This place is great! The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they offer and the brands that they carry. I never have a problem when it comes to items being in stock here because they always have what I need at this location. The store is clean and easy to navigate and everyone is always so helpful and happy to help when and if you have a question! I love Hollywood Feed, so much so I stopped shopping at PetSmart for my supplies because everything there was generic and no one really knows anything about the products. If you ask questions they refer you to the packaging or the companies website… Hollywood Feed is definitely the better option for me and my boys! The food is always fresh and even the raw food I get for my boys that comes frozen, I’ve never had any issues with them as far as looking or being rancid from being thawed out and re frozen or anything. You can tell that this company takes pride in what they do because they do it so well… I will be a customer for years to come!!

This is my first visit to a Hollywood feed location and I was very impressed with the service level and the staff. In less than a minute, a staff member approached me and asked if he could help and I explain that I had a cat that needed a low sodium diet. He showed me a few products and then requested assistance from another associate who had a more in-depth knowledge of ingredients. She reviewed a few products with me and without me even asking she offered to contact the companies and get the information I needed.Whether your pet has special needs or not, I would definitely encourage you to visit this or one of the other locations.

We visited this store for my pups first birthday. I can’t remember the name of the girl who helped us but she was great! Everyone was great actually! So friendly and they made us feel at home! We bought a beer mug shaped cookie and Finn thoroughly enjoyed it!

We are new to the area and my brother suggest Hollywood Feed for my dog's food. They had her brand in stock and the young man working was very helpful and friendly. We will be going back regularly to purchase food for our dog.

I always love Hollywood Feed, Waverly Place, Cary. The staff are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable . Hollywood Feed carries my favorite brands (which can be difficult to find). Curbside orders are quick, delivery is quick. They are conveniently located. I love Hollywood Feed

We went there this weekend and our family (my husband, my kids, and our weimaraner) were incredibly welcome in the store. They made us so comfortable, giving us tip as first time dog owner, they pet our baby fur, offered treats, talked to us. It was a pleasure being received by such nice people, specially Denise. I was buying online only (dog food, grooming items, treats...) but now I am more than excited to go there to shop. They just gained a loyal customer. Thank you!

Another great visit to Hollywood with our two German Shepherds, Brody and Sam! Saw they had our favorite treats on sale and we needed a new chew toy since our young boy, Sam, is now 20 months old and wrapping up his teething! Great customer service, enjoyable time. See you again soon!

The staff is so knowledgable about the care and feeding of our fur babies. Tim knows my heartache at losing my late darling Poker who was struggling with wanting to eat during his the last months of his life. Tim and Spencer helped so much in suggesting food that he may like and their patience and caring meant the world to me. Fast forward 8 months and my new fur baby, Magic, is a 2 year old FIV rescue who is adorable. We are back at HF with Tim and his staff and Magic is thriving. Thank you all at HF!!!

I started coming here and told all my friends and family about it years ago when I got my first dog. Overall it’s a decent experience depending on who’s working at different locations. Sometimes you get no attention, sometimes they are great and super helpful. I eventually switched to Morrisville location but sadly they shut down. I started doing delivery to save the trip and for some reason they now put a plastic covering over a bag of dog food which just seems wasteful to add more plastic to something that already has its own protection and seems to be unnecessary so it’s sad to see this addition that just ends up trashed. Overall the company is nice and most of the employees are great and care about their jobs and the people they are helping. The best part is the education that the employees receive and that you can receive as a customer which is a great benefit.

I have been a customer for about 2 years now. My go to stores have always been Hollywood Feed and Pet People. I have a very pity shihpoo. 2 weeks ago I ran out of primal lamb. Hollywood feed did not have so they suggested I try the beef. My baby was not a fan. I attempted to return on yesterday and team member named Denise was rude, asked if I could try the beef with another dog. I only have one puppy so I was shocked someone would suggest I give it to a second dog. Anyone with common sense would try with a second dog if they had one. I travel over 24 miles to get my dog food. I was also trying to restock up on Primal Pork and Lamb. I asked if she had the large bag. Denise was rude and stated what we have is out on the floor. I asked if I could get the small bag, once again Denise was very short and repeated the it’s on the shelf. The lamb was on the top shelf not easy to grab. Failed to offer any help. I returned the items and refused to make any purchases from this store or with Denise. I drove across the street to Unleashed. Alittle more money but customer service was excellent!!! This will be my new place for my shihpoo needs. I normally enjoy going to Hollywood Feed, Denise poor customer service will now have me take my business to someone who can support customers

It’s like walking into a candy store. Once you’ve been in here you’ll forget about online and big box pet stores. Good to support local businesses especially if they hire loyal and passionate employees. Spencer is usually my go to gal as she is there a lot. Luc is another employee passionate about pets and helping you find the right items. I like that they offer some unique items you can’t find at most pet stores. Prices are fair and usually can catch a sale on some of your repeat items. I do wish they sold Wellness brand dog food but that does mot deter me from shopping for other items there. Great location too plus they offer same day shipping. They offer several loose treats which I like to pick and choose myself. Definitely worth your time shopping. Staff is very knowledgeable on products and they do they’re own research and share the information they learn.

We definitely found what we were looking for, thank you.UPDATE: I still love this store and the people that work here so much. I love that they are so educated and so nice and willing to help. This store is THE BEST!!!!! Don't go anywhere else. Hollywood Feed beats any chain pet store or overpriced local store, and Haley and Timothy are the best at their jobs. They helped us find soooo many things on our list, and yes they do have a puppy starter suggestion list! We even got our puppy's tag engraved and it was perfect! As for the prices, I'd say stellar. We got a lot of good stuff, and it wasn't heavy on the wallet at all, leaving more money for future purposes!! Thanks Haley and Timothy, for making it a wonderful first visit. We will be back!!!

I like this store but I was told if I purchased a case of cat treats I could get a discount for the bulk purchase. So I went in and asked for a case. The worker was so nice and counted them for me and told me I could buy a whole case. I said awesome I wanted to take advantage of the discount. She rang me up and there was no discount. I spent about 75 bucks when I didnt need to. Im a little annoyed that I purchased more than I needed at full price after mentioning that I wanted to buy enough for the bulk discount.

I stopped in on a whim to see what the store was like. They had a lot of great stuff for dogs, but not a ton for kitties, as is usual for pet stores. They do have high quality food and toy offerings, and the guy who helped me knew what he was talking about with every product he showed me. We had a really nice conversation, and the whole place seemed friendly. I will definitely be back for replacement kitty toys.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They price match any item, and have their own brand of leashes, collars, toys, etc. that they will replace if your dog chews through it (at least that's my knowledge for the leashes and collars, not sure about the toys). They've got a good selection of foods without many known allergens. I believe I remember one of the staff telling me they don't have wheat in any of their foods. They have a huge selection of Fromm, which is a fantastic brand of dog food, the one I use for my puppy. I think their beds and whatnot a kind of on the pricey side, but I generally like their prices for most other things. Your dogs are welcome to come in there, too. 👍
