me bc my puppy barely barks) and it turns out she was talking about the wrong dog. She proceeded to tell me that its likely he got into another dog's pee... just great. We discussed a plan to make sure he goes out when it is time for potty breaks. I gave them a 3rd chance and we just picked up my puppy from a 4 day boarding stent and he REEKS of piss and is acting very timid. This is open play and may be better suited for older dogs, but I won't be back. I am so disappointed. PS: I tried to call to address this issue but they did not answer my phone calls.ETA:the owner called to offer a refund, but my pup did receive a service. She offered to bathe him prior to my arrival in the future which misses my point about why he has pee on him in the first place. This is admitting that he has pee on him, in my opinion.

I called Pet Paws Concierge when I was out of town and could not get back in time to take care of my rambunctious lab. They sent someone over and quickly took care of her. They offer such a great service and also send photos and maintain communication.

Grooming my 9 pound multipoo dog cost $88 just $12 shy of $100. They told my wife that she was matted and she was aggressive just to raise the price from $60 (which is on their website for full groom) to $88. Please do not lie to make an extra $28. I washed my dog 2 days before and I brushed her smooth with no knots no aggression. It’s unprofessional to tell me my dog almost the size of a chihuahua is scary and aggressive. When my wife told me the dog was aggressive I laughed. By the way, the Nails were not cut either.Looking at other people reviews I see a pattern here. You add matted or aggressive and the price goes up. That’s not a good business practice !! No one like surprises like this. Remove the grooming price from your website if you want charge randomly. On a positive note, boarding my dog there was not bad. The price is fair and the place is ok.
