Their coat smells clean, fresh, and soft for days. We get compliments whenever we take them out. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend Mosa for many reasons. 1 always a beautiful cut. 2 my baby actually likes going there, so I know she is treated with kindness. 3 Appointments are timed precisely, so your dog doesn't have to be dropped off in the am and wait all day to be picked up at the end of the day. 4 Appointments are just enough time for a nice lunch or grocery run, 5 Easy to schedule and change appointments online.

Absolutely loved bringing my puppy here for his first ever grooming visit! They were very informative, gave advice, and were all around very wonderful people! I seriously never write reviews, but I just had to for them! I felt so comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands. My puppy came out looking better than ever!!! Very pleased with our first visit. It was nice to be greeted by the actual groomer to go over what we were looking for before the cut. The results were outstanding and not one hair was out of place. And the groomer also wanted direct feedback when I picked him up. Could not be more pleased.

I absolutely love this place but more importantly my 2 dogs love this place. Amanda and her staff treat my babies as if they were their own. It’s special when you can find that. It’s a peace of mind for my wife and I to know our baby girls are in good hands. The services offered are the best I’ve found in the area. We will never take our gurus anywhere else.

Mosa is a fabulous groomer and treats pets with extra care. Unlike most groomers, they take one pet at a time—no kenneling. Online scheduling is easy, and they usually have availability within a few weeks.

I absolutely adore this place! I had the pleasure of bringing in my foster dog, a Siberian Husky mix, for grooming, and let me tell you, the transformation was incredible! My pup was rescued from a hoarding situation, so you can imagine the state he was in. But thanks to Amanda and her wonderful team, he came back looking like a whole new dog! They truly went above and beyond, tackling mats and odors to give him a fresh and clean makeover. What’s even more amazing is that they offer this service for free for rescue dogs! I can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you immensely to Amanda and the entire team for their exceptional care and generosity! 🐾🛁

Let me start by saying if I could give this place a zero or negative rating, I absolutely would. We recently moved to the Cary area from another state and we were given Mosa as a recommendation for our 1 year old lab to be groomed. We scheduled our appointment online for a large dog grooming with extra time since our dog is fearful at the groomers. The night before our scheduled appointment, we went online to confirm the time and location so we would not be late for the appointment-only to find out that after waiting 3 weeks for this appointment-they had cancelled the appointment with ZERO communication. At the time we discovered this horrible realization-since our dog was overdue for a good grooming and we had already waited 3 whole weeks-the business was closed. We tried calling promptly at 8am when it says online that they open-only to find out they were closed and did not answer the phone until 9:05am when I called back. The woman who answered did not know anything about our online scheduled appointment-yet stated that when appointments are made online “they have to take them”-when I stated we had made this appointment online 3 weeks ago and had recently moved to the area and gave her the name under which the reservation was scheduled-she asked in a very rude manner for the information again at least 3/4 times more. She then proceeded to tell me that the appointment had been cancelled because we No Showed multiple times for our cat! Then she asked for the name-AGAIN and then said “there was no one in their system with that name.” Sooo…which one is it??? We supposedly No Showed? Or there is no one in your system with our name??? Let’s make sure we can keep up with our faulty accusations m’am. At that point, I became increasingly frustrated because she did not care or offer a sincere apology for their miscommunication and mistake and she never offered to even make it right by making another appointment or accommodating the appointment we had already scheduled 3 weeks ago! Her demeanor was one of disregard, disrespect and overall rudeness-she sounded as if she was actually still in the bed trying to have this conversation. At that point, I realized WHY would I endanger our dog and put trust in this business and their lazy, uncaring staff to do a good grooming on our dog who we absolutely love and adore and consider her family?! Based off of some of the other 1 star reviews, I agree that this business is no place to bring your valued pet member. I will happily find another place of business to give my money to!

First time here today, they have a very cute little space for dog merchandise collars, leashes, toys, etc place is very clean smell like clean...Usually dog spa will smell like dog plus humidity but Not at Mosa.Also their text msges about booking, appointment, schedule is so perfect. They're very punctual, they value my time.Will be coming back for sure

Mosa has helped me with several dogs that have come into my rescue needing some grooming TLC. The babies are not always in the best of shape when they arrive in rescue or at the resort but they come back looking their best with the love and care of this team. I cannot say enough great things about the Mosa team!

I wanted to love Mosa because I really like their one-on-one grooming approach, but out of the 3 times I've taken my doodle for a full grooming he has gotten an ear infection twice! I know doodles are prone to ear infections; however, not in the 3 years since I've had him did he ever get infections from previous groomers. Mosa unfortunately did not take the time to dry my pup's ears enough.

First, this shop did a fantastic job grooming my 19 lb terrier. He looked fantastic post visit. My only commentary is around the initial customer service, the rigid pick up time rules/charges and with the overall cost (which is a full $35 higher than my usual shop). But again, if the cost is not an issue and you have no issue showing up to a scheduled pick up, then for sure visit. They will do a superb job.

I have been bringing Maverick to Mosa since Fall 2020. Any Doodle owner knows how valuable a good groomer is! Not only do they do an amazing job on Maverick's grooming, Mosa feels like family now and my dog loves Amanda and the rest of the Mosa team. They do a great job with keeping him fluffy in winter and cool with his summer cut. We love the new location also!

Our pups absolutely love coming here and they look great every time. We often have a lot of requests and their groomers take great care to ensure that our pups are happy.We also like the strict pickup / dropoff timelines; the main reason we picked Mosa is because they don't keep them in cages for half the day.Definitely recommend!

I love Mosa Boutique, so glad they opened this new shop! The spa is wonderful too! My Ava has stayed there several times. It gives me peace of mind when im away to no she is being well taken care of and loved! I love the new boutique because i can get Ava in and bathed easier now because there are openings because they expaned. They are all so good to my Ava and i know she is in good hands when she is there!!!

Excellent attention to requests and concerns about my dog, a triple coated schnoodle. She had an uneven coat due to surgery but came out of her grooming session looking adorable again and smelling great. Bonus: Love that Mosa's pet clients are picked up in less than two hours rather than crated somewhere all day.

Today was my family’s first experience with Mosa, we had to wait a few weeks for an appointment but it was so worth out. Our little girl looks amazing. We had a full grooming service with pup color added to her ears and tail. She looks soooooooo cute we love it so much can’t wait to return for our follow up appointment

I made an appointment for my two cats to get groomed. They were busy so I had to make the appointments on two different days with two different times. I accidentally got the times flipped and took my first cat at the other cats time- so when I get there the front desk states I came at the wrong time and she charged me $100 per the “cancellation policy.” They make sure they have your credit card on file so they a charge you without your approval. I stated I didn’t cancel the appointment nor did I come late nor was I a no show but I just got my times confused as I have a newborn and have been under a lot of stress. I asked her to make an exception given my circumstances and she again states “per the policy there is nothing I can do.” I then asked to cancel my second cat’s appointment and she said no because it has to be 48 hours in advance and I was only 24 hours. She then spoke to her manager and came back with “there is nothing we can do and if you don’t bring your cat tomorrow you will be getting charged another $100.” Most frustrating and heartless customer service I’ve ever dealt with- as a new customer you’d they would want your services and make exceptions when warranted as I was paying them $250 and would come back regularly.

We took our dog to Mosa for grooming a few times. Our dog was always afraid to be taken back by staff and would not go unless we walked her to the gate where the groomer then took her to the back of the house. On the last groom she received from the business, she got razor burn on her paw. It became infected and she experienced a lot of discomfort because of it. The next time I took her for a groom, because I was understanding that mistakes can happen and it must be very difficult at times to groom a dog, I asked to speak with the owner to discuss the matter. Her response was that I “should’ve told her sooner” about the incident. I was not asking for a comp, money back, or anything else - I just wanted to let her know about the experience because I expected her to have compassion for animals and their comfort. She continued to fight back at everything I said and interrupt me when I spoke, in a very rude tone, and never apologize for injuring my dog. I ended up cancelling the appointment that day after this conversation and we have found a groomer elsewhere. When I cancelled the appointment, her response was “ok” and walking off - extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced an interaction like this from an owner of a company. I understand people have bad days, l and we never truly know what’s going on in a persons’s life to cause poor behaviors, but this was beyond that. To have a complete lack of respect and care for a customer and for injuring an animal, is was heartbreaking. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and we will never go back here due to lack of trust, lack of empathy, lack of respect, lack of care and love for animals, and lack of care provided to our loved one. It felt very much like the do not care about animals and they do this job for the paycheck, not for the love of animals. There is no passion for this company when it comes to grooming dogs, which therefor leads to lack of love and care for both pet owners and animals.

We visited the new Waldo St. Location 2 week ago, the location is very convienent. Also, Amanda is the absolute best! Our Terrier mix looked handsome. He is naturally, but she made him shine. We will always go to Mosa until they ban our pack.

I would not recommend to my worst enemy that they take their pet here for grooming services. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff and they want to get your credit card on file so they can nickel and dime you for everything and force you to pay “per their policy” which has outrageous fees baked in. Plenty of better places in the area that have a calm and peaceful experience for your pets without snide remarks from the staff.

One of the most attractive aspects of Mosa Pet Spa and Boutique is the fact that one groomer takes care of everything related to your dog. Where other places have several people moving the dog from place to place and from bath areas to cages, etc. what appeals most to me was their promise that my dog would be under the control of one caring Groomer the entire time. Of course, the grooming itself is excellent and I am pleased with that as well.
