More of a rant but the prior owners at phydoux had water for dogs that came in. These guys can't because of corporate policy and I honestly just think that's the most disconnected pet store rule ever. The store is fine. They will sometimes give treats to my dog's. Sometimes they won't. They have allowed me to swap a product out for another if my dogs didn't like it

This store is so cute with a diverse selections for so many different types of pets. They are also running lots of sales! I picked up some frosted cookies for my pup and some toys from brands I had never seen before in any other store. They carry a really good range of pet food options from more affordable like Iams to pricier brands like Hills and NutriSource (my personal favorite).

I never ever post reviews. The phydeaux pet store was amazing and had the best quality food, and treats for pets. They were bought out by feeders. I was there last night and was immensely disappointed. On the shelves were missing all the great brands that I used to buy for my dog and cat replaced by pedigree products and Ceasar, amongst other low quality pet foods. To the corporation feeders, are you seriously hoping that the loyal customers, of phydeaux are not going to notice that you replaced all the great wholesome foods for our pets with lower quality ? Bad. Well I will no longer be a customer.

This place used to be great when it was Phydeaux, but then Feeders took it over. The high quality food selection has been replaced by high priced, low quality food. Now they’ve re-arranged the store, taking away all of the charm. It’s akin to a generic Petsmart or Petco now.

Definitely my go to store. As someone with a parrot and a dog it's nice to purchase their various needs at one store.Great rewards system I seem to always have points available.It's never crowded or busy so I get a stress free shopping experience.Only place I can buy open farm dog food.Lastly, prices here for my parrot's food are dollars cheaper than pet smart.

So sad to see what this once great store has become. They’ve stopped stocking good brands and won’t even honor the Lupine exchange program. Will never be shopping here again. I hope the new owners read this and realize what this means for them in the long run.

Most of the quality foods that I came to phydeaux for are now gone and replaced with low quality but equally expensive foods. The staff are clearly overworked and unable to help like they used to. I've started going to hollywood feed down the road instead. Everything that make phydeaux great is now gone.

Horrible....Bringing poor quality foods, getting rid of brands that are healthier for my pets... just making my favorite store into pet smart ,corporate America at its worst.I wish they would stay in KY ,have no words, really disappointed, I will keep writing bad reviews,If I can get the brands that my local petsmart or grocery store carries,why would I get in the car and drive to your store to get anything .Very 😡
