I’ve been coming to the store since it was Pet People, The staff and management back then was phenomenal and made it a fun store to visit with my pup.It seems now whenever there’s a great employee they end up moving to another store or get burnt out. Recently, the two best employees I’ve met are Space who moved to a different location (they were the absolute best and always had an exemplary Attitude), also Guy who is newer but still at the Arco Street location, He is absolutely lovely and brings a really kind spirit, helpful attitude, he is also very willing to educate and inform. It’s Greatly appreciated and makes it a wholesome experience.I love having this store close to home.. so I hope changes can be made to keep the awesome people at this location.

Tamarr greeted us with kindness and enthusiasm as soon as we walked in the door. She immediately offered help to find what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable about the various products including ingredients for my dog - asking about breed, age, allergies, activity levels and sensitivities. She recommended a product, helped carry the food to the counter and checked us out effectively with a super pleasant tone. Amazing customer service! Hire more folks like her.

Great staff who are very helpful! The best part is the $12 bath station where they provide the towels, tub, shampoo, hair dryer, apron and then they cleaned it all up! It's a great back saver and great for big furry dogs and then you don't even have to clean it up afterwards. The store offers toys, food, pet beds, all kinds of accessories and a lot of snacks - different varieties. All in all it's a great, store clean and neat!

I had a wonderful experience visiting Hollywood Feed. My kitty has been having GI issues, and Jane was able to point me to an easily digestible food that my cat is doing very well on (thank goodness)! She explained Hollywood Feed only carries food from manufacturers that allow plant tours/inspections. They also have great rewards, a generous return policy, and same day delivery in the area. I will be shopping at Hollywood Feed over Chewy from now on!

Nice self service bath area I've been too, clean and cheap. Nice tub with restraints and great to lift for tiny dogs. Hot and cold water. Nail clippers and small brush supplied. Towels and blow dryer. No time limit. Cheap! 3 shampoos too!

FYI….you should plan on taking your own shampoo bec there wasn’t a choice of what you can use and all they had out was medicated shampoo until i asked for something different they don’t have any cream rinse. So plan on using your shampoo/conditioner, unless you don’t mind

This store is truly outstanding! All of the staff is phenomenal. Domino spent at least 30 minutes helping me pick out a food & explaining all of the benefits and differences (grain vs grain-free) for my bernedoodle puppy - went with Acana and it’s been outstanding! Domino even realized that my grandparents came in a few weeks later with the same food recommendations! The entire staff is so kind & knowledge. Truly go above & beyond every time that we come in!We love Petpeople!

The staff was friendly and greeted us upon arrival and asked what we were looking for, also offered a sale flyer to browse. We previously bought food before that our cat didn’t like and they stand by their return policy! Much appreciated for our special diet needs.

Self bath was clean when we went - there was only on bottle of shampoo available to use. Usually there is a good variety to choose from, I was surprised. Will not stop me from using this location again. It is very convenient to my home.

I honestly don't recall ever going in a pet store that is as immaculate as this one! The store is so clean, organized, and easy to walk around. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The customers that were in the store while I was seemed to be regular customers and very comfortable there. I met a handsome guy named Bear (whose mom was nice enough to let me use his picture for this) who was enjoying his visit.I didn't purchase anything while I was there, but do plan to go back and get some items. I read the reviews that were saying that the prices are high. I am more than happy to pay for quality. The items that I looked at are obviously well made and excellent quality, which I look for in most everything that I buy. I definitely recommend checking them out if you haven't.

Always a great experience here! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I must say, though, that I was shocked to walk in on September 14 and see Christmas decorations! Really? You’re skipping right over Halloween and Thanksgiving? I don’t understand the logic.

Without fail, the staff here is not only friendly and helpful but knowledgeable. They’ve advised me on many dog related purchases. I won’t go anywhere else for dog food and treats.

This store used to be amazing when it was PetPeople! Since Hollywood Feed took over it has changed for the worst! The new employees are not helpful, knowledgeable or very nice. The Hollywood Feed products are cheap and not of good quality. There is no more great customer service or a happy, positive vibe here. The old staff was amazing and will be missed! Not the same store by any means. Hollywood Feed is like all the other big box pet stores. I will no longer support this business. They only care about profit not about you, your pets or even their own employees. Go support a local pet store that still cares and offers quality products.

I used to really like this location all the staff was very informative and helpful especially Margaret. But in the last few weeks all the staff has been switched out with unhelpful uninterested employees who give bad recommendation, and is no longer as clean and organized as it used to be, it smells bad in there. I suspect this is because of the Hollywood feed take over, I would no longer recommend the store or any Hollywood feed locations

Gosh this place is amazing. It may be a chain but it was the most personalized, pleasant shopping experience I've had in awhile. The store is super clean even with all the pets coming in and out. But really what got me was how helpful, knowledgeable, and caring the staff is. The prices may be slightly higher than other shops but it's worth the small premium for both the quality and service. They stand by their products and are flexible with returns, and they're generous with samples to see what your pup likes. Our dog was ecstatic to visit and be loved on, and we got some great products. We will definitely be back, maybe even to try the self-service bath.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Gretchen for going above and beyond to make sure my pups were fed! I ordered some dog food to be delivered same day and called to check in later in the day since I hadn’t received a notification it was out for delivery and it was getting to be close to closing time. Gretchen was very friendly and helpful at getting the order sorted which ended up just being a computer system error as they have been switching systems and went above and beyond by dropping off the bag of food on her way home from work so my pups had dinner. We are all so appreciative!

I've been to Pet People several times and every time is an absolute pleasure. Everyone that works there is really helpful and and knows lots of information on all the products. I've had lots of questions and sometimes use up a lot of their time and they are always very patient. I would recommend them highly. Special shout out to Gretchen, Ayla and Maddy. Thank you so much for all your help. Wish I could give 10 stars :-)
